This company is not reputable. They lack business ethics and very unprofessional I can see why other people feel the way they do. I love the way they tried covering up thier lies as soon as I explained to the sales report that I had recorded the conversation and recorded his lies that I wanted to his Boss which he said waa not there and i wanted to talk to his supervisor of the day he hung up. So I called back no answer then called back to the person who said they where the receptionist the very first call now all the sudden became the supervisor lol. I never knew a person could get promoted in 15 minutes. Anything to cover their lies lol.
Went in to get a set of tires. The staff at the window was very helpful and the associate Jamie that helped me select tires was very kind and made the process very quick and easy. The prices were very good for a full set. I definitely recommend them.
I want to tell you my experience. It is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Tires that are not even suitable for garbage. The treatment of employees is bad and they do not have after-sales service.

Friendly staff and super cheap and easy to drop off for old tires. Also, sell all types of rubber mulch. The entrance to the office is up a set of stairs next to a loading dock.

Great service! Been using K&S for years now. No matter how big or small my pickup is, they’re there the same or next day. Prices are fair and employees are very friendly and professional.

To resale and the tires that can’t be fixed they recycle the I would ask for Kevin or Ahmad
They have listing on OfferUp they only deal with used tires they get them free I'm guessing from other new tire distributors so you figure they may buy or possibly trade I had four sets of tires and rims I was looking to possibly trade for one set of used tires horrible communication no one gets back to you no one wants to answer questions horrible customer service I would never recommend anybody
Good Service. However, very expensive and I was charged a Fuel Surcharge of $87.50. That is excessive! Their total cost of fuel was probably less what I was charged for a Surcharge.
This company used to be great at picking up our scrap tires but over the past year something must have changed as they are horrible now!! They used to come out on a regular schedule but now I have to call and call and beg to pick up our tires and when they do finally show up they only take a few and leave the rest. I just don't understand this absolutely horrible customer service and for something we are paying them for!! My advise don't use them.
Worst place ever called Monday came the following week after several attempts of calling. The next week called again on MONDAY truck came on Friday then they say I’ll call you back no call this is the worst customers service I’d had in years hopefully they stay in Buisness but really dought it
