Bluegrass Recyclers were responsive to my request for a pickup and they came out in just a matter of days. The pickup guy was hardworking and efficient. Good experience and will be using again for sure on our next tech trash purge.

Scheduled a pickup for a Friday. A week later someone called me and said they'd be by the next day. Haven't heard from them since.

They are no longer in business. The warehouse is empty.

I drove out to the facility on National Turnpike (very difficult to locate) and a sign on the door said to take the items to a location on So. 15th Street. I drove to the address and it doesn't exist. This is not a company I'll ever consider using again.
