Amazing service, I had a full trailer of spilled aluminum cans, the guys unloaded me really fast and were extremely polite, don't go to any other recycling center, this is the best recycling center you can find. Thank you again guys!!!!!!!!!

I cannot recommend these folks more highly. An employee saw me pull up and came out to greet me and let me know I could pull into the facility. Everything was well organized and clean. Patrick and the crew were incredibly friendly, and their service was quick. They explained what they were doing and weighed everything in front of me. I was offered a completely fair rate and was paid on the spot. This will be my go to business for any and all metal recycling moving forward.

This place is top notch! Clean and extremely organized. Always worry about where I take my personal truck when going to scrap my metal. Not a spec of debris on the ground to puncture a tire or scratch or dent my truck. Owner is super cool and so were his guys in the shop. They carefully unloaded everything from my truck and had bins right at the dock ready to go. Close to my home and great prices. I’m glad I found them on google.

This was a great find! Went to my old place but they closed their doors. Looked up the next nearest recycling center this was it. Wasn't sure if they just took steel but decided to see if they took wire also and was greeted by James saying yes we do! Being on all concrete and having a ramp to pull right in a sheltered building to unload, HEAVEN! These guys have ALL my business in the future! Btw they're a smaller company apparently so go and make these these BIG. Good luck to these guys!
I found this place on Google search because Redline Metals closed down very recently. From the phone call to see if they're real to walking out the door, it was an awesome experience. Very polite, professional, helpful young men are running a clean and organized operation. Pricing and weighing and everything is absolutely transparent. If you're an electrician with proof (trade license, union card, etc) make sure you mention it to them and show them the proof, they'll give you an extra 10 cents/lb for copper.

Tried this place for the first time today, I have never seen such a clean metal facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scales were accurate and visible, got paid on the spot and prices were above average. Looks like they specialize in non ferrous but said they accept ferrous as well, with the exception of appliances. `Will definitely return and recommend.
DO NOT HESITATE TO COME HERE. Not only is the staff extremely friendly, qualified and knowledgeable but they are very transparent with the customer showing tare weights, sorting metals for you and unloading the vehicle. In all my years scraping I’ve never left a place feeling like I actually got my moneys worth. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Will be back EVERY time I have metals that need recycling. I had never been to a scrap center before but a coworker recommended this place and I can see why. Everyone is so nice and friendly and happy to help. They are all great guys there, Pat, James, Charlie, I know there’s more I forgot. Don’t even bother going anywhere else because it’s not going to be faster or cleaner than this place
Fantastic place to go to get rid of your scrap metal! We've been going to a different place in Addison for years, but this is our new recycler! This place is clean, organized and the guys actually unload for you, show you what they are weighing, and how much you have of each metal. We got better service and money for our stuff here than the other place we went.
Capital metals made my transaction quick and easy. Only 2-3 min wait time and they had a few guys unloading and doing everything for us. They were overall friendly people who run a very efficient and welcoming business. HVAC and Plumbing guys I would highly recommend bringing in your stuff here!!

I’m so glad I found this place! I’ve been scrapping metal and copper for 15 years now and finally found a company that took care of me like I was part of the team. Very clean, extremely professional, and excellent customer service. All the qualities that you expect from a company unlike the loud, smelly, unprofessional places I have been to prior. And let me not forget the payout! My return was almost double then I had expected! Capital Metals is the only answer for scrapping. I’m definitely looking forward to a long business relationship with them.
I'm a warehouse manager at a solar company in Wood Dale. A few of the owners from Capital Metals approached me trying to earn my scrap contract. I was skeptical at first because more than one company has done this. These folks were different in their approach to earn my business. They went out of their way to take my existing scrap situation, make it easier, and more lucrative. They also brought us baked goods twice during their quest to earn our business, it really won over the office staff I'll say.
They took over most of our scrap labor and cost, such as loading the trucks and transporting material, to breaking down our wire spools for us. They asked for a copy of our competing scrap yard's pricing.. They made sure to take that information and present us with fair, competitive metal prices.
The facility is HUGE! Super clean, and organized. The staff is super friendly, and a tentative, I am assuming because most of the staff owns a partial share of the company. You really get the vibe that everyone cares about earning, and keeping your business. Our first load of scrap was also paid out much higher than expected. It's a new facility and they are trying very hard to outshine the competition.
In summary:
It was a good choice teaming up with them, as they helped us decrease our workload and increased our return margins on scrap materials.

A buddy of mine told me about this spot not too far away from me. I decided to give them a try today and let me tell ya. I’ve never seen a cleaner scrap place in my life lol. I think I talked to Patrick (not sure if that’s his name) but he had me in and out within minutes. Not only was the process nice and easy but the payout was even better.
