Austin at Advance Auto Parts provided excellent, professional service during my visit.
He helped me choose the right battery for my car, clearly and respectfully explaining the different options so I could make an informed decision. Without me even asking, he installed the battery, verified everything was working properly, and had me in and out in 30 minutes or less, going above and beyond to make sure I was safely back on the road. I will definitely return for future needs.
I just started coming here recently, they have so much to offer for free. When my dash LED readout said to check the battery, I stopped here, upon doing a free battery check, he said my alternator was bad. I’m thankful for that reading, I was able to drive my car until it got fixed by using a small solar panel hooked up to my battery to keep it charged! I didn’t break down once! I appreciate their services!

Rainy day. No customers. I understand getting the right bulb. You would think one of the two would come around the counter to help a guy out like other automotive parts service do. Customer service is non existent here if you have to move from a computer.
They stand behind their duralast batteries. I've bought these for a while but had one go bad around the 1 year mark. I went in and they tested the battery and alternator and after the battery came bad bad they replaced it, no hassle. All I had to do was give the phone number I used when I bought the battery and the warranty came up as still active. Friendly employees, good service.
I called to get a price on a part, and when I ask if they matched prices the guy rudely said no and hung up in my ear. I would never shop here again....
I buy more than the average amount of parts. This is my "go to" store. Not just Advanced, but this store in particular. I believe Dave is the name of the manager, and he stands out as being very helpful in saving money, buying the right part, and has been doing this long enough that I trust him. (This is no 'summer job' for Dave.)
Bought new expensive wiper blades two months ago and had them break the same way. Was just going to buy cheeper ones this time because the expensive ones obviously weren't made to last. The helpful man behind the counter asked if I had purchased them there. When I told him yes he said if I brought it back they could replace it. So with a quick trip home and a couple minutes of fiddling I was on my way. Great way to do business. I didn't give the fifth star because he assumed I had broke it turning on my wipers in cased in ice. I let him know that my husband had it break after he cleaned off my window. Just as I had the first time they broke. I probably shouldn't have to use my husband as a valid excuse for faulty products. Not going to get my panties in a twist about it.😜 Very happy with the overall experience though! They have made a loyal customer.
Lots of parts and various other items need for your car. Not enough employees to get in and out like you may want to. Layout of the store is relatively easy to navigate.
