Maybe if you're going to own a towing company, get trucks with four-wheel drive ? refused me service when I was stuck in the snow, so I would use another towing company
Pretty nice answer questions to the best of there ability they are however the last to be informed of anything so if you are in wreck or something the insurance company doesn't call them you will have to cause they leave them out the loop so don't get upset with them it's not there fault
I would not recommend that anyone use their services my truck was towed by them not by my choice but anyway when I got my truck back the left rear leaf spring was broken and of course they deny any responsibility
We called an talked with Kevin he was so helpful. We lost a loved one in a auto accident.They put the vehicle in a locked storage area and tarped it off.I so appreciated Courtesy Towing doing this. My Husband was the only person to see the vehicle. He is comforted that none of the Family has seen this. Literally the worst place in town. Horrible customer service, couldn't figure out how to properly operate their own trucks. Would never recommend to anyone.
They are supposedly open 24 hours but they couldn’t tow my vehicle until the next morning... seriously until the next morning! Who can wait that long?!
Worst experience of my life. Had a flat tire and called my insurance who contacted this company. It was bitter cold outside and when the flatbed got there to tow my car we were told because of liability we could not ride in the cab (me and my elderly mother) but we was allowed to ride in the running car on top of the flat bed while being hauled to Walmart. I was scared so bad I was crying and wish I would have never paid 70.00 for this horrible experience will never recommend this company to anyone and have been spreading the word about my horrible and scary experience. The owner was supposedly contacted from mutual friends but never was I contacted about making this right
Driver canceled tow after he couldn't locate my vehicle. In the driveway of the address given (And was repeated back correctly). Had to request another tow, which they sent out the same driver. He claimed he was looking for my truck in the wrong driveway. Incompetent.
Stranded and roadside assistance called them and they said they didnt have any drivers so had to use another truck to tow mine back and then pass one of their trucks with a driver really
DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE TOWED FROM THIS PLACE. I RECENTLY BLEW OUT A TIRE ON THE HIGHWAY NEAR THE ADAMS COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS. THEY USED THE FLATBED INSTEAD OF THE REGULAR TOW TRUCK, NO REASON, OTHER THAN TO CHARGE ME MORE. THEN SENT A 65 YEAR OLD MAN WHO TOOK FOREVER TO GET IT ON THE TRUCK, KNOWING I NEEDED TO GO TO WORK, THEN CRACKED THE FRONT BUMPER WHEN TAKING IT OFF THE FLATBED. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO GET REIMBURSEMENT OR TO FIX IT, THE DRIVER AS WELL AS THE OWNER SAID THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE IT WAS THERE BEFORE. DO NOT USE THEM!
