I usually don’t post reviews but the older lady with long gray hair that was working on 1/27 was extremely rude and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience for needing a new car battery. She didn’t want to replace it so she started helping another customer with a simple task right before she was going to take my new battery to my car and told me I was “just going to have to wait”. Only giving two stars because for young guy that was there saw I was waiting and changed my battery for me. He was fantastic.
I’ve visited this store numerous times and Noah Grey has provided the best customer support I’ve ever experienced at an auto parts store. Noah is very friendly and goes out of his way to research questions and make the customer experience excellent. I wish more people would follow this example. Give that man a raise!
Blonde gentlemen and the white haired lady are extremely helpful. Helped me get my breaks and even recommended a place that would put them on! The blonde is very knowledgeable and charming.
My BMW is having electrical issues (go figure). Gabe at the O'Fallon location was very friendly and helpful with my battery swap. It didn't fix the issue (of course) but that's not Autozone's fault and the customer service was excellent.
Stopped by to get some oil for my jeep that was on its last limb, i didn’t even know what to do or what to get and so I went inside, I didn’t catch his name but the black male individual helped me throughout the entire process, checked the oil and even filled my jeep up for me and gave me pointers on what to do in the future. Extremely respectful and helpful, i’m so very greatful for him! 10/10 if you need a quick fix for any minor issues then is your place.
I went in to buy a battery I asked the guy what he had he starts looking and scrolls down the screen reading the prices to me he then stops about half way down the page and asks which one do I want? I ask him are the only batteries available $200 or higher? What about the generic batteries not the Duralast? He then starts scrolling down the screen again and just so happens the next battery is about $80 cheaper he the scrolls down and the next battery was $120 cheaper. He basically only showed me the expensive batteries and tried to conceal the cheaper options. If I wouldn't have asked I would have spent an extra $120! Super shady and I won't be back, lots of other Auto parts stores in my area.
These guys were patient and helpful even though they couldn’t help me. They told me why they couldn’t help and gave suggestions on what and where I may be able to solve my problem. When I could not make it work buying my battery from them, they gave me a jump start to get me on my way. They didn’t even get frustrated with me when I accidentally shut my car off as he was winding up his jumper cables. He just hooked it back up and jumped my car again, then closed my hood for me to try to keep me from shutting it off again. We had a good laugh and I was on my way. I wish the dealership was this nice.
Very helpful replacing my headlights. I could easily do ot myself but my hands are too fat to fit. Very nice having young and thin guys with smaller hands available
My daughter is traveling from Florida to Colorado but her power steering went out on her older van. She struggled for a few days putting a new pump on until Noah, an employee, was kind enough to help her for 6 hours after clocking out. I’m so grateful to you for helping her. I prayed for an angel to help and there you were. Give this young man a raise. Forever thankful to you Noah.
If I could give zero stars I would, the lady Wendy has the worst attitude ever! She don’t speak she’s so rude when People ask her for help on anything! Workers from other stores says she always rude to everyone! She shouldn’t be a manager with that attitude. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!
Gentlemen did a battery installation for us and very nice as well. We even had a deflating tire at the time and he recommended a great place to get it patched. Overall a fantastic experience
The youngest kid in the planet was working at the time I arrived. Couldn’t tell me anything about what I needed, and could not locate the fuse box. What’s with this generation hiring inexperienced people in this category of work, do better.
Wonderful experience, a technician by the name of Noah promptly diagnosed my faulty alternator which my dealership failed to catch.
Highly recommend them.
This AutoZone has staff that went above and beyond to assist with my issue with aftermarket headlights. They helped me a lot with trouble-shooting.
They even offer military and first-responder discounts!
My low coolant light came on today. I pulled into autozone ofallon and found Tasha A. She helped me out more than I've been helped at an autoparts store since the 90s. Once I told her I lived a couple towns away and didnt want to wait for a tow since it was 100 degrees out she came up with a plan to get me home safely. She spent some time with me making sure my vehicle was safe enough to get me where I was going. She was even kind enough to give me her number in case I got stranded going home in the heat. Tasha is an amazing employee who went above and beyond for this customer. I hope Autozone knows just how lucky they are to have her.
Derrick is the best!! He fixed my blinker bulb, after his coworker, who didn’t seem too interested to help me. He was very busy and helped a number of people before he helped me and still came out and got the job done. He did it in a timely manner as well. He deserves a raise!

The Associate was very helpful, from the greeting to the final purchase...outstanding interaction and a very knowledgeable Associate...sorry, I didn't get his name...i will return upon notification of parts received from the Hub facility...
I was in a bit of a situation yesterday with my husbands battery for his car. I called the Belleville east store about in stock and installation. The lady told me who answered the phone that they had the battery but they wouldn’t install it. So I than called the Ofallon Il location and spoke with Matt who was a total rockstar good service is hard to come by He was getting off in 30 mins and still took the time out to install the battery and not hand me off to someone else. I thanked him many times he just said no problem happy to help. So I wanted to take a Sec to shout out Matt at the Ofallon location is a rockstar
Exceptional service. My battery in my car died(had no transpertation) and Kevin was kind enough to let me purchase it over the phone . Then they brought it to me . Thank you delivery driver with silver car . YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME
I was out looking for some window deflectors for my vehicle, stopped in @ Auto Zone & was greated by Michael. After searching, he found that they would need to be special ordered.
