My truck broke down at 4:00 am on the south side of Chicago. I looked up for emergency towing on the internet and l've found Chi-City Towing. I called them up, the dispatch was very friendly and helpful and asked me a few questions about what happened to my car to decide which truck to send. He said the truck would be there in 30 minutes, 15 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver was very professional and made sure my car wouldn't be damaged. They made sure my truck got to where i needed it to be and that I got the help that I needed.

Shout out to Henry. I was in the process of moving apartments when my U-Haul battery died, and Henry came to help me. The battery was completely dead and Henry stuck around until it was fully charged which ended up being over an hour. We need more employees like Henry in the world, when he starts a task he is going to finish it.

As I was driving down 55th street near Western Ave when one of your tow truck's was following behind way to close more like right on my back bumper of my vehicle in a 20 mph school speed zone which by the way had a speed camera. After passing the school zone I went back to normal speed limit and he was still riding my tail all the way to all to 55th & california. At that intersection I got in to the turn lane to go south on california ave & the tow truck was next to me so I decided to pick up my phone & take a picture of the truck & he saw what I was doing & started yelling profanities @ me. There was no reason be riding on my bumper like that or yelling profanities. If I ever need a tow truck I'm definitely not calling your company.
Unfortunately needed towing service BUT fortunately was recommended Chi-City Towing! Miguel answered my call and showed up soon enough to take my car to the mechanic. It was super quick and Miguel is great about making sure your car gets where it needs to go! Will definitely be recommending and using them if I ever need it!
I was located in countryside side today. I had made a mistake and locked my keys inside my car. I called for a unlock service and they gave me an reasonable price and told me a wait time of 20 mins. The driver showed up in 13 mins I was shocked how fast they got to my location. The drivers name was Miguel he was professional and knew what he was doing had my vehicle unlocked within a minute or two of him being on location. I’m very pleased with the service I received today definitely will use them again. And I highly recommend.
