Once again Pro Towing to the rescue. First ride on the ZX6 in 22 years, and it died. They took great care in loading it up. Very happy about the tow. Not so happy about the bike. My work continues. Thank you Pro.
Used them twice, first time very fast and efficient, Took good car of my car. Second time , he was busy (during bad weather), he did come when he said he would, again took good care of my car.
Used them to transport a disabled vehicle. They were the most affordable option by a good margin, extremely responsive and flexible in scheduling. Highly recommended.
I called the company to complain about a driver who was driving at 90W and cut me off by changing lanes, did not look in the mirror at a speed of 30-40 miles per hour and drove off despite me honking the horn. My complaint to the company ended with the person answering the phone teaching me on how to drive and swearing at the same time!!! I don't think it's supposed to look like this!!! I hope I can't give any star!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I hope I never have to call this place again.
On my way back from a trip of riding in Kentucky with horse trailer full of 4 horses my Ford F-350 rear dually wheel came off and sheared the lug studs right off! I called Pro-Towing and Frank promptly answered phone was out as quickly as he could. It was a Sunday AM, no one else gave me the time of day or answered phone. "Frank" got new studs and lugs on my tire and made sure I could travel safely back to my horse farm in Wisconsin. Also received call making sure I got home with my horses safely...I appreciate the help! Definitely would recommend Pro-Towing! Thanks again Frank!
My wife and I were out celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in downtown Chicago. When we got back to the car after dinner and drinks it was around 2am and our car wouldn't start. Bad Battery. After calling numerous tow companies who all quoted me a 2+ hour wait time I remembered about a tow company up north that had picked up and delivered my wife's Audi back to our house when we were on vacation. Pro-Towing, So I called. A kind and warming deep voice answered the phone and I began to tell him our problem and location without any questions he said he could be out there in 45 minutes. He must've put that tow truck in turbo mode because he was there in 30 minutes. He tried to jump the car but the battery wouldn't hold its charge so we decided to get the car towed to the dealer and we took an uber home. Frank, was the name of the tow truck driver and it turned out he was the owner of the business. It's nice to see that even that hour of the night there still are good people out there who offer a great service with a smile. We highly recommend Pro-Towing in Highland Park and hopefully we won't need a tow in the future but if we do you know who we're calling.
