This guy is the best, always knows exactly what is needed. Very knowledgeable about parts and if he ain't got it, he can get it. Love this place always willing to go above and beyond.
I love this place. The people that run the place are so down to earth, very friendly. They really do try to help you find and get whatever it is your looking for in auto parts. Even if they can't get it they'll refer you to someone who may be able to. It's the only auto parts place that I deal with.
The owner and operator is friendly and entertaining. Definitely a people person. It seems like he has a lot of friends that just come around and say hello every day and buy something just so they have excuse to walk in the door. Maybe I just described myself. I like to spend money locally. There's a very good chance that I'll see some of the money come back to me. Keep the money going in circles in the community.
I love this place. There are few establishments remaining of this caliber. No one will greet you when you walk in the door and you can hardly find a place to stand or walk let alone sit. The place is a mess of parts and you might wonder how anyone could find anything in such a disaster. However, the proprietor, Keith, knows exactly where everything is and if you can work up the courage to talk to him he’ll tell you whether he has it and if he doesn’t he can most likely get it quickly. Nothing here is free but the prices cause one to wonder if Keith cares at all about money. Spend enough time here and you’ll come to realize that the only reason he’s still in this business is because he loves it and because of the community he has built that depends on him. Spend a little bit more time and talk to the odd assortment of old-timers that stumble in throughout the day and you’ll find a wealth of knowledge and experience that the modern auto parts stores can’t even come close to matching. This place is literally a diamond in the rough.
This place is my go to 1st choice when I need anything automotive. The fella that runs it (Keith) knows his stuff. If you can't find it elsewhere, New Albany Auto Parts has it. Doesn't matter if it's an older or newer model vehicle. If for some reason what you need isn't there, he can usual get it for you that same day or the next. And you can't beat the prices. All the other parts stores wanted $60-$75 for crank position sensor for my '94 Ram 1500. I got it here for $30. Same exact part the other guys were selling. This place is a hidden gem.
Usually always have same parts in stock plus the older and odd bolts or nuts that the box stores don't have or can't get. Best part is the ole guys know what the hell your talking about without needing a Google search. They actually know auto parts and can usually even beat AutoZone. Keep our money in the community and buy local, buy from New Albany Auto Parts you'll be glad you did.
This place really is a hidden gem stone. The Brown family has been running it for years. Their knowledge of auto's is unmatched. They sell better quality parts and still beat the competition!
Great seniors that are experienced with autos and parts wide selection of available stock but ordering things that rewire from wharehouse from time you need takes less time than most other places.they turn rotors and drums .GREAT PRICES
Keith and Bill Brown are a son and father combo that owns NAAP. I've known them for 35 years and their experience has helped save me time and money countless times through the years. They have never failed me in any of my vehicle problems I've encountered and always seem to be able to find a part that no one else can whether they have it there, gotta order it or get it from their warehouse. The prices on their parts are the same or usually cheaper than anywhere else. Especially the oils and transmission fluids. I highly recommend NAAP to everyone and I refuse to go anywhere else unless it's an emergency and I'm out of town.
Always great service , they'll get you what you need , my grandpa god rest his soul, dad 78 , and myself have been buying parts and getting machine work done at this old skool parts supplier for over 50 years
They are great guys, cheap prices, quality parts they all know what their talking about, unlike Autozone an you will get the right part. What more could you ask for?
