I don't know how this place stays open. I always get turned away from here because I don't have enough material. The one time the owner, I think that's who he was, said I had a sufficient amount of aluminum suddenly told me he couldn't take anything that day due to his machine was broke down. This was brought up after I told him I usually go to a different company to recycle.
Funny the sign says Lake iron and metal, and a worker there told me they don't except iron or metal .. makes no sense. Giving 2 stars only cuz he was friendly.
I just called 10:53 am. And try to see what Appliance duty accept you know like kitchen sink stuff like that he told me no but he would not let me ask him any more question and just hung up the phone I think that is very rude.
A very good honest company. The two gentlemen that run the place are straight up and fair and personable. So if you have any metal items you want to get rid of, I highly recommend this establishment. Check it out. You won't be sorry.
Are you electrical Contractors stay away from this guy he will rip you off and he also has a very very bad anger issues I will never take my product over to this guy ever again
