Blew out my tire on a big shard of ice on the highway, he was there within 30 minutes of calling back, super friendly. Let me sit in my car so that I didn’t get cold 10 out of 10 service. Thank you again.

The guy was great. His customer service is superior I called he came right out. He changed everything for me. No problem, I had a flat tire. He took the tire off. Went gotta replacement brought it back for a very good price. I would choose him for all of your roadside assistance needs truly.

My battery went dead while sitting in the Taco Bell parking lot at 11 at night. No one was able to give me a jump start. I called two other tow companies before I found 24/7. The first didn't do jump start service and the second went to voicemail with a full mailbox. 24/7 answered right away and said they would be there in 25 minutes. I called at 11:20 PM and was on the road 30 minutes later. Antonio showed up, was very polite and got the car jumped within less than 5 minutes. He told me to let it run a few minutes to get the charge up. As he was driving out of the lot, the engine began to overheat. I got out and popped the hood. He saw this and came back to see what was wrong. The coolant was a little low so he added some water and cranked the heat which brought the temperature back to normal. He could have have just kept going, but he stopped to help me out and didn't hit me with any extra charges. Great service. I highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with a 24 hour Mobile Mechanic. When he then figured out that he could not fix my issue, where my car was he arranged for a tow serviced my vehicle and then told my car back to my location for me. How awesome was that?!! I would definitely recommend allowing them to take care of all automotive needs!!

Antonio his Dad& Brother& crew did an Excellent job replacing the Engine in my Equinox after another shop changed it out! Antonio explained whole process and a great job! So I took my Tahoe for front end work,another fine job so took the Equinox&tahoe for Brakes they perform Excellent work and explain& warranty it they will get all my Business.

Broke down on cross country trip w/ trailer. He put his family plans on pause on a Sunday and came immedately w/ his son. Called me a tow for my vehicle and towed the trailer with their personal vehicle to their shop. Sourced hard to find replacement parts for a G wagon Mercedes same day and had me on the road the next day. They stored my car AND trailer in their shop overnight for security. They let me sit in their car w/ AC while the tow came and drove me AND pickup me up from my hotel. Absolutely fantastic above and beyond service. Nicest family small business. Very reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!

2 females traveling and stranded 2 and a half hours from home. Called and they said they could come as soon as possible (to us) and they did. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable about cars. They will go above and beyond to get your car running back great. I took my car to him because my brakes went out literally I almost hit a truck. He took me in last min and not only did he find the problem ASAP he was able to diagnose the other major issues I was having and get them fixed. They got me me back on the road with a smile and feeling safe. My truck feels like it’s brand new again. If you need a reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable shop 24/7 Response is the place to go. Also if you need tows or roadside assistance they do that too!

We own a Forest River 32 ft motor home and was returning home to Michigan from Colorado. Before leaving, we had a recall on the power steering high pressure line. We took it in for the recall, it was checked and was told it was the new version and did not have a problem with it and did not need to be replaced. We were 3 hours from home and the hose came apart making us lose power steering and affecting our breaks. Luckily we were in a parking lot, after being rerouted for missing a turn on gps. Truck very hard to turn and breaks not grabbing. We decide to call Forest River Roadside assistance and Ford Roadside assistance. Forest River dispatched someone to come out and tow us. Was told 90-120 minute wait. 8 hours later still waiting. Had tried to get update with number given for tow truck driver, but now no one is answering the phone. Called back Forest River and canceled tow truck. Scheduled another tow truck, but in the meantime found 24/7 First Response. So canceled 2nd tow truck. I called First Response around 10:00 pm. I left a message and within 5 minutes was called back. The young man woke his father up and they both showed up to save the day. They attempted 3 different times to get us on the road that night, leaving at 12:30 am saying they would be back in the morning with the part we needed. Sure enough they are back in the morning, took the hose off because they couldn’t find one anywhere. The owner knew someone that could custom make a hose to reconnect the power steering. Off they went to get this done. Show back up, put the hose on, cleaned up the breaks with break cleaner, because power steering fluid got into them. Got this fixed for us when no one else would come to the vehicle, and others insisting on it being towed. Without the help of these very committed, very caring men, we would still be waiting for a part that was unavailable. Who knows how long it would have taken for it to be available. They truly cared about our predicament and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Very impressed by their professionalism and kindness. Very highly recommend.

This company assisted us when we got stranded in Indiana with two blown out tires. I definitely would recommend 24/7 first response. They came out right away to see what kind of problem I was having , they came out even in a snow storm. They gave me a great price to get the brakes fixed. They just had to get parts and now my brakes are done. Cant say enough good things about Antonio. Use them!!
