Great service and truck buying experience. I test drove a 2017 Nissan cargo van loved a great price. I didn't notice the big chip in the windshield but when i came back the next day to pay and pick up van they have a guy their fixing it without me saying anything.

Caution!!! They do not back there product!! They have learned to overcome being honest or actually repairing vehicles that they sell by carefully wording their vehicle descriptions. Read into the vehicle description very, very carefully! And as they state on their website "all vehicles are serviced, inspected, and ready for a new driver," which can mean...we have made sure the brakes will stay on for now, with the zip tie that we applied, and we washed all the oil from the massive oil leak off. So once you go more than 30 or so miles and the check engine light comes on and the zip tie breaks - the vehicle WAS running and safe, but no longer the dealerships problem. Just letting everyone out there know to be careful with dishonest dealers. This is a sad world that we live in. And Note to the owner, who will reply with some obvious lie and twisted statement...no one out there wants to see your twisted statement of lies. They want to see that you made it right and backed your product! And I don't mean just us, I mean with all these poor people you continue to rip off daily.

Friendly enough folks. Car was reasonably priced for being spray painted and hot glued together. Hundreds of dollars in repairs were hidden (both headlight housings, windshield fluid pump, tyranny issues, etc). Not thrilled.

I helped a friend check out a Prius for sale here. David was a very good and straight forward dealer. Wish there were more like him! He had done repairs on the car and gave me a recommendation to use that shop for my own car, and it was a great place. Thanks, David!

I had been looking for months a good economic fuel efficient car. Finally found one at this dealer, call and spoke with John for test drive and I love the vehicle. Made a phone call. John answered the phone. Told him I needed 4 vehicles for my business. He took my info and called me back that day with four vehicles that were exactly what I asked him for and in the budget I asked him to find them. We completed our transaction and the next day he got shipment all lined up. Could not aske for a better experience. Would definitely use them and recommend them for anyone looking for a vehicle!

Great people! We were lucky enough to find this family-owned business in an area I normally associate with vultures. They weren't pushy at all, and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Nick was honest, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Just looking and owner was great, with his two sons the have a nice mix of vans and trucks for a working guy not pushy! Don't buy as unit was not what we needed but will keep a eyes on the website!

Nick seemed to be a pretty straight forward, honest guy when we talked over the phone. I will say that I did get a good price on the vehicle I purchased. But, I do want to put the facts out here for people to read so they can use their own judgement when deciding on purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, at the beginning of all of this, I believed the description online and the description that was provided to me when I talked with Nick over the phone. I went ahead and moved forward with the purchase and had Nick help me get the vehicle shipped to my house. He quoted me a price on the vehicle with shipping and that is when my poor experience started. After I had already agreed to the price for the vehicle and shipping, I sent payment in full. After a period of time, the vehicle had not been picked up or delivered and Nick then informed me that the shipping cost was going to go up to be able to get a shipper interested. That ended up happening twice. On the day the vehicle was finally delivered, the shipper couldn't even get it started to get it off of the trailer so I had them take it to a local mechanic to get dropped off so they could diagnose the problem and get it fixed. That was over a month ago ... it's still at the shop with numerous other problems. 1. Broken ignition switch (once it was fixed, we got the vehicle running and found out the following items were bad as well) 2. Master window control panel broken. Drivers window rolled down permanently 3. Sunroof inoperable. It also pours water into the vehicle when it rains. It doesn't just drip, it pours 4. Headrest DVD's that were pictured and advertised don't even have any electrical hookups run to them 5. No DVD player was even present for the DVD headrest screens. 6. Power tilt / telescoping wheel inoperable 7. Adjustable height control suspension system failed, no fluid or hydraulic pressure 8. Horn inoperable 9. Steering column upper bracket wasn't even there 10. Hood latch broken - tied down with wire 11. Heated seats don't work 12. Power antenna with aftermarket stereo can't get reception for radio to work 13. New alternator (once we fixed the ignition switch and got the vehicle running, the voltage was spiking, lights flickering, needed a new alternator) 14. Clock spring in the steering wheel broken causing air bag fault I understand, and even expect a few things to be wrong on a used vehicle. The disheartening thing about this vehicle though, is that it seemed to me that Nick and Highland Park Truck & Auto Center purchased this vehicle, cleaned it up for pictures, and then put it out there for sale without checking the vehicle out at all, or they knew all that was wrong and then advertised it to be in "Excellent condition!" There isn't any chance in the world that all of these things could have accidentally been overlooked if the vehicle had been inspected before it was offered for sale to the public. The following sentence is the statement that they claim on their vehicle advertisement ... "We always have, in stock, a select group of excellent and affordable used vehicles. With more than 50 years of combined experience in the auto business, we know how to offer the best vehicles, at the best prices! All vehicles are serviced, inspected and ready for a new driver." This claim unfortunately ... definitely ... doesn't hold true in my situation. When I followed up with Nick about these items, his response to me was "I'm not sure why you are spending all of that money to repair the truck. It would make more sense to resell the truck before replacing everything." In my opinion, that told me all that I needed to know about his dealership and this is why I'm leaving the review. They obviously decided to just sell it instead of fixing what needed to be fixed. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle from them, I'm not telling you to stay away, I'm saying to take your time and spend the money to get the vehicle inspected by a third party so your hard earned money will be put towards a vehicle that will serve you well.

I bought 2 cargo vans at this place for my business for a really good price. Did a test drive. on my way back home, the check engine light came on. I took the car to a mechanic he connected the computer and find out that the cylinder 6 was not working properly and that he needs to fix the head gasket or change the engine, because it was not safe to drive it on a streets. The second van was driving good, but now start having the same issue with the engine misfire. I let the seller know about the problem but he refused to work this problem out with me .I lost a lot of money on this deal and will be filing a complaint with the attorney general

These guys are great I have purchased many work vans from them over the years all of the used vehicles we have purchased have been excellent and Patrick is easy to work with. Could not recommend them more they know what they are doing the trucks and vans they buy come from well maintained fleets and are always as promised on the website. I typically buy them sight unseen and have no worries not trusting them on delivering what was promised.

Walked in today to Buy a cargo work van asked some question about there finance program and sales person was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The price and customer service is very bad.

My husband purchased a stretch passenger van with over 100,000 miles. Price was fair and vehicle was excellent. When our business outgrew the vehicle, we had no trouble selling this van to someone else. A year later, we took my best friend to see John the Van Man. She purchased a tradesman van with 100,000+ miles, packed it to the brim, and drove it from Chicago to Seattle. She continued to drive it for years and continues to say it was a terrific vehicle. After more than 10 years, she solved to someone to turn into a camper. Both families would buy from this family company again!

Wow!! Love this place!! The company that I work for has so far purchased three vehicles from this place. Always a friendly atmosphere, always a great price, and always a great vehicle!! I recommend anyone looking for a used work truck or personal vehicle to make this your first stop....you most likely won't need to make a second.

Found a nice Escalade that I wanted to purchase. Spoke to Salesman/Part owner "David" on phone to hash out the details so I didn't have to make a 4 hour round trip for nothing. Was pre-qualified through my Christian Credit Union and ready to pull the trigger on a truck. Dragged the wife and 4 kids from out of state to the dealership. Seemed like a good truck for a good price. After the test drive and committing myself to the purchase I was informed that I would have to comeback for the paperwork and finalization of purchase and unable to drive away. What a waste of time and $. Gas and toll fees aren't cheap, let alone the families time. Yeah, just let me drive another 4 hours and toll fees for your convenience. Its hard to find a caring family oriented salesman :(

Nick was an excellent salesman, but that won't mean I'll be repeat business. These guys will seal a deal by verbal contract, then renege at the last hour to sell the car to someone else. It was a significant waste of my time.
