Took my 2017 Dodge Caravan GT in for a back Rear motor mount. It called for Two and a half hours of Labor They did it in one hour And charged me just for the hour. Great people
I've been going here for over 7 years. These are the best mechanics that I've experienced. They are VERY knowledgeable, friendly and kind, courteous, willing to help, gets you in and gets your problem solved in a timely manner. They didn't make you feel that they're overcharging like some places. Annette at the front desk is AWESOME. ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE. I recommend them for their service. If you need an EXCELLENT mechanic, Woodmar Auto Care is the place to go. They also have towing services.
Worst customer service ever ! If you need towing or Hammond makes you use someone call ANYONE else. Plus then you won't be stuck dealing with impound issues. Once they have your car they can and will do anything. They are in control thier is no customer service in an inpound. Did that to us. Bullies.
Hammond also has the maximum amount they can charge for certain tows on thier website check that.
Got into a car accident on Christmas and this tow company had to come get my car as it was blocking traffic. Between the tow and my husband coming to pick up the car, someone had stolen a large battery jumper cable (which tow trucks use) When questioned, they of course said no and no one was able to touch the truck! they asked my husband did I (the driver) take it!? I was in an accident and put in an ambulance There was no way for me to carry such a heavy thing and just where would I be taking it? To the hospital with me? These people are thieves!
Came out quickly when the car I was replacing the tire on slipped from the jack. They were able to jack it up again and helped put the spare one. Wonderful service!
I cannot express my gratitude to Annette and staff. My sons car broke down and needed to get fixed ASAP. I am here in Minnesota 628 miles away and trying to help figure everything out. She was beyond helpful and kept in touch with me. Thank you to everyone who was involved I can’t express enough how grateful I am!
