Never been here until Progressive ask me to move my vehicle that got hit to a preferred shop. They took it here. I was treated like I was the one who hit someone. Although my parked suv was hit. They wouldn't work on a payment with me. Tried to keep my vehicle thats not theirs to keep. Terrible place to do business. Dont ever give them your business. Definitely dont trust them

We had an accident in St. Louis one evening and called Peters. They sent a large tow truck early the next day and brought us and the car back to Quincy. They loaned me a car for a week, found that my car was too damaged to repair, and found a venue to sell it which we did. Their charges were totally reasonable for all they did, and their professionalism was excellent. They will have any future business ever needed.

Had to replace our front bumper. Peter’s did a fantastic job repairing and matching the paint. Our car looks brand new and they have great customer service. Highly recommend.

I've always brought my cars to Peter's. Once again they did a great job & even washed & vacuumed my car for me! The bumper is perfect. You'd never know there was an accident.

Had Peter's repair a dent in my fender, it wasnt bad enough to replace the whole fender so they beat it out and repainted the entire fender. They had my vehicle for 3 days and they did a great job. They gave me some leftover paint for any future touch-ups as I requested and they even cleaned out a little bit of trash I had on my back seat floor board! Also whatever they did when scanning the vehicle, it fixed my tire pressure sensors incorrectly telling me my pressure was low. It's always the little things you can do for your customers that shows you how much your business is appreciated.

This shop is honest, and extremely helpful especially when working with your insurance company. They are very polite and understanding. This is my go to body shop in Quincy.

I went in mind you it’s been a year. I needed missed hail damage repair. They “couldn’t find” that I had service there and doubted me. With reluctance they said go ahead and fix it. I called my insurance company for a copy of the paperwork and check to prove I had service there. She then said oh I found you. You were in closed files.

If you want excellent service at a reasonable price, Bill Peters and his crew are your people. I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze that needed a whole front face lift and a little rear end cosmetic work. They performed a miracle. My car came home looking like brand new. I highly recommend Peters Body Shop for all your car repairs, as well as for car rental. I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Bryce Peters was helpful throughout the process post-accident. He kept in contact at every stage and gave updates. He even put in a couple gallons of gas before handing me the keys because it was on empty. The excellent customer service experienced with our last accident in 2017 is why we chose here in 2024.

Mr. Anderson with Peter’s towing was amazing! He’s very professional and extremely courteous to his customers. He helped me get my car unstuck from the snow after I slid and hit a snow bank, my car was completely undamaged. He continuously asked me if there’s anything he could do to help me and always with a smile on his face. 10/10 experience, definitely my fist choice if I ever need a tow again!

Bill and Tina were very courteous, and they treated me as if I was there very own. Grandmother appreciated it so much they even detailed the inside of my car. They kept on schedule and they even got me in early. Thank you so very much.

No communication. Took my car in on July 3, I called on 11th to see how it was going, was told to call my insurance company. Peter's had decided it was totalled, who know when I was going to be called with the information. They lost my car, according to the appraiser. Went to go get my items out of my car, guy told me in was in back fenced area with key locked in it, it wasn't. He said "well obviously, she doesn't know how to go thru the fence and look." I found my car inside the shop, right behind the offices. The key wasn't locked in it and the battery wasn't dead. Guess he didn't know what he was talking about. Not a friendly place or very organized.

I took my Honda CRV to Peters for damage caused by a deer hit. Derek looked at it and gave us an estimate right away. We then made an appointment to bring it back for repair. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday and was told it should be ready by Friday. We received a call on Friday that it was ready for pickup. We were very impressed with Peters professionalism, promptness and seamlessness from the beginning to the end result. The car looks great!!! You cannot tell that there had been damage and the paint job matches so perfectly. We would highly recommend Peters!! We want to thank Derek for taking care of us so well!!

Went today for a scratch repair estimate. Employee came outside to look at the scratch and told me “he doesn’t have time for it.” Then gave me a guess-timation of $500 to “buff it and put the badging back on” and that would be “good enough.” I can’t be sure if this conversation was because he assumed that because I’m a woman, that I don’t know better? Probably. He thought wrong. This is a brand new vehicle that I want repaired the right way…not cheap or “good enough” … we will be taking our business (now and all future business) to Hilbing. Tim at Hilbing was kind and considerate and took the time to look up my VIN and get me a printed quote for repair to perfection. Peters, I wouldn’t even trust you to repair a scratch on my back-up toaster after today. Also I should add: Peters scheduling said they could get me in this month (yet they are “too busy”) while Hilbing can’t get me in for three months. I never said I needed repair immediately… in fact, I’m happy to wait and have it look like new again. Take it from me, if you need vehicle repair done right, go anywhere else!

I took my car in last Wednesday, explained to them I needed my car the following weekend for a trip I was going on. Despite trouble getting the right parts delivered on time, they were able to get my car back to me within a week. Excellent quality. My car looked brand new again. They even took the time to detail the interior (which saved me several hours) and fixed a few other minor problems with my vehicle. I was blown away. Extremely professional, and an all around outstanding job done. Highly recommend.

I was stranded along the interstate and could not have called a better business for assistance. I received a tow by the owner who arrived within minutes and assisted along with help getting my truck back on the road. Thank you again for all the help. God bless

Refused to paint a truck cover while no other body shop had a problem with it. Tried to say since it was fiberglass paint wouldn't stick. Strange a friend painted my fiberglass golf cart about 5 yrs ago & it still looks good. Maybe their professional painters should take a lesson from him

Horrible had vehicle impounded there and then one of the employees decided to take my car out for a joy ride and wrecked it and when talking to the owner / management they tried stating that the damage that was done wasn't done by them and they wasn't liable for the damages they said they would watch the cameras but never did hear back from them. This isn't right nor legal I don't believe and for this business to be a auto body shop they should at least offer to fix the damages done to my vehicle! Peters went out of their way to fix my F-150. Very professional and fast friendly service. Above and beyond my expectations, in todays world, that was a nice surprise. I appreciate the service provided (sorry, no details, but they did not HAVE to fix it and did it anyway). I will never take a vehicle anywhere else to be repaired. They have me as a loyal customer from this point on. Great work!!

Great family owned and operated business that does amazing work for great prices. Their customer service is always great. It’s the only place I take my vehicles for repair services.

Peters did me right no hassle no fuss. delt with the insurance people for me and even told me the insurance people should be the ones paying for my tow. i was super green this being my first claim and all. I took them my deductible and drove off in my car. couple days later it started to over heat while started but in park. I called and without a complaint came right and picked up my car. They are fixing problem as i write my review. im a women and have had zero luck with mechanic shops on every level, but Peters I'll deffenitly be back. Thank you so much for all your help.

The crew was nice, and easy to work with. They also worked well with my insurance! My front bumper looks great after hitting a raccoon at 45 mph. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking to get repairs done on their vehicle. They stand behind the repairs that they do.

Went there with two issues on my car. A worker looked at my car and said how he could fix the issue but they were booked for about 3 weeks. However he did tell me that both repairs were simple and how to do them myself. Due to his instructions I was able to fix both issues and now have some knowledge of basic auto repair. I called my insurance company and they advised me to take my vehicle to Peter's Auto Body for repairs. Also called the Ford Dealership and they said Peters was a Ford Shop. So I called Peters & they provided me with a rental & picked my vehicle up. They were super fast with getting my vehicle fixed and returned back to me. I would greatly recommend taking your vehicle to Peter's Auto Body.
