Brad from Beidler Towing is my new hero. I managed to lock myself (and my dignity) out of my car at the gas station today, but Brad swooped in like a roadside superhero. He broke into my car faster than I can open a bag of chips — I’m talking 30 seconds flat. Honestly, it was both impressive and slightly concerning how good he is at this. If locking yourself out of your car were a reality show, Brad would win every season. 10/10 would definitely panic-call again.
Herb Sr just helped me get my car towed for future repair. Very timely and polite and helpful. I definitely recommend and will use Beidler the next time I have a chance to choose my towing experience!
Our car broke down last night at 6:30. I called Biedler at 6:50 for a tow and Brad was there within 10 minutes. He is a very hard worker, very kind and helpful. Herb was AMAZING!!!! He was very timely and professional!!!!! He kept me updated with his eta. (He) was very patient and I really appreciate his helping hands & kind heart, especially in this cold, nasty weather!!!!! Would highly recommend this company!!!
My experience with Beidler, and specifically with Brad, was terrific! Let's face it, it's never a great feeling when you are having automotive problems. What made everything easier was the prompt, efficient and detail-oriented service by Brad. He went out of his way and extended himself in ways not typical of your average tow service or tow truck driver. I highly recommend this company and I highly commend Brad for going above and beyond!

During a cold snap, two of my husband's tires deflated. Beidler was great at keeping me updated on my driver,Nevin(who had to help someone on the interstate before us) and was sincerely apologetic about the wait. Nevin was great and treated the car with care and even dropped off the key for me at the repair shop. Highly recommend.
I had just had a battery installed from a local AUTO parts store. This morning the car did not start. Called AAA and Herb S.R. showed up within 10 minutes. After a quick look he realized that one of the battery cables was NOT put on correctly. He knew immediately how to fix the problem and after doing a total test, said I was ready to go. I should have bought my battery from Beidler Service, Davenport, and received their three year warranty! Friendly service in a timely manner!
Incredible customer service. Nevin was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was taken care of, and even came back the next day when I called needing a new car battery. You can tell this is a company that takes pride in what they do.
We had a battery problem this afternoon and we're referred to Beidler through AAA. The technician, Herb, arrived promptly, was very thorough, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Nev w was my representative, crashed my car yesterday and he showed up quickly but also was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever experienced and he was very good at his job, let me sit in his truck to stay warm and was extremely accommodating,

Nevin was great! He showed up early to change a tire but then noticed that there was a bolt that I ran over that was making a noise and I didn't need a tire change. Brad from Beidler made two separate trips, first time to troubleshoot, then later he returned with the products that were necessary to finish the job and get me back on the road. I highly recommend Beidler towing ! Aaron was our service representative . He was very prompt, professional and extremely accommodating. My car would not start . He not only analyzed the problem but he was able to install a new battery !!! Wonderful!!
This was great service! They had someone sent to me within 15 minutes of calling. Nevin showed up and was awesome!! I was fully prepared to need a tow to a mechanic, but he was able to figure out my issue and get me back up and running in 20 minutes! Great service, would highly recommend!
Needed a jump for my Prius and Brad and Neven were there within 20 minutes of my call. Then, when it died again they turned around and came back to give me another jump so I could get where I needed to go. Even called me later to make sure I got where I needed to go. Great people great service. Hopefully, I won't need help again, but if I do, im calling these guys!!

Made everything super simple, needed a tow from bettendorf to east moline. Called freds and Cantrells and after being placed on hold and seemed like I was inconvenient to them, I called Beidler Towing. I cannot tell you how awesome dealing with them was. Nevin came to my work to grab the keys and went back got it for half the price I was being quoted by the other two. I will definitely be keeping this number saved. Would recommend to anyone.
