Beware of taking your car here for any kind of service!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had my daughter's car towed to this shop on Thursday afternoon by AAA. When AAA got there, he went in and spoke to a mechanic by the name of Isidro. He gave the mechanic the keys and the number to us for the car. The mechanic told the driver to leave the car where he was at and that they would move it to a spot and to leave the keys inside it. The mechanic even opened the door to the vehicle and AAA took a picture of the car with the door open. The shop never contacted us and called a towing company and had the car towed to a tow yard for absolutely no reason. I tried to call the business and even went up there and nobody was there to tell them about the car. I spoke with Roberto who is the owner of the place and he said it was in the way and he didn't know whose vehicle it was so he had it towed. The car was there for only a couple of hours before he called Still Hookin and Hallin to have the car towed. It cost me $425 plus another tow to tow it to another shop. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, along with the City of Hammond. This was not a fair practice by the business and should have to pay for the tow and storage of the vehicle. The picture I posted is from the Kevin from AAA who was dropping off the car.

Robert is awesome…they are experienced and have very reasonable prices. Goes over and beyond to be helpful. This is my go to place for my auto repairs!!!!

Great customer service, both Virginio and Roberto were absolutely amazing and very helpful. They helped us get a tire we needed and got the best deal on the tire as well. Will be back here and recommend to anyone
