My tire was deflating slowly every time I put air in. Brought my car in and was seen immediately. They found the leak, repaired the tire and I was on my way. Super fast service. Professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a tire repair.
They do not weld rims here. Don’t waste your time here, as they want you to leave your wheel. The turn around time is 2 days, also they don’t answer phone calls. Could have avoided this trip.
I spoke to JUAN to see if they have my tire's size and they said YES, I took the drive there once i arrived they asked me to park in the back and i did, after the waiting they send me a young kid saying WE DON'T HAVE YOUR TIRE IN STOCK!!!!
pretty disappointed, i brought my car in last Tuesday to replace a new tire and had a bent rim. After a week, i was hearing thumping noise from my car. I took it to a tire shop closer to home and there they brought to my attention my lug nuts were loose from the tires that were replaced/swapped and that’s where the noise was coming from, which was confirmed. After paying $110 for a new tire, id expect them to tighten them up securely. Make sure your tire is tightened securely before leaving, i’m glad i caught this before anything worse could’ve happened.
I came in today and I was helped immediately! I got great service, they changed my tires that had a screw in both of them! They let me sit in my car with the ac while they lifted me up, very nice of them haha. Come here for your car service needs!
I purchased 2 tires. Did not balance tires and the weight was way off per Pep boys. They asked did I go to a local shop or brand name due to the bad job.
They came thru with a quick tire change. I got a used tire and appreciate that they were able to swap the toast one. But they didn’t tell me it was cash only on the phone when I called, and the guys that took my money in the garage didn’t even seem sure what to charge me but I had already asked on the phone. It was $60 which id say is fair. No warranty on the tire tho - other shops will offer 30 days at least. Also they OVERINFLATED MY DAMN TIRE. How does a tire shop not know how to inflate a tire? I could literally see it and fixed it myself after the fact.
Hands down the best tire crew around! Took care of an issue I was having with a corporate tire chain. They got me in and out and were incredibly professional and courteous! Prices and rates were more than fair. Not only do they have all my future business, they’ll have all the business of the people I recommend to go there!
I thought about giving this place a 1 star review but no one looks there. I came in because the tire pressure sensor came on, when I came in they told me that the tire needed to be readjusted to the rim for all my tires. I was told that it happens very often during the cold seasons.
The price is a little high but I was okay with paying because of them working outside. Luckily I only had 1 done, the guy broke my rim cap with a hammer because he couldn't get it off with his hand. The next day I went to another place and turns out my tires ONLY needed air. The other place could've taken advantage of me but decided to be honest and put air in my tires for FREE.
Valuable lesson for the cost of $25 and a rim cap. If you need a place to go for your tire needs go to the place in Northlake and tip them well.
Showed up on my lunch break. Had 1 tire that needed to be reseated with the rim, and another that had gotten a nail embedded the night before. They knocked it out almost as quick as a nascar pitstop crew. In n Out, straight business. They are CASH ONLY, so keep that in mind. Definitely my go to tire spot moving forward 100%.
I have been reading all the good reviews about this store, well after i got tires from them and they changed me over $1600.00 for my 2009 BMW. I took my car back for an oil change, when i pick it up the wasn't the same,it kept on dying off,i took it back there 3 times but the results was the same,i finally took my car to BMW mechanic and they found out that the cap from the oil filter was missing a part, it cost me $ 350.00 i went back with the bill the owner refused to pay any of that bill,he accusing me that when i bring the car maybe it was missing,if the car kept on dying off Why would i bring there for an oil change, now some of you might had good to say but to me that oil change it cost $500.00. good luck to you all.
By far the best experience I've had at a auto tire shop on this planet. You have to come here. It's a small town small business Addison tires right here on lake Street. Great customer service. The gentlemen don't speak much English but if you speak keywords they know what you're saying was referred to by auto deals shout-out Addison tires. They got your back open til 6 right off lake st
Definitely highly recommend!!! I've been putting off getting my tire fixed because of my schedule but I finally found the time today after work, they're right down the street from my job and I have to say that it was the best service. Very polite didn't hesitate, got to work right away was definitely in and out in no time. Best prices around town and and I have definitely done my research so if you're looking for good prices, great service I highly recommend coming to them for your tire needs.
They don’t do good job, and they way expensive compared to better tire shop. Yeah, if u don’t mind to pay and u don’t have time, I can yes to go there. Cos they always slow since they are expensive, so u can just get in and they take care u right aways
I had recently purchased 2 front used tires and got them installed at this store. Guy name Jose seem fair that the front used tires were going to last me some time. Firstly, one of the tires were completely worn out but he assured me it wasn’t. The other tire after a couple of days started deflating every other day. Was going to give this business a second chance and ask this guy Jose in installing my 2 used tires that I had to purchase online for a discount as he practically sold me garbage tires with horrible road noise and mix match tires but he refused. Went to another used tire shop nearby and they told me these front tires are junk. Wouldn’t go to this guy again and wouldn’t recommend them either!
Stopped by, wanted an 18 inch tire put on a rim and then tires rotated. Both employees quickly got the work done with no delay, no tomfoolery, and no shenanigans. My kind of place, efficient and reasonable cost. Glad I found you!
No complaints. Had a nail in my tire plugged. Only $10 and only took 10mins. Let's see if it holds up, but so far I'm pleased with their service and speed.
