i was over 7 hours away from home with a big storm on the way when i had car issues outside rochelle. I called them and they reassured me they can help. I got there and experienced the nicest team i've experienced in all the places i've been and got me back on the road in 20 minutes. highly recommend
This place was a real life saver for me. I was passing through town, and got a flat tire on Memorial Day 5/25/26. Of course every shop in town was closed on Memorial Day, so I stayed in a motel overnight. The very next morning I called every shop I could find, and nobody could help me. I walked into this shop, and spoke with a gentleman named Matt. He went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road. First he tried to find a spare for me and was not able to. Then he mentioned that he had a rim and tire at home that would fit my car. He was able to leave work long enough to run home and get it for me. He originally said he would just give it to me for free, but ended up charging me $100. Which I was happy to give him, as I was 3-1/2 hours from home, and had already been stuck for over 18 hours. We had a really great experience at The Auto Hub in Rochelle, Illinois. Josh was our salesperson and he was genuinely nice and helpful without any of the usual car-salesman pressure or awkwardness. He came across like a real person who actually wanted to help, not someone just trying to make a sale. There was zero pressure to buy, and the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country we looked at was exactly as it was listed online. No surprises at all - it looked just like the pictures and drove great. Because of how positive and straightforward the experience was, we decided to purchase the vehicle. We’ve been very happy with it so far, and my kids are especially thrilled about the DVD player . My husband needed tires installed on his Honda ADV160 scooter. The local auto parts store recommended Auto Hub. They gave us a fair estimate and stuck to it. Very comfortable atmosphere while he waited. Everyone was very friendly and appeared family oriented. Work was completed in under an hour. I recently had the pleasure of working with both Brad Dryer and Josh Crofton in locating me my dream car. These 2 men went above and beyond to find what i wanted. This journey started in Mar/Apr and every week they would send me emails asking is this the one? What do you think of this one? They hunted the internet til their eyes bled. Then Brad sent an email and said i think we found the one. Brad changed his schedule around, left Rochelle at 430am and drove 4hrs one way and brought it home. I have had it a week and I LOVE IT!!!!! Drove approximately 1600 miles round trip to purchase a 2024 Black convertible Camaro. Wasn’t disappointed when we saw this beauty. Josh was a delight to work with, professional and just a real nice guy. Brad was very attentive to our needs and very hospitable. I also enjoyed meeting Dexter. Doug is the most, honest and friendly used car salesman I've ever met. His dealership is not the largest one I've been to, but the vehicles he sells are everything you want in a used car. If you are concerned about any hidden issues, then stop because Doug will tell you everything he knows about the vehicle to assure you, you are buying a solid vehicle. Don't pass this opportunity to buy from him if he has what you need. Not only does he sells cars, but many other vehicle assesories.
First time doing business here and Doug was my salesman. Very genuine and no pressure at all. Doug and Brian were very fair with my trade ins and I ended up with an awesome truck! They even threw in a full detail and oil change. Will definitely stop again for our next vehicle.

I bought my '93 Chevy C1500 at the Auto Hub and I definetly would do it again! I had not the chance to see the truck by myself, because I'm from Germany, so I have to thank Doug for the excellent service and for his absolute honesty. The truck is over the top! Recently purchased the cleanest 2002 Zo6 Corvette I've ever seen from The Auto Hub. Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had, Doug was up front, honest and the price extremely fair considering the used car environment were experiencing he past year. This group sells extremely clean, hard to find, low mile desirable vehicles. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. If your looking for the best vehicle experience, then this is the place to go to. I have to say, that dealing with The Auto Hub has been a very pleasant and unbelievably satisfying journey to say the least. I live 9 hrs from the dealership and I found a 99 Sierra 1500 Z71 they had for sale. I wasn't exactly looking to buy at the time, but then I came across this beauty. I have to say I called and was very, very, impressed with Doug. He is very professional, honest, and straight forward. I never once felt pressured, I was completely comfortable talking to him about the truck. Before I knew it, we were meeting up halfway to receive my truck. Where do I start???!!! Everything about my experience at Auto Hub was over the top! Everyone that my wife and I worked with concentrated on customer satisfaction and it showed! I purchased a beautiful car that I could not drive home for about two weeks because of the snow storms. However, Doug let me know that they would allow me the extra time needed to get the car home. The day finally came to bring her home. I highly recommend Auto Hub to everyone!
Great experience. Doug was awesome. The really provide a hassle and no pressure experience. When I wasn't able to get the finances on my 1st visit Doug didn't try to talk me into buying something I didn't want like a lot of dealers do, instead he tried to work with me a little. I finally got the finances and made the hour drive to purchase to my vehicle. I recommend the Auto Hub to anyone looking for a great buying experience. Also like to add all their vehicles are quality vehicles and the prices are more than within reason
