These reviews must be falsified. This company is inconsiderate of one’s time. They are extremely unprofessional. I scheduled for my car to be picked up at 845. I’ve been told by 3 different numbers that they are on the way. 6 hours later nobody has come for my car. Horrible communication and horrible service.
Worst company ever! Looked them up online 3 days ago and one of them called me and ask for the make and model of the car and they said they'll buy it off me for 600 or 800 if the engine and transmission are working and attached. I said yes, it's the alternator that's broken so it won't start. He said "ok, I'll send someone to pick up the car in an hour" 2 hours passed and no one showed up so I called again and asked if they're coming or not. He said they're heading my way and they'll be there soon. Hours passed and no one showed up. Then they call me the next day at 8am saying they're coming to pick the car up. Same thing, no one shows up for hours. At this point, it was getting ridiculous waiting like this, I felt punked. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
I fallow the good reviews and I thought they. Would be honest and on time worst company to recommend. Make you wait hours afters hours to tell they won't be able to come tell the next day
