Englewood Auto really came through for me! Ray was super helpful when I was looking for calipers for my Nissan, which weren’t easy to find. He went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciate it. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for good service and knowledgeable people!
RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!!!! I ordered body parts from them on 1/21/25 off FaceBook MarketPlace, two invoices totaling $615. I paid with Apple Pay connected to my Chase Bank Account. They took the money and never sent the parts. When I called they provided FAKE tracking numbers the returned the message "no results found" I went to my local FEDEX and they said "the numbers are fake We don't put letters in our tracking." I called Engelwood and spoke to someone who called himself Jeff. (He didn't sound like a Jeff) This guy told me "Oh you have an email from FEDEX you need to complete." That email asked me to pay another $200 for insurance plus $85 more shipping. I did not pay it. I went back to my local FEDEX and they told me "that email was a scam." They said it was sent from a Gmail address and that they never send emails through Gmail.
After several more wasted messages with them I finally demanded a refund at which point they cut off communication. I had to contact Chase Bank and show them the proof to get my money back. I have provided just a portion of the proof below. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!! These guys are thieves.
I would have given negative marking if it was possible... the worst experience i have ever had, never trust this guy. I am in Jersey and need some car parts. On 28 Dec, he pretended and showed pics of cars, as he has all the exact parts I do need. Shared an invoice with a bit higher amount compared to the market. Confirmed the delivery would be done in 3 working days.. took the money from zelle so the money can't be reversed or claimed back. Had already paid him shipping 58$, this guy stopped responding to me and dose not answer my calls... FedEx send me a new bill with 198 $ to me paid more for the shipment and the tentative delivery date for the package is March 1,
So I am done with this guy, i am getting my car fixed, without his help and would be on my way to chicago, I want to face this guy face to face
SCAMMERS they had a console and seats for a truck posted online. I emailed back-and-forth and sent money through PayPal just to find out it was a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves especially right before the holidays.
I always bought car parts from there but at 2:10 I called 3 times for a caliper that was posted on car parts 5 times from the same address but the African American guy on the phone just said no and hung up on me, like where is the customer service at? I’m pretty sure OSHA and a critic wouldn’t appreciate that but learn how to separate the good and bad customers. Very disappointing how one bad seed could tear down a company’s reputation.
They are scammers,they take money for part and newer sent and try again to take more money over “delivery service” I have all to rapport them to the police.
This place is a total dump. They quote you over the phone one price for a part, you come in They went up on the price. The two guys who's always there doesn't know how to display customer service. I have a picture of a receipt but they wouldn't give me money back because I didn't have the physical copy. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL
Ray is the man I called looking for vw beetle window regulator and I couldn't understand why I kept having a problem with it but he explained the problem I was facing and the mistake I was doing he's very knowledgeable
It's a smaller place although I didn't go in the back to see the yard. They got the job done for me, they had my part. The Spanish-speaking gentleman was much more friendly where is the other guy just stayed behind the counter didn't say much. That's okay I wasn't there for a social visit
Ray is knowledgeable and provided me with great customer service. He kept me informed regarding a particular part I was searching for. He kept his word and had it ready and waiting for me once he had located it. A true junk yard gem!
I know its a little far for some but the owner and the tire repair guy go out of there way to appease what else could I say oh and the prices make me go check there first. I know i need to buy newer cars lol.
I was giving a tire that barely passed the penny test. I was told that they don't give out receipts, I immediately asked for a refund. Then they produced a receipt. I was obviously dissatisfied with the service I received in the worker treated it as if it was a "it is how it is" situation.
I got the rim i needed but not on good shape for 35 dollars but no one else had it. So i had no choice it works for the mean while till i get a better one the white in the front desk is rude for sure sucky place i agree
I needed a part for my vehicle. I called them the day before to get the part ready. When I went there they did not have the part ready. We waited 2 hours for them to tell me that the part won't be ready until the next day. On top of it they told me the part would be 75 dollars and they ended up charging me 125 for a 2 pc part that was half unusable. There costomers service was bad and unprofessional. I won't go to this place ever again.
