Hours to donate are ridiculous. When they are supposed to be open for donation drop off, many times they are short staffed and they post a closed sign which is extremely inconvenient since their hours are extremely limited to begin with.

Lots of merch turnover. New, overstock and used. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love the frequent discounts

I called before coming because I live almost an hour away. I mentioned the exact door size and type and that I needed it prehung and they said oh yeah we have a bunch. I showed up to not a single one and then was told things sell fast. I had just called before leaving. If they would've actually checked, it would've saved me the pointless trip.

The store is nice, bigger than other Restores. Lots of furniture and they have some snacks as well. Lots of items related to plumbing, electrical projects. Some fridges and stoves. Best thing is that whatever it says it costs, you will get charged less, happened to me multiple times ? 3 ? because the cashier lady is very pushy for phone #. I had to tell he 3 times that I only want to pay not sign up for their service. She made it sound like giving phone # is mandatory. Really drives up my anxiety and makes me not want to come back.

HOLY COW!! - these people are insane!! - Prices are like new!! - Makes no sense. These are DONATED items!! - I know the money goes to a good cause - but this is ridiculous!!!! Example: GE 27.9 cu ft 4 door fridge. Damaged handles, and missing drip tray just for starters...$2639.40. HOLY HELL!! Same fridge, BRAND NEW at Best Buy: $2159 on sale. This was my first and LAST visit to this absolute joke of a store. This is a real shame because I would like to contribute to a very worthy cause. But there is no way at this point. It would be sheer idiocy. The manager needs to be replaced immediately. Somebody there is acting like they are on drugs. No kidding. I literally was walking around laughing and taking photos because friends will not believe me. Every time I turned a corner there was another example. Like: A damaged hollow core interior door: $60 Home Depot - NEW - same door $61 NO BRAINER. They are killing the cause. All day long.

I learned a hard lesson. If you see something you like, buy/reserve it... lots of neat stuff for house remodeling!

I like coming here because I’m always welcome with good service. Jo and Jordan have always been helpful and friendly. I value when I find a store with great selection of items and when they focus on providing quality customer service. Thank you

Great place to stop in before heading to the big box store. Prices can sometimes be marked a little high considering everything as-is, but it’s for a good cause and you know what you are getting. Staff has always been very pleasant to work with.

We don't come to this Restore very often but the handful of times we have we thought the prices were incredibly high compared to other locations. They had a sale going on for everything you can fit in a paper lunch bag, which I'm assuming was aimed towards getting rid of a lot of the hardware that is here as not much can fit in a paper lunch bag. This location does seem to have more wall cabinets than other locations though if you're looking for something like that.

Great selection of items for Halloween, but a little disappointed at how this place has changed. I haven’t been in a long time and I miss the setup and selection they used to have, because now there’s more random junk than there used to be. There used to be lots of beds, chairs, and tables, and now it seems like there’s mostly pieces of things. This place used to be the best place for affordable furniture and decorations, and now you can buy… a cabinet door. Sad and disappointed and likely won’t be back. :(

I have been a customer for many years. Over the years I purchased furniture, tools, and many other articles. The main reason for returning used to be great price. This is no longer the case. Prices have been increased so much that it doesn't make sense to stop by. I see much fewer people there and items lingering for a long time. Just too expensive.

Used to be good deals here that’s why everyone went now they are over charging for these presented items in some cases more expensive than new. I’m not hunting for the best prices but the whole concept it defeated when you charge too much these managers need to go! Before they close down

If you’re looking for home improvement supplies like screws, windows and accessories, doors furniture, lighting, etc. This is the place to check out. People and companies donate hardware and home goods. This location has a reward system and discounts on certain days. Worth checking out! The only reason I was a little disappointed was cause on certain items they are literally priced at what they cost at retail stores and are used.

It's a warehouse environment with a variety of home, building and household items at discounted prices. It's loosely organized and what you see is what you get. You need to take time to see what is there. All employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

I used to love this place. I was a frequent shopper, but in the last 6 or so months the prices have drastically increased. A lot of the items are just as expensive as buying new in original store. Very disappointing as I loved supporting the cause.

Very disappointed in the demeanor and lack of professionalism by the person supposedly accepting donations (by the loading dock). It’s fine that she did not choose to take materials from our recently renovated kitchen, but the way she interacted with the public is inexcusable. I know that this is not how Habitat for Humanity wants to be represented. The volunteers/liaisons inside the store were very helpful.

I was passing by this store and read more about it and i was happy to see reduce reuse and recycle for better cause. I went to this place first time to check out the store. According to google. Store is open from Tuesday to Saturday but to my disappointment, store was closed on Tuesday afternoon around12:30ish. No other notes were displayed.

This place is really hit or miss. Get it then if you love it. My son and I got 2 chairs for his apt and with the sale, only paid $17 for both. I'll keep going back. Great furniture selection. Also got a kitchen table from there for $40. Real wood, nice quality

We have dropped off brand new items that we did not sell at our garage sale, last time was 3 years ago, due to Covid-45. This time they would not take any of the brand new and in the boxes lighting fixture, and many LED fixtures. They will not answer the phones as staff is limited, but no lighting needed. We gave many items to a couple that were missionaries from Africa, all they wanted. The rest we took to Salvation Army and same results no lighting fixtures at all. We did drop them at our local Good Will location in Westchester, Illinois, go there soon for amazing deals.

Went in and bought a headboard and paint with my mom. Everyone there was so helpful and nice! They wonderful girl that helped us even helped carry it out to our car even though she didn't have to. We will absolutely be back!!!

They had beautiful pianos. You can also find doors of various sizes. I purchased large scale framed art pieces for $10 each (assuming they were from hotels). Mainly got them for the frames as large picture/art frames are super expensive! The furniture here is also much cheaper than the Chicago location.

Great bargains and worth a visit. I did not find anything but it has a good selection of doors, lamps and used power tools.

Friendly staff, some cool things but went on a Saturday and many things I liked were marked as sold. They have additional discounts on items that aren’t new arrivals. I may come back to check my luck another day.

Prices were way too high. I understand proceeds are donations to help people out but if items are donated then selling price should not be so high. There was a lot I would have bought but I could have bought for brand new or possibly even less brand new. Not impressed. Been to other habits for humanity and they have had good prices and I have always walkEd out with merchandise.

Always able to find exactly what I need and the Volunteer Staff is AMAZING.

Great staff and a really great selection of odds and ends for the home. There is always a new selection of items and you can find really amazing deals on nearly brand new items like cabinets and appliances. You'll also find some really unique finds. I've found an old oscilloscope, a 14" Craftsman band-saw, and some other items that I've gotten a really good price on.
