If I could give them less stars I would...... First off the guy hooked my car to the tow truck without even having a conversation with me. Second off they told me my car was missing.The catalytic converter which was possible. Then told me I owed him money for even taking the car to junk it. So I told him to unhook my car from his tow truck. After that he goes back-and-forth with me. For me about how I'd really owe him money for even coming out and he's not going to unhook my car. Until I pay him so I told him I'm NOT paying.So then he finally offers me fifty dollars for the car. Which was a no go then he proceeded to tell me how he was gonna take.My car and told me I just had your title in my hand I Didn't have to give it back. And then when I threatened to call the police he said the police already know we're here. Bottom line, I wouldn't not i repeat use this company we went back and forth for atleast 15 to 20 mins and he finally gave me a fair price for the car. I do not.. I repeat. I do not recommend this company. I honestly think these are fake reviews If you don't believe me. Try them for yourself... My question is how many people has this company done this too? Cause I'm sure they do this to a lot of people on a daily basis. Honestly wouldn't give them any stars. But Google. Forces you to give at least one star to leave a review.Do not use this company

The service was so fast and efficient that I almost forgot to write a review. They gave me a quote over the phone and although it was not the same in person, he was very transparent as to the reason they could not honor original quote, which was completely fine with me as I was just looking to junk my car asap. I called and the very same day within an hour he came (on a busy sunday) and provided me with a receipt as well. Great service would definitely recommend.
