Got stuck on the side of the road in my Ford F350 dually and JP pulled up behind me right away. He was extremely professional, calm, and clearly experienced. He handled a big truck with no issues and made what could’ve been a stressful situation smooth and painless. Great service all around.
They responded quickly, and get to you even faster. I had JP come out to jump my truck and we discovered the fuel was gelled. He quickly made a few calls and had it in the shop to be worked on that day. Highly recommend. Shout out my man JP.
I usually don’t write reviews as like most people, I don’t have the time. Well this experience deserves the time and effort to write such a raving review about this towing service company. There a lot of options out there to choose from when it comes to needing your car or truck towed, making it a gamble on which one to choose. Will they rip me off? Are they shady? I cannot say enough about Tessa the dispatcher I talked to at almost 11pm. She was so kind and sweet and really calmed me down and made the process not only easy, but every aspect of her customer service was stellar. No she didn’t pay me to say this either. I’m writing this review out of the kindness of my heart. Too many times in life we don’t take the time to tell people, the important ones like loved ones and family, but it doesn’t stop there. Even the ones that come into our lives for a brief moment like Tessa and JP did mine for that brief moment I had with them, they instantly made me feel like family and made me feel like I was the most important task at hand in the moment. JP was my towing guy, this gentlemen was extremely friendly, approachable and we really more or less chopped it up for a few minutes then we said our goodbyes. If I ever need a towing service again in quad cities I’m going nowhere else except Monson Towing. Plus the prices are so good compared to others rates. Best customer service hands down I’ve experienced all year. Thank you again Tessa and JP, wishing you all a Happy Holidays!
Michelle is amazing and her customer service and assistance made up where Key Auto and Kenny's All Service garage failed. JP is very professional and respectful at Monson Towing. He was very good at communication and was very quick (It was also very hot outside). He makes me want to continue using Monson towing for future situations. He offered alternative ways to utilize their services ultimately being cheaper for the customer. He really cares and looks out for the people he’s helping in stressful situations.
Very professional. Needed a road service for a flat tire and they helped us right away. They explained from beginning what the charges will be, without any hidden fees at the end of the service. Based on our experience with them, we are truly saying that Monson Towing won our trust. Thank you guys.
We had a mishap with our camper and had to have it towed no one else would take on the job but Monson did. They towed it 3 hours away and the driver i believe his name was Harry was awesome. Totally recommend this company if you are in a bind.
Do yourself a favor, avoid doing any work with them find any other shop but them. We hired them for service, completely lied about what needed to be done. We then decided to tow our truck back to a local shop. They discovered that Monson's shop messed up the engine of our truck by pouring starter fluid into it and trying to crank it. Have all the proof provided to the owner, refused to help us in anyway and denied all fault. After bringing up to the owner that they had messed up our truck. The owner sent a lady from IA to a shop in IL that same day without letting anyone know of any arrival. My father happened to drive by our truck parked outside, and discovered his worker inside. where she broke into our truck without any permission, straight trespassing and breaking in. Lady had nothing to say and took off running. Complete criminal act of trying to tamper with evidence. The next day I called the owner, the response i got from the owner is I did what I had to do. Absolutely unbelievable to what extent they will go. Save yourself all the stress and go anywhere else.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND DON"T DEAL WITH THE CROOKS/HIGHWAY ROBBERS!

After dealing with another tow company for 4 days and getting the run around, I called Monson. They had the vehicle towed within an hour and we’re completely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company. They know how to do a job and do it right!
JP showed up promptly today and was fast, friendly and efficient. I had only needed Monson Towing for work related vehicles. I saved them in my personal phone for future reference. Definitely the best around the QC area, from the gal who answered the phone and did the scheduling, to the driver of the truck!
Excellent service and incredibly quick response time. JP came to tow my truck on a last minute call, and he was able to get to my location very quickly, and even went way above and beyond the typical "tow". He graciously removed the front snowplow off my truck for me, so I was then able to drive 3 hours home. Definitely was not an easy task, and he handled with courtesy and professional. Absolutely exceeded any expectations, and highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of being assisted by JP for my several tows around May 6 during a trip from Kentucky to minnesota. Very efficient hooking up my car and trailer combination and getting me to a motel after a difficult travel day. Very personable gentlemen and just a nice guy. Great service . Thanks again JP!!
Amazing service! They told me an hour and the guy got finished early and he got there in 20 minutes! Super helpful and knowledgeable, my car couldn’t start to move the wheel off the curb but he still found a way to get that puppy on the truck. I unfortunately forgot his name but I was serviced yesterday by the older gentleman and my invoice was 49373 please give that man a raise super nice and very very helpful

This company was amazing! They answered my questions they had a flat rate. Raven was amazing on the phone getting me booked, and my driver was there within 20 minutes of me calling! Jeremy the driver called me when he was 8 minutes out and was so friendly and easy to work with.He Got my van hooked up immediately and off within 15 minutes! I highly recommend these people to take care of any of your towing needs
I think his name was jeremy....sorry if im wrong, but he was great! He was there within a half hour and was very careful with my "baby". Took me and my jeep to the dealership then took me home. I will totally recommend this company to everyone i know. Very nice people.

Monson is the best around and Jeremy proved it. We needed help towing my wife’s car and contacted roadside assistance. Jeremy contacted us back right away, stayed in contact while he was on his way, and saved us a huge headache by being knowledgeable and efficient.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Monson towing! The dispatcher, Michelle, was very kind and professional. The tow driver, Nevin, was incredibly friendly and easy-going. I received photo updates of my car along the way. I felt at ease the whole time-- 10/10 would recommend. Oh, and the price is great! (The 1st place I called wanted almost FIVE times the price Monson ended up quoting me. BARF!)
We had called in and were told that it would be 6:30 by the time they could get to us. We were ok with that, but then we received a call from Nevin saying he could be here in 11 minutes. Our car was jump-started before 4:00. Nevin was extremely nice and very professional. Being new to the Quad Cities, we were extremely happy in finding this business! Would definitely use this business again!

So, I’ve had the worst week, and when I was ran off the road due to road construct causing me to hit the curb and blow out two tires, I felt so defeated my face must have said it all bc once I met Nevin The tow truck driver he was incredibly nice. He first called me and said he could be there at 10 instead of 1:30 He went out of his way after towing my car to even take the two tires off for me so I could take them to the tire shop. I’m a military wife I had my share of vehicles towed all over the country and I have never come across a company whose employees are so helpful. Thanks Nevin I will highly recommend monson towing from here on out. Also myself my husband and two teenage drivers now carry your business card in our cars. And know who to call when and if they ever need a tow. Thanks for making my day better.
First time I’ve had to use a tow service. I would recommend Monson Towing. From my first phone call through the driver Jacob showing up everyone was helpful and easy to deal with.
