I wasn’t going to write this review but it’s been 8months I still have not received my title off back something was wrong with my car ….NORMAL it’s a used car I called talked to the wife very nice by the way told her can they check the car within a month of getting it she said yes. I bring it there I was told to talk with the husband I tell him exactly what I told his wife says well it’s probably the parking brake button I told him it that can’t be it because I already switched it out n the parking brake still blinks he said are you a mechanic I said no but it was fairly easy to switch out the button😂he said well it’s going to cost to get it checked out (wife did not mention this) but I say fine do it he find out what it was (NOT THE PARKING BRAKE BUTTON) n I said see I told u it wasn’t the button n just had someone else fix it because honestly I should just be paying for the work to be done I just bought the car I came up there with no attitude but hey guess the husband was having a bad day at least figure out what’s wrong with the car before automatically saying the customer is wrong😂😂he is just bad for business and now I have another problem with the car month 8 n still no title.

This is the worst dealership ever! Sold me a car knowing it was the transmission!!! I constantly took it back for them to figure it out!!! You support black people and they treat you like cramp!!! God definitely going to deal with this dealership!!! Leaving it all in his hands!!! Don't support this business!!!

My son bought a vehicle from them in 2024 and it's almost been a year, and we still have not received the title. That is ridiculous..they tell me that Springfield has everything to do with the title, which I know....but I didn't feel a sense of urgency to try and help on finding out what happened which is what I am pissee off about. Especially when you purchase a vehicle wholesale. You try to help your own people businesses grow in the neighborhoods...but this experience was disgusting and unprofessional!..If I could give a negative 0 I would!

Me and My guy was so excited to purchase from a black owned business. It’s crazy because I told the man I’ll give review after 3 months. We purchased our truck April 5, 2025. (Expedition) We signed “as is’ mileage. It’s been in and out the shop draining us but we knew it was used. First batteries kept draining, then fuse, then we fixed it, buttttttttt then transmission went out. It’s so sad to me and my family but we definitely purchased a lemon. Truck lasted until June 29, 2025. Now, it’s sitting in our driveway. The owners were nice and run a beautiful business but unfortunately the quality in vehicles is not there ! This review is only our experience not to bash. Just to educate 💕

Car didn't last a year. Super upset because I trusted them but never again. I wish I can give no stars but it forces me to give at least 1.

As long as I’m breathing they have my service. If something goes wrong they one call away. I have bought a truck, had it for 5yrs. Never had an issue with the truck.NEVER. Bought my second truck May 9 2025. I respect this business I recommend everyone to come here. Professional black on business. Very very blessed to have them in my corner.

I called about a vehicle the owner had a fantastic spirit. He had the best customer as well as all staff. Vehicle was just as advertised put the fix reader on it no problems. I would recommend this business as A1 for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a responsible price. I put it on the e way and it 💯 ran the way it should. Happy customer will shop again if needed. We had a great experience today purchasing a SUV for the family . No problems at all and they have family oriented business. The name "Family First" is a great fit for the business name.

This is a great place to purchase ur first or reliable vehicle! I’ve purchased 4 vehicle from them and had no complaints! Customer service is awesome if u deal with the lady of the business (Deanna) Darro is little annoying but they do get business! I would refer them to friends and family!

Sold me a lemon then told me that he wasn’t going to fix it car had a timing problem don’t buy from them then rude people and don’t know how to be professional took my money they thought cause I was young that I didn’t know anything but I brought my car back right when the engine light cut on in the car in my warranty and was 15 days I bought it and the same day the engine light cut on when I got home lemonnnnnnnnnnn🍋

They sell lemons! didn’t have a car more than 3 days without it messing up, bad customer service as well no one was helpful with my situation all they care about is money, Don’t recommend this place at all.

THIS PLACE SELLS ALL LEMONS !! My husband and I recently purchased a car at this “car lot” and from the jump the car shifted weird as we test drive it, but salesman assured it’s just because it wasn’t droven in a while.. & so we went ahead and purchased the vehicle not knowing what all we got into. As we were heading home the wrench light came on and contacted them immediately & brought it back to him mutiply times claiming they can fix it when all they did was CLEAR CODES!! & there are problems with the transmission we weren’t aware of and refused to help or give our money back and sent my husband a long rude lengthy Paragraph to never contact them again and just left us with this lemon they will do anything for $ including being fraudulent and taking all your hard earned money !! didn’t even get to drive the car since we’ve had it smh I hope anyone who goes to this lot RUNN!! & to think real hard especially if they are having you pay on it and see what they have cleared

I Purchased my 2008 Dodge Nitro on August 8, 2023. Im giving 4 stars because of a small issue that I have with the mileage that was reported on the bill of sale. I called and asked some question in regards to this and she explained multiple reasonings behind this mishap and made me feel comfortable after she explained what happened. So, from the time that I purchased the car up until today Deonna has been EXTREMELY helpful and lenient with me. When I say extremely I mean it because I was going through financial difficulties after/before purchasing the vehicle and had a small remaining balance. I was late on the only two payments that I owed the dealership and she definitely helped me out with late fees and being understanding of my situation. I don’t think that you should take advantage after reading this comment because just because I was blessed doesn’t mean you will be but she was extremely helpful. Again, this is a USED car dealership which means that your USED car will come with minor mechanical problems. My engine works great and the car runs so smooth even when I go over my mileage for an oil change. I appreciate them for their leniency and customer service because I am 100% sure major car dealerships would not do a lot of things that they did for me and explained to me. Thanks again Deonna!!

I’ve bought a car here back in March 2023, they’ve told me there wasn’t any issues with the car and the sensor was on because it was cold out. A month later the car started getting worse and I only drove it to work. The thermostat and radiator was going out, car stopped running and had to get it jumped, battery was dying, airbags in drivers were deployed (I asked was this ever in an accident and they said no they don’t buy cars that were in accidents). This place only tells you the positives to get the car out the lot, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a car. I now have to look for a new car because they’re were untrustworthy to tell me the truth of the car and I have to deal with a bunch of cons to it. -10/10 Update: Since you want to spend your time commenting an whole essay about how it’s not yall fault lemme tell you something, I’m not saying yall need to fix what’s going on now what I’m saying IS yall need to be honest with y’all customers. I haven’t been in no accidents and Mazda seen that it has been in an accident so with that being said don’t lie to customers end of story. I noticed y’all would go and be disrespectful to customers that bought previous cars with y’all for low ratings and that’s where it shows yall don’t have respect nor great customer service. I thought it was always a take the opinion and move on but clearly not at this place it’s not.

If you want to be lied too , stole from and they sell cars with cleared codes that when you drive 250 miles or more after purchase your engine light will come right on they will be completely unappolgetic about the stuff and customer this is not a dealership! This a a family who steals!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THE WIFE AND HUSBAND ARE LIARS AND WILL DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO MAKE A DOLLAR be big aware!

I was online looking for a car and Family First Auto Sales popped up. He had a few of the vehicle on the lot posted online. So I reached out and he responded in a timely manner to let me know his hours of operation. A few days pass and I finally head up there. He actually had more options at lot location. He worked with me to help me find the perfect vehicle. And he also broke down financing and helped me go the best route. Staff was friendly and the process was quick. I would recommend to anyone looking for a DEPENDENABLE cheap vehicle. Thanks again Darro he also has a shop nearby so he can make sure they're sound and ready to ride before you buy.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE. They sell lemons. Very unprofessional and unapologetic about issues that happened with car. Only had the car for 17 days. They basically insinuated that it’s my problem and what happened to the car is my fault even though the issue was preexisting before I bought the car. It’s business, I get it but to be purposely selling lemons without being transparent with customers is absurd and dangerous! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, The day I drove off the lot the car stopped on me in the middle of the street. Had to call them and bring it back because it needed a new battery. Put in the battery for free but I asked multiple times before I left the first time about the battery and he stated it didn’t need one because it started back up. I should have gotten my money back then. Secondly, I called to purchase warranty the same week, they gave me the run arounds and never called me back. I had to call them back to find out that they’re going with a whole new warranty company and that I had to wait even longer. As soon as I told them the issues I had with the car they tried to brush me off with no concern or care about this vehicle I purchased from their company. Downplaying the situation and getting defensive when I just wanted answers. They do not care about their customers once you’ve paid. All cars have issues and trouble but it’s how you handle your customers that makes you a trusted and reliable business. Be smart and go to a place where they don’t scam people.

I read the reviews about Family First Auto Sales, and to my surprise they were pretty good! So my wife and I decided to give them a try... Well they took care of us very well! We felt "honesty" from hello! Which is a rarety and very hard to find in a used car business! The family took their time to find the right fit for us in our budget as well as as our needs within a vehicle... Well to say the least we are extremely happy with our choice! We got a quality vehicle at a great price, which overall exceeded our expectations for a used car lot. If you want to be treated as a friend/family, come check this place out, you'll see what I'm talking about! You don't have to take my word for it, do your own checking, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve bought a car off this lot and it went out on me in less than 3 months. I wouldn’t reccomend this car lot to anybody. The car had been in two accidents before and I wasn’t aware of any of this until I took the car to the mechanic where he told me. Do your best to avoid this place

I bought a Jeep Cherokee ...it has minor problems ..but I love it..and the owners and sales people are wonderful. The wife especially...has a great spirit and heart. I plan on buying another car very soon, maybe 2 more. Thanks Allison and my son Jordan!!

Bought a truck from there and first day transmission was slammin 14 hrs after buying it. BUTTT went back on monday and darro and his wife understood my frustration and allowed me to trade back the mercury mountaineer and i grabbed a 2006 jeep commander paid the difference. Although it had an exhaust leak which he noted the check engine light came on and a U0404 code came on which is a computer problem. Took it to chrysler for diagnostic and i need a new BCM not cheep. They said the codes were cleared out and that made sense because with and exhaust leak in your catalytic converter your check engine light would remain on. So in conclusion make sure you drive it for 250 miles so your computer reprograms itself and you see if the check engine light turns on. Im spending an additional 1200 for my jeep to be in decent performance. I spent 4500 plus 956 on tax on the jeep there. Just letting people know. You need to drive it for 250 miles and see if check light comes on...he told me there was a leak and that shoulda been a red light for me to say then why isnt the check engine light on cause that will always no matter what turn your check engine light on. No matter what. So for all you non professional car buyers fyi.. If your check engine light is on and you hook a tester up to it to read the codes like they do at autozone for free ...you can clear them and it resets your computer after 250 miles tthe light will come back on.. Not saying they dont sell decent vehicles now but i can read between the lines here.. He pointed out exhaust leak...no light on.. 250 miles later light poped on and exposed the leak and other problems. U must protect yourself and family first the BCM messing up could result in my breaks locking up or transmission shifting from 4th to first which would flip the jeep.. Its a jeep.. I have kids had them in it and its not cool. Ive had professionals give me this info and have reports to prove it. But other then shelling out another 1200 for a 13 yr old car it ran decent untill computer reset and code poped up. But they coulda told me they cleared the code. And it says on report from Chrysler the code was cleared. Very simple to do to by the way u hook up the code reader it reads the code. And u press clear takes 1 min to do and 250 miles to reset. But these are just facts they run a business and it was a used car i get it but leave the light on so people know what they are getting into if u have to drop the price by 5 or 8 hundred do the right thing. I mean or fix the problems on the vehicles. Its your business do what you guys want but im just someone who got the short end of the stick here.
