Called for a tow home in the afternoon when my car died on the way to work in the morning. He got to the car a couple minutes faster than me. Got it on and got placed where I needed it to be. Price was less than I expected. So good service promptly at a fair price. Did a good job of not damaging the car at all.

I highly recommend Darrell’s Towing. My husband had two flats last night. The tow truck driver was to us in less than 30 minutes. They went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was safe when dropping it off.

It’d be great if your driver stopped at the VERY RED light at the corner of Forest Hills and Harlem instead of blowing through it so he could try to get ahead of the oncoming traffic. Right turn on red AFTER stop.

Called to see how much it would be to get a vehicle towed after calling a few other places. It was HALF THE PRICE of the other places! He was to the vehicle within a half hour and had it where it needed to go, with a passenger as well in a half an hour. Super friendly, and I will definitely be calling him if I ever need a tow again!

Unfortunately I have had to use Darrells towing a couple of times in the last 2 years. The drivers have been so nice and understanding of the situation. One time the street was flooded and he couldn't get to the car but he came back within the hour. I use them to take my vehicles to Ricottas Automotive so the charge is just added to the bill and they pay them upfront. I highly recommend their service!

Called tonight for a car stuck in a ditch. All the places in Rockford had no one available and I called Darnell in Loves Park. He gave me an eta of 30-40 minutes and arrived in 20. The driver was professional and helpful and the rate was affordable. Would definitely recommend!

The owner Darrell has grown his company to what it is today. I know Darrell personally, and he has a passion for helping people out of a tough situation using his tow trucks. All of his driver are kind, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. They also race at the Rockford Speedway.

Make sure that you give the tow person your key only! I have a Keychain that was connected to the key rings of my fob to the driver and when I went to pick up my car, all there was was the fob. I asked the owner where my Keychain was and he said that's all that was brought in. His driver most likely stole it because there was no way it fell off it all the years I had it on the key ring, it never had. I was told I would get a call back but that was three years ago! Some drivers here are thieves, I haven't been back since then,won't be, and don't recommend !!

Tie rod broke on my car at 8am. Darrell's towed the car, ordered the parts and had it fixed by 1pm the same day! I know what things cost for auto repairs and I dont think any other place could have beaten his price. First time using this shop and not only would I use them again, but I will recommend them to friends!

From the minute the phone gets answered for an appointment, until we pick up our vehicle, the service and quality are great. We have had several repairs, and several times needed towed. The crew is always very prompt and friendly when you are with them. We have always felt the rate they charge is excellent and the service is the best. I would highly recommend Darrell's Towing to anyone! Have had to have them unlock my daughter's car a few times after locking her keys in it, they were here in no time and immediately got the door open for her. We have also had several of our vehicles serviced by Darrell's, they are always fabulous on the phone with questions, prompt with their service, usually next day service, and always very fair on their pricing! Wow!! Best experience ever. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable. They towed my vehicle in and repaired for me. I was impressed with how clean the trucks were. I rode with to the shop and waited for the repair. The office girl was also very friendly. Even though she was busy she made small talk while I was waiting. All around great experience. they towed my car and "repaired" my dirty throttle body but all they really did was clean the part that was showing. I pretty much could of done that by spraying it with a hose. This place sucks balls and I would never go back. And if you go there you will regret it.
