The negative reviews are 100% accurate so buyer beware. To start with, the phone answering system is antiquated and gives scammy vibes. Can never get a supervisor on the line because the one supervisor available “is in a meeting”. Lastly, they don’t ship as promised. We were guaranteed a discounted next day delivery service after signing up for their loyalty program. Never shipped and FedEx never received the package. They need a strong competitor to put them out of business. It would be well deserved.

Usually when I get the run around I tend to post a review online and get contacted. I ordered a part almost two weeks ago. I was promised it in a couple days. Then it was pushed back a couple more days, then I got a part that was incorrect. I was told it would be shipped and if be given a lable to ship back. Then a couple days go by and I get an email asking again for pictures I've sent. Still hasn't shipped I'm assuming???? This is messed up guys and gals

They just pass your order onto a 3rd party supplier and if there's any issue they just point their finger at the other company along with a boiler plate apology. Will not order anything through them again, I don't care if takes 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months elsewhere.

Parts town have good quality products but when it comes to customers service.......well look for another company I get sent first the wrong part ok it could happen and I get only charged $6.50 for shipping great order the same part again well surprise the part number was the right one on the tag but on the part was a different one I called parts town for help and asked if it is possible it is maybe a replacement or modified part. Since I bought it over eBay they can't help me if you go on eBay it give me the contact details for part town (address and phone the same) so actually parts town is the seller on eBay commercial kitchen direct is one and the same but no help. I call it bullshit.

The prices are High and i bought some gaskets $24 ea x 2 & $23 same day delivery with a driver, now they were the same price with the part number that you search the internet like most of us do, However this was a good deal, good price, same day service. Delivery fees at any company are higher and so is everything in 2025, I trust parts town for a number of years- bought many parts from them, when u get into the habit of finding your part number you need you can get it cheaper elsewhere, but not always on some items. So i am giving them a 5 star and they could go lower on the price, but all parts are so pricey everywhere, it's not only them. They have a darn good site too and people who give you quotes and you can literally complain about everything, anywhere. I am giving them 5 stars... I even drive there to pickup, but then i waste 2-3 hours, so why not just deliver and get it over with, order a few parts and it's 1 trip for a driver.

I had a really great experience. They had the parts that I needed for my commercial laundry equipment, and they got them to me fast. The shipping is a bit expensive. Shipping is much cheaper if you join their loyalty club for a one time fee, but you shouldn't have to do that. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review

This company used to be Whaley. Whaley was awesome. Partstown...not so much. No discounts for service agents unless you are a large service provider. If I have a vendor who only uses them for parts, I decline to service. Hurts my business. I only use them as a last option. Just a big conglomerate hurting the average Joe.

I ordered a flame sensor for my furnace on 3/5/25 at 10:30 pm, and I received the part the very next day around 9:15 am. Because I made the purchase the night before, I was afraid that I wouldn't get it until days later. I was going to call the company the next morning to be sure they received my order and it was ready for delivery, but to my surprise, the company sent me a text message around 8 am this morning to confirm my order, and a link that updated me on exactly where my package was at all times. My part was dropped off to me around 9:15 am today. It took me about 15 min to replace the part on my furnace, and my home is now nice and warm. ?

DO NOT USE PARTS TOWN IF YOU NEED THE PART!!!!!!!!! Dishwasher at my restaurant broke. Parts town had the parts. I created an account, put them in the cart, selected overnight shipping, and entered my payment info. Next day. No parts. No record of sale. My dishwasher is still broke. f parts town.

Absolutely horrible customer service, bad rates, and shipping prices are ridiculous. They are a joke and there are other providers that offer preferred pricing. Backorder every single day with no notification so your customers just wait. 0-10

I've been using these guys as a parts vendor for my small repair business for 15 years. They have everything in stock. They get stuff out the door FAST and have a great web page. Usually, orders are processed quickly and there are no issues. The quality of the parts they sell are good and they are typically packaged properly. Minus two stars because of how much they charge. I usually use Partstown as my LAST option when ordering because they are, in most cases, the MOST expensive vendor I use. I can usually save 30-40% on parts via other vendors. Their shipping charges are also insanely expensive. Double what most of my other vendors charge. $30 to ship a part that fits in a padded envelope and wights a few oz. They also charge the most for next day air orders, by a longshot. But if I need something quick, and no one else has it in stock, these guys are my vendor, and I RARELY have issues when I place an order, after I get over the sticker shock.

Here is the biggest problem with Parts Town. As I’m sure most of you shop on the Internet for all your components, most ordering houses give you free shipping once you either join their club or spend $100. Parts Town blends a shipping cost along with their handling fee, which they don’t even break down; they call everything shipping cost. To ship things four or five towns away, you get it the next day, but in a small box. You’re going to pay upwards of $30. Their shipping cost is ridiculous. They were making hundreds of thousands of dollars on extra fees because they charge you money to put it in the box. I hope at some point Parts Town realizes what they’re doing to the guest or their customers and either correct this or I hope somebody else opens up a similar company and puts them out of business

Rude customer service. Had a defective part sent to me and they had to do a warranty claim. No follow up when you try to email to get information. When you call they are rude and no help. Tell me to just order another part while I wait to see what they will do. Meanwhile losing money with equipment down. Horrible company and rip offs. Won’t ever use them for any of our businesses again.

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Service I recently had a frustrating experience with a purchase that left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I bought a fan for $410 and opted for the $279 next-day early delivery service, expecting it to arrive as promised. Unfortunately, the fan didn't arrive until three days later, causing me to miss a scheduled appointment with a technician that I had arranged for the following day. When I reached out to customer service to request a shipping refund due to this delay, I was met with an unhelpful response. They claimed that since I placed the order on Friday, it was expected to arrive by Monday. However, nothing in the checkout process indicated that there would be a delay, which felt incredibly misleading. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and convince them of the unfairness, my request for a refund was outright rejected. This entire experience has left me with a sense of dishonesty regarding their delivery promises. I expected better communication and service, especially given the premium price I paid for expedited shipping. Not a good company to order parts from. Ordered a part it came in I no longer needed that part so I returned it, they sent me photos of it being used which yes I did try it and didn’t end up keeping it. They sent me an email saying I have to send them a return label in order for them to send it back to me I told them I would pay for the return label. They said no we cannot do that. Just before two weeks they gave me 3 days or else my part would be destroyed. Honestly all the part needed was some cleaning inside and it would be like it was new again. Never will I order from them again!!

Horrible company to work with. Extremely overpriced. They made mistakes in the pricing they were charging my company for parts over about a 6 month period of time. When they caught thier mistake they tried to back bill me the difference between what they originally charged and list pricing. They were not willing to discuss the issue or negotiate. They just sent the bill to collections without warning. Collections was willing to negotiate and I ended up paying very little over my original prices that I was quoted at the time of purchase. Very shady practices. I believe they chose to discriminate against myself and my company as thier attitude and demenout changed very quickly after inutial contact about the issue. Believe the reviews and stay away!!

Pricing is absolutely absurd for shipping for a commercial company! I have been using them for almost 10 years give or take, and it has done nothing but go up more and more every day! For instance I had a 12$ part to order but it costs 147$ to ship it to me which is one state east of them, customer service is failing just as much! Not even given a discount for it as well! They have done nothing but just gone down hill! Just sad!!

Just got the bad news. It's a 31% increase on ground shipping for the members of "i-Save" shipping program. Could be all the raises they gave to UPS drivers ....wages bumped up to $125,000 a year. Ironically fuel prices are coming down. "Due to increased prices from our shipping partners, you will see a slight increase in your custom shipping rates starting on 12/29/2023." Here's a breakdown of the new shipping rates: o Ground: $12.99 o Second Day Air: $37.49 o Next Day Air: $44.99

Paid over $50 for two day shipping.!My parts were nowhere, called after three days they said they just got them and they were gonna ship them to me so my today shipping now it’s one week shipping I said I did not wanted the parts anymore, but they insist shipping them to me anyway so they can get the shipping money and then I have to pay to ship them back for a refund. Worst company ever worst Customer service. I bet you all the good ratings they got it’s paid ratings.

Almost six months of false promises and delays on my order. Every time I reached out it was another couple months out. Never delivered. Finally found a supply house that delivered in about a week. Better luck to other shoppers.

Ordered parts @ 1pm paid $37 extra for next day air shipping delivered by 3pm.11pm get email parts had shipped. 8am check tracking parts won't arrive till 9pm. Chat with rep on web and told it's ups fault I need to call. I call partstown and told that it's ups fault and if I want I can go pick the part up at ups now. I asked for a refund of the shipping was only offered a discount. I will never use this place again as they are not trustworthy. They didn't ship the parts on time now they wanna push the blame. I asked to speak to a manager who was able to look into the situation and instruct the csr to tell me I could go to ups and pick it up but wasn't able to provide any help or get in the phone and talk. Don't buy from here!!!

First time ordering and I must say they are lightening fast getting the parts out. Literally the next day it came because I ordered it early in the AM. The part was less expensive than other sites n it fit perfectly. I ordered 2 interlocking switches for my microwave. I'm now up n nuking!! Lol

Do not deal with them I ordered a cooler gasket they sent the wrong one and now I have to pay to return the item. I told them that it wasn't my mistake and the supervisor said it didn't matter. So I have to pay $15.00 to return the wrong item. Save your self sometime and get your stuff from Amazon at least they cover their return shipping.

They changed our account from a discounted pricing to full list value without saying anything to us. When we call in to order parts they say its because we didn't purchase enough from them. This was never an issue before... We can't even get a call back from them to solve this issue. Until our rates are corrected we will purchase everything elsewhere.. We're not going to pass over priced products onto our customers just from them screwing us over. Hopefully other people check pricing prior to purchasing.

I'm very happy with my purchase. They had what I needed, shipped it within a day and I received it in about 3 days of ordering. The regular, no rush shipping of almost $14.00 was a bit ridiculous for a part that only cost me $7.00 but it was better than buying a whole new coffee maker. I will order from them again.

I ordered 3 parts the last 2 weeks. ALL 3 did not fit my equipment. The expect me to PAY the restocking fee and shipping because they ship the wrong parts. There's better companies out there who ship the right parts. I WILL NEVER by from them again.

This place is awesome!! I only order online but they always have what we need in stock. Recently ordered some condenser fan motors for a Traulsen freezer via next day air and they arrived in CA before 10:30am the next day even though I had placed my order around 4pm. Shipping charges are fair. Customer service is terrific! Highly recommend!
