I was having suspension issues (poor handling, wheel vibration, drifting when cornering) with my 72 Nova. The team at Casey Auto Center - Chuck, Ethan and the Owner diagnosed and repaired my suspension problems and it now drives better than ever. I was really impressed with the quality of work as well as the time they took showing and explaining what the problems were and what was needed to resolve them. I am very thankful that I took my classic car to them. Its not easy finding qualified techs and mechanics that are experts. But the team at Casey Auto not only work on cars, they are car enthusiasts themselves.
I even happen to be at a car show in Rockford and Casey's owner remembered me and took an hour to teach me about classic cars and what might be the priority list to optimize my Nova.
Whether you have a classic car or something modern and your experiencing suspension, brakes or exhaust issues I recommend them highly! Especially after being disappointed by several other shops I tried before them. Go Team Casey!
My son was in town from Kentucky for the holidays. His suv began to misfire and check engine light blink the day before he had to travel back home. This was on a Friday morning and when I called Casey's I was asked if it could wait until Monday because they were closing early at noon today. I explained our situation and was asked if I could bring it in right now. Bud had his suv repaired and ready for pickup before noon. I'm 70 years old and have had dozens of car repair experiences and this was the absolute best and at a fair price. Thank you again Bud.
Bud has been honest and consistent, has looked out for my past vehicle and current vehicle for quite a few years, and has worked on my families vehicles for many years. I do regular oil changes, brakes, and other regular maintenance here once my new car warranties are done. He is straight up about when something may or may not be worth doing yet and shows me what's wrong. Has also recommended to me body shops and other places that were good if there is a specialty repair that isn't available to be done at this location.
My experience at Casey’s has been by far the BEST I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Bud was very informative and prompt. I took my car in with an expectation of having it completed the next day and I was blown away when Bud called and said it was ready the same day! I highly recommend Casey’s for any auto repairs. They are very honest and hardworking! I had an excellent experience. Thank you guys again, you have my business for life.
I called on a possible repair, ended up doing it instead. The gentleman I spoke with was informative on the length of time it would take to get the quote & that was the deciding factor on performing my own repair. Not a bad experience, just needed it done sooner than they could even get me in for the quote. Repair was a power steering rack in a Buick.
this guy looked at my truck and told me there was nothing wrong with my breaks..! well I know my truck and rear ended another car cause the rear breaks wernt working. and the front rotors are warped. thanks to ANOTHER SHOP I got on the road quick... I will never tell anyone to go to casey auto.. EVER..!!!
The guys over at Casey’s really took care of me this morning when I woke up to a flat tire. I explained the situation to them and they took care of me in under 20 minutes. I really appreciate the work and recommend them to others in the area!
Was out of town and towed to Casey's a couple years ago. Dead alternator. Unfortunately, a special type that wasn't within 100 miles. Casey's cross checked 6 different sites to find me the cheapest price including overnight shipping. They also dropped me off and picked me up at the hotel of my choice. They knew I didn't have a choice and didnt take advantage of my situation. Had me on the road next day at a very reasonable price! Awesome place!

The man that answered the phone was rude told me I needed to bring the car in for a free estimate on brake pads and rotors I'm sorry but I know what I need done and I do not have the time nor the risk am I willing to take to drive the vehicle over there I know the make and model of the vehicle just because I am a woman does not mean that I do not know what I'm talking about I hung up the phone I am not bringing my vehicle there if your people are that rude your loss
Very honest mechanics. I have been using Caseys for my domestic vehicles for years. I had been taking my Porsche to Eurotech for several years and they couldn't fix a simple lighting issue so I mentioned it to Caseys to see if they wanted to try. Basically now they do my other vehicles too because they fixed what Eurotech couldn't! Oh one more thing, much easier on the pocketbook than Eurotech which is an added bonus!
I stopped at Casey Auto Center on the recommendation of a friend. I had a flat tire last weekend and the place I took it to for repair or replacement would not do it because the rim was bent. They said it was standard size and I could get one at a junkyard. No luck after calling several places and not being able to answer all of their questions. When I brought my car in, Bud made two phone calls and I have a used wheel coming. I am happy to be able to get back on the road soon. Great customer service, especially as I had never been here before. Thanks, Bud!
Casey is our local shop while I'm at work. They've solved issues for me that others have missed. They've made recommendations to me that were in my best interest, instead of theirs. They are accommodating and honest. Great people.
