Loaded & unloaded correctly, drove in & out carefully, didn't mind me documenting everything excessively. Jake & Jon were both quick to answer the phone, didn't drop the ball during their shift change, professional & easy going at the same time. Jon worked quickly at the tow site. I noticed details too, making sure both me & my vehicle were in a safe spot before leaving, (without being creepy about it,) and that kind of courtesy sets a company apart. I can definitely see why people are saying they're top-notch rn!
The best tow company ive ever had to deal with. Prices great, driver kept me posted and even sent me pics and i didnt pay till car was on truck. Just all around great experience. Will keep this number for future.
Blackout Towing & Recovery was very quick and professional! My BMW had to be towed , Jon was amazing Loaded and unloaded how I wanted ! Even suggested where they might have the upper radiator hose I needed. Just wanted to say thank you again ! Definitely would suggest calling !

I can’t express how happy I was with their service. We needed to get a swim spa transported to another location. After 2 failed attempts at finding someone to transport, we called Blackout. They went WAY above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they care about transporting our item but they actually cared that it didn’t get damaged. They were very careful and patient through the whole process. Absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend to everyone!

After another company left my wife stranded for almost 3 hours LONGER than their quoted arrival time, blackout towing got input within 40 minutes of me calling and handled the situation with ease! Not to mention great pricing! While it sucks that the wife’s car may be down for the count it’s great to know there’s a reliable company I can trust and afford! Thanks again!
So appreciative of the driver John's patience with me at Blackout towing during a highly stressful and frustrating unexpected car trouble situation. It was late. Car was stuck on the side of the road and I needed my car towed to me and Blackout was the most affordable and most prompt service out of all of the companies I called. 10/10 will recommend and will be my first and only call if the service is ever needed again!
I 69 backed up for MILES northbound. We’ve been sitting here for all I don’t know 45 minutes to an hour moving about half an inch every 15 minutes. Some lady went off the side of the road because her car quit. Probably 300 cars past her before this young man in blackout, towing and recovery truck changed lanes and pulled over to help her. I think his name is John, he needs about $1000 bonus for today. It is hot out here. Nobody’s going anywhere and everybody’s honking. But this young man had the decency to stop and help the stranded motorist.
Seriously call them and nobody else! They gave me the cheapest price to get my suv towed, and were able to get it where I needed it safely and efficiently.
I had a great experience with Blackout Towing, when my car broke down unexpectedly. The dispatcher was polite and got someone out to me quickly. The driver, Byron was professional, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. He made a stressful situation much easier. Pricing was fair, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. very great towing company overall. called them at about 10, they gave me an estimate over the phone, and they stuck with it! they really went above and beyond to get my car out of the mud, and they kept me as a priority for the time they were there! despite them working from 10-2:45 am, they still only asked for the 200 they quoted me on the phone! i gave them 250 as gratitude, but this is a very good company both in the service they do and the way they treat customers. thank you blackout towing!
Great experience with this company. I called last night to schedule a tow for my vehicle this morning to take it to the dealership for repairs. Jacob showed up this morning and took care of everything. Friendly customer service and a good price. Highly recommend!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Blackout Towing. He arrived quickly after I called, carefully moved my car out of a tight spot, and transported it safely to my auto shop. He was kind and it was affordable. Also right about it sounding like a fuel issue. My fuel pump was bad! Thanks again.
Love that they are locally owned and operated. Needed someone last minute and they were able to get me taken care of. Tried other popular companies and ended up with damage to my vehicle, long waits or them not showing at all. Blackout was very professional in handling my vehicle, kept me in the loop as to progress and was right on with their pricing. Would recommend them and will use them again for sure!!
Called these guys to get a tow for my 2020 Kia. They quoted me a low price that was a lot cheaper than others! They told me 15 min and were a little late, but that’s understandable especially since the price was fair!! The guy that came out to me was very nice and professional. Straight to the point. He took the time to make sure my car was secured properly. Definitely recommend these guys.
