Napa parts are usually very good and these days are very competitive on pricing

I called when they first opened at 0800am to order a brake line that they said would be in around 2pm that day... I showed up at 2pm and they simply told me it didn't make it on the truck and wouldn't be there till their next delivery truck a few days later... mind you this was after I pulled everything apart assuming I would have the parts that day. Poor communication skills.

Knowledgeable staff had all the parts I was looking for.

My Dad has bought almost all of his auto parts at this store the last 10 years and we've never had any issues. All of our cars run like new, even though they all have at least 100,000 miles on them. They also sell lawn and garden parts and batteries, which I feel most people don't know.
