VERY disappointed!!! Went in for a new battery - once it was installed - ALL my dashboard lights were flashing- Crazy like something was still wrong. Told the girl that put it in & her reply was " Oh it's a new battery - just has to recharge & reset. I live 3 hours away- still something was wrong. Tested battery at my family's house & it showed BAD Alternator. Now I'm really stressed out- just paid over $200 for new battery:( Long story- cone to find out from a repair shop mechanic close to house- that battery was installed wrong & something wasn't wired right/ forgot to do! When I called store back the next day - No apology No reason why their person installing did it wrong!!!! NOT a satisfied customer at all!:(:(

Danny is the manager in training and he was so helpful and stuck with my issue to make sure I left with a solution. Thank you so much for the time that you spent and making it an enjoyable as well.

I was having problems with my battery. Jon the manager went above and beyond installing my new battery he recommended for me. Any more problems with my car I'll go see Jon.

I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation for Spencer at your Loves Park North 2nd Street AutoZone location. I visited the store recently because I need a new screws to attach my front license plates. Spencer was incredibly helpful he not only assisted me in finding the correct screws but also took the time to ensure they were properly installed into the frame. His willingness to go above and beyond was truly outstanding and I am very grateful for his excellent service. Thank you Spencer!

So I went to autozone in loves park. Was assisted by John who replaced battery. Well wouldn't start went back at end of night only to have john and Jason go completely out of their way replaced battery ave me a completely better one tested everything. John and Jason acted exemplary in quickly. Thank you guys for being Rockstar employees that any establishment would want working for them.

We have bought many batteries here over the years. Today was one of the best experiences we have had when shopping here. John the store manager was extremely helpful and was very friendly and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend this store and if you get John to help you it will be a great experience.

Drove here after getting a jump start for a dead battery. They had the battery I needed in stock and a very friendly super professional team member Jason H. installed the new battery, tested the old one, the new one, and the other components of the vehicle. Quick and efficient! He went above and beyond even grabbing a few chairs from the back for us to sit in the air conditioned store while we waited. Would recommend to anyone in need!

Jason was amazing. He helped me and really had me understanding the parts of my car. I really felt he cared about me as a costumer. He also installed new headlights for me!! Give that man a raise asap

Jason was a wonderful help and pleasant to do business with! He tested my battery, showed me the test results of it being bad, and showed me all my options and told me the difference between them financially and practically. Also had a nice conversation as he installed my new battery for free, and he made sure to grease it properly and thoroughly. My car starts perfectly now, thank you for a trustworthy experience!

I had a battery issue and was so annoyed with some local mechanics. I went to Autozone and the store Manager Jon found a battery for my Impala and installed it himself IN THE RAIN! It was so easy and the lowest cost option after multiple estimates with mobile mechanics. My car is working perfectly now. I’ll return to Autozone because they have real car experts there!

I came in today Sunday July 13th around 6pm as my check engine light was on. An amazing man named Jason took time to do a diagnostic for me. So absolutely helpful explaining different things. Also said if I need to come back he'd be happy to help. I'm older and cannot compliment him enough!! Need more like Him! Thanks Jason

Jason was amazing! He helped me with checking my battery and even replaced it for me! He took the time to talk about the different options, and showed exactly how to change it! I came in during a busy time, although I had to wait for Jason to come back out to replace it I did not mind because of his awesome customer service! Thank you Jason 👏😁

This store has always been able to guide me towards taking good care of my car. Amber was very descriptive of what comes with each brake kit, made suggustions of what would be more effecient to purchase and also helped me with prices.

We had a great experience! We needed some paint for our car. Jason was incredibly helpful and kind while helping us get exactly what we needed.

I have been working on my 2012 charger. Desperately trying to purge all the air out of my cooling system. Day after day I’m back at this autozone asking questions and getting help from the amazing staff! Amber was extremely nice and informative along with the rest of the staff!

I called the Loves Park IL Auto Zone and the young lady I spoke to was absolutely, amazing. Her name is Amber and I highly recommend her for all your questions you may need for your car, she didn't hesitate one bit she just jumped right into asking what was going on and how can she help me, after getting off the phone with her I drove to the store and got what I needed and she was even more helpful and the sweetest person there. Jason H did a wonderful job he assisted me installing two light bulbs. Generally when one bulb goes out the second one goes out as well is what I read online. I purchased two Sylvania LED head light bulbs model H11 LEDs with the fan I was very excited they had a fan. N was advised that they were very bright at 6000k lumens I was very satisfied with his customer service skills and speed of the install I will Be back again for any car needs!

I had Jason H. from my local AZ help me locate power steering lines for my F150. He always goes above and beyond! When he was helping me outside to know which parts to order, he heard my tire hissing air. Thanks to Jason I was aware that my tire was leaking air.

My husband went in to get windshield wipers for the car and was greeted by an employee named Jason. Jason helped him get the correct size he needed and came outside to install them for us and was super friendly. 5 stars for customer care from this employee. If you need help I definitely recommend looking for this employee at this AutoZone location.

Went in today because I thought I needed a new battery. Jon provided excellent customer service and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He went above and beyond simply fixing the issue at hand, and gave great advice for when I will need a new battery in the future. I appreciated his kindness and knowledge. This is where I will return to in the future!

SPENCER!! OK. Honestly I'm giving this store 5 stars because of Spencer. He has absolutely top shelf customer service. Needed an ABS code read. Called. He said yup we can do that. Showed up. He jumped on it. Turns out my battery was the problem. Helped me find an auto zone with one in stock. Just a total rock star. Knew his stuff. Store was clean and well staffed and well stocked. FIVE stars.

The 2 gentleman that helped me at this store where awesome! I was stranded in town on a trip. Car broke down and i was in need of some help. Ramon and Mike at the store went so far above and beyond to help me in my time of need that it truly warmed my heart that great people are still out there. When someone has no benefit in going above and beyond and still does! What speaks volumes! Been a customer of autozone for awhile but this really cements my desire to do business with a company with people like this working there. Autozone you have some great people working in your stores!! I would love to at least buy everyone there lunch as a small token of my appreciation and gratitude for all they did!!
