I ran into vehicle issues while on a road trip. O’Reilly’s in Rochelle, IL was there to get me back on the road asap. The pulled the diagnostic code Sunday morning. I ordered the most probable part to be ready first thing Monday morning. They suggested a few mechanics in town. And I am rolling again! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and expertise in what you do!
Customer service here is solid—they’re helpful and knowledgeable, especially for a smaller store. They often have more in stock than you’d expect and can even beat Walmart’s auto section in both selection and service. A reliable spot for parts and advice when you need it!

Being a single mom and with christmas just around the corner, I was in a punch with needing a new car battery. The staff really tried to help me find something within my budget. They even gave me recommendations for other facilities that may have had the same battery for a cheaper price. I highly recommend going here for friendly, reliable service.

The younger guys working there when I went were rude and not helpful at all. I asked if they stocked something and was told to look on the wall. Orielly is my go to, prolly going to have to go to another location.
Had to get a car battery and I'm handicap, but they were extremely helpful and did all they could even if my car didn't allow free installation. They carried the battery to my car for me & carried the old one in. (My car require the "brain" computer to be removed to fit the battery.)
Always seem to have what I need. It costs more than ordering from someone online but convenience has a price. Employees are always willing to help and most have the knowledge to offer advice.

Always my first stop when I need a part. Ben helped me get a turn signal relay for my old truck. He had looked up the part on his end, but unable to get one the same day, he called Autozone to make sure I could get the part I needed. They ended up having a few in stock! That’s a great guy right there. I will always recommend going to Oriellys before anyone else. No matter what I need or how hard it is to find, they’re there. Good people and great service.
Be great if the parts guys where familiar with parts... Cac tube also known as a boost tube .. when I ask if they had any cac tube spring clamps they had no clue... So I said a boot clamp and sent me to the hose clamps.. thanks but not what I wanted. I always get parts here but the staff has gone down hill.
Only dropped by one time but the experience went extremely quick. We were helped the second we walked in with only moments of waiting time to find the correct part.
Went in with trouble with my car the Jimmy the guy at the counter went above and beyond to help me get the right stuff really knew his stuff and had a good sense of humor even tho i wasnt in the best of moods when I went in
I love orileys but your driver in the little ford on the interstate doesn't drive very well. Very irratic driving, horrible lane usage, and excessive speeding..
Has a problem with sexism apparently my gf can go in guy decides not to help her but can help the very next person that can come in wish i had gotten his name....
