The lady that works inside assaulted a man on camera. Unethical practices and junk cars from what I’m reading come from this place. Triple and quadruple your he cost for used junk with 200k miles on it should be highway robbery. Go somewhere else if you can, this place is not for us.
I am a mechanic of almost 40 years.
Recently I have had 3 customers come to me with vehicles that they pass off as good running vehicles. The first car had rusted out brake lines and fuel lines and a huge hole in the subframe. The second vehicle has a short in the steering column engaging the starter when the wheel is turned. This vehicle did this immediately after driving it off the lot. The third one had a bad crank shaft blatantly obvious
Money hungry rude stalkers etc. these people only car for car payments that’s it got a 2007 for them been fixing up ever since but expect me to be on time with payments please do not recommend
I had lost my car to a accident was in a time crunch and had money to spend but most lots told me they couldn't help due to time lines or money or financing I came in and not only was the staff very polite but knowledgeable and fast it took less than 2 hours in and out would recommend them highly
Two years ago, my daughter needed a vehicle. We looked at various dealerships but no luck. We got referred to Chase 8. Today I am paying off the vehicle and I will tell you we have had nothing but good luck with the car she bought. I would not hesitate to buy another used vehicle from them. They are very down to earth people and willing to help with anything you need. For us, they stood behind their word.
I nevered had a problem with Bill or Mary they have always been kind to me I always gotten cars from them and every car I got I didn't have any problems if a problem happened to occur Bill would take care of it if it was in the right time frame of your purchase( if you only had it for 2 to 3 months)even though it was a as is buy.
The first vehicle I bought was an absolute dream. No repairs were ever needed other than maintenance. For a 15 year old vehicle with 200,000 miles at the time of purchase that was best case scenario. The second vehicle unfortunately only lasted a few days, the transmission failed out of nowhere. I stopped by the office the following morning and mike immediately refunded my money and sent a truck to pick up the suv. Buying a used car is a complete gamble, you never know if you’re buying someone else’s problems. Mike and Melissa took away that fear and the anxiety of the reality that I may be stuck with a two year payment and a broke down car. I will be back to buy what I can given the opportunity, and will send anyone looking there way! I can only hope that if I ever find myself on this position again I’m met with the fairness mike offered!
My son Has had his car for less than 30 days and they are pretty much telling him so what if he wants it fixed he will have to pay there mechanic and they will add the repair on to the price of the car instead of saying sorry about that let us make it right very horrible business practice they sell bad cars and won’t fix them with out charging there customers more money to fix what they knew was bad when they sold the car DO NOT GO THROUGH what we are going through right now choose a different car lot if you don’t want the headache or the problems
I have had my car for almost a year and have been nothing but pleased with chase 8. They are such amazing people that work there and are willing to work with you as needed, you need a car this is the place to go!!
I will never buy a car from these people in Rockford again. I've called several times they don't return calls. My car broke down before the 15 days and they don't want to fix anything. Talked to the owner bill today 02/29/20 he is just as bad as Mary. He is very rude and mouthy there cars a junk from the get go never buy from these people again
When I tell you there's something about mary and it aint right, that's one low down, money hungry old cow please ...please...please...please ...please...please stay away! Chase 8 Garbage cans are trash as well as the owner and cow thats very disrespectful and mean spirited, what goes up must come down and how great is that fall.
I have bought 2 cars from Chase 8 Auto. I will buy all my cars from them they are honest and work with credit issues. Pay your bill as you should and they will take care of you. I swear I have never been so dedicated to a car dealership not only do they keep their word but they go above and beyond. Any negative reviews would be due to people not paying their car note and not taking personal responsibility because Chase 8 auto has always taken care of me and my family.
We have had the pleasure of making two car purchases with Chase 8. Melissa is awesome she has always taken care of us and made the buying experience easy and quick. If you are needed a clean and good running used car would highly recommend.
If I could give negative stars I would. I will never recomend this car lot to any one, what a RIP off. They don't stand behind you and once you put down that initial payment you are out of luck. They don't care about customers just the money. What a scam!!!!!!

Great car lot, be great people! Mary is AMAZING! I absolutely love her! My daughter got her first car there, two months later someone blew a stop sign and crashed in to her, totalled her car! Mary worked with us through the whole insurance mess, and got more daughter into another car, no hassles, no problems! Love them!
Please don't buy a car from them.. I have had this car for three months when I first got the car the brake line had to be fixed they fixed it but charged me 200 even though I only had the car for one week.The brakes have went out four times since I have had the car while I was driving. The speeding odmentor never worked I let them know the next day after getting the car I was told I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. All they care about is there car payment. And Mary is rude as hell.
i called this place receptionist is super rude. first time i called she hung up on me. i called back to speak to one of her managers she told me no one was there and she hung up on me again
