I called to have my car towed from Sapporo, the person I spoke with on the phone said they would be there in an hour. It took quite a bit longer, once the owner found out about my service he was very apologetic and made things right. Sometimes things go wrong but it’s how you handle it and move forward.
Needed a tow. Showed up within an hour. Needed a tow again because the shop wouldnt service an AWD vehicle (stupid right?) They towed again and im very happy.
Jon was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my call. He towed the truck to my mechanic across town for a great price. He even shared some weird things that were happening with my truck's brakes so I could bring it up with my mechanic. He turned a rough day into a great experience. Thank you for your help!
Called and spoke to Bailey, he was to my car within 45 minutes of my initial call, got my car loaded up, gave me a ride back home, and got it to the shop for me. Quick and fantastic service. Everyone else quoted me at least $100, they did it for $70. Will use them again if needed.

I called Blackout Towing with my son's car stalled with a bad alternator. Even though they were swamped with below freezing weather and therefore lots of calls, they were friendly, worked me into their schedule, and got the job done right. John was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. I will only use Blackout Towing in the future.
10/10 I was having a terrible day! Everything kept going wrong. I had to call for a tow to correct a mistake I made. LOOONG STOOORY! I was not a happy camper. Anyways , I’m sorry I didnt get his name but He showed up with such a postive attitude helped me with a tow and gave me a reasonable rate. THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THE LORDS WORK! CALL THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!
My daughter’s car broke down and needed a tow, got ahold of Bryce at blackout towing and he was awesome to work with! Worked with me to coordinate a time so I could be there after work when he got it. He was professional and incredibly fast loading the car. Will definitely use them for any tows I need in the future and will recommend them to everyone!
Great towing company especially for lower cars! Very very professional!! I called and they were at my house ready to go within 30 minutes! There was no concern about hauling the car especially being as low as it is! They had it loaded and tied down in 5 minutes! If you need anything towed BLACKOUT is the way to go!

Late Christmas Eve, my mother's car just stopped running on her way home. She called Triple A while I was enroute to get her. 75 minutes later they still hadn't dispatched anyone to tow her. Jake provided excellent service when I called him for a lockout on behalf of a woman who spoke very little English. He was fast, he was patient and professional, and he treated all of us with respect even though we were probably a little annoying trying to help. I will absolutely call Blackout again.

Loaded & unloaded correctly, drove in & out carefully, didn't mind me documenting everything excessively. Jake & Jon were both quick to answer the phone, didn't drop the ball during their shift change, professional & easy going at the same time. Jon worked quickly at the tow site. I noticed details too, making sure both me & my vehicle were in a safe spot before leaving, (without being creepy about it,) and that kind of courtesy sets a company apart. I can definitely see why people are saying they're top-notch rn!
The best tow company ive ever had to deal with. Prices great, driver kept me posted and even sent me pics and i didnt pay till car was on truck. Just all around great experience. Will keep this number for future.
Blackout Towing & Recovery was very quick and professional! My BMW had to be towed , Jon was amazing Loaded and unloaded how I wanted ! Even suggested where they might have the upper radiator hose I needed. Just wanted to say thank you again ! Definitely would suggest calling !

I can’t express how happy I was with their service. We needed to get a swim spa transported to another location. After 2 failed attempts at finding someone to transport, we called Blackout. They went WAY above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they care about transporting our item but they actually cared that it didn’t get damaged. They were very careful and patient through the whole process. Absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend to everyone!
After another company left my wife stranded for almost 3 hours LONGER than their quoted arrival time, blackout towing got input within 40 minutes of me calling and handled the situation with ease! very great towing company overall. called them at about 10, they gave me an estimate over the phone, and they stuck with it! they really went above and beyond to get my car out of the mud, and they kept me as a priority for the time they were there! despite them working from 10-2:45 am, they still only asked for the 200 they quoted me on the phone! i gave them 250 as gratitude, but this is a very good company both in the service they do and the way they treat customers. thank you blackout towing!
Called these guys to get a tow for my 2020 Kia. They quoted me a low price that was a lot cheaper than others! They told me 15 min and were a little late, but that’s understandable especially since the price was fair!! The guy that came out to me was very nice and professional. Straight to the point. He took the time to make sure my car was secured properly. Definitely recommend these guys.
