They promise good parts then send you garbage. To top it off when you confront them about their lies they cuss you out and tell you to go screw yourself. Im shocked a company like is still in business. Buyer beware, save your money and shop else where.
Ordered a front clip from these clowns and they told me it was in perfect condition. When I received it, it is absolutely destroyed cracks everywhere scratched up like crazy. I can't stress this enough DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! only reason I did was cuase it was the only clip on the market I could find. Do not purchase anything you will regret it with you LIFE!!
Bought a used tire for $100.00 ($112.50) after tax and fees. Tried to return it less than an hour later after realizing I didn’t need it. I was told the owner was not willing to give me a full refund. After personally talking to him, he reluctantly agreed to give me only half my money back. So he made $56.00 off me. I’m disabled and on a fixed income so this was gut punch. He wouldn’t even honor only charging me the 25% restocking fee. He still refused and decided to take 50% my money.
I asked him how he sleeps at night and he stated he and his wife sleep just fine. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to doing business with him, it appears he makes a habit of ripping people off.
Buyer beware! I would not recommend purchasing so much as a paper clip from the owner of this company.
Although I will add, his employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and cordial, absolutely wonderful experience until I had an encounter with the owner.
Bought a 2017 Chevy Impala from them. They told me what had happened to it and I took still bought it and I have to say that it still runs and drives like new. I will be back for another car soon.
I’ve dealt with Ryan Fergie for years and I bought several cars off of him pick ups. Last thing I bought was the Cadillac. I’ve had excellent service out of him. I recommend him highly top-notch. He’s my man. I recommend him anybody you want to get a good deal go see Ryan !!
This is one of the last old school automotive dealerships where you can get a very good and reasonable deal for the vehicle of your choice. Randy Fierge and his son Ryan, will work hard for your business, and if they don’t have the car that you want, they will go above and beyond to get the car that you want just to have your business. Both of these guys make you feel like you’re with family. They’re wonderful people.
Worst customer service ever. For weeks we have called, been there left name and number on multiple occasions trying to purchase a truck bed. So today we will be taking our business to Iowa. The idea of a parts store is to sell parts.
Called to get a part price and some pictures since they don't list any pictures on the website I found them on. Guy refused to send pictures. Wanted me to come pick it up before ever seeing the vehicle.
Was gonna buy myself a 370z on their lot for my birthday. Told them I wanted it. Got the loan to get it and day I go to get it they "sold" it to a car auctioneer in st louis. Don't ever do business with this company. You will be let down.
Bought an '05 Mustang convertible. Wasn't told about any of the issues with it until after the sale. Bad battery, key sticking in ignition, leaky top. I was smart enough to inspect it myself, so I knew about the leaky top before negotiations. (Bad rear window seal. Pretty common, not a hard fix.) Leaves me wondering what other surprises are ahead.
Edit: almost two months later and I get a ticket because they still haven't filed the paperwork to transfer title and plates. WILL Not ever purchase another vehicle from these useless people. How friggin hard is it to turn in my MF paperwork?!?!?!
They had a white 2014 Charger rt for 15k, I test drove. Popping noise from driver side real bad, damage to rims and bumper, come to find out it was flooded title and a repo that front end got replaced. After that i Thankfully I went 3 hours away and bought clear title dodge charger rt w 105,xxx Miles for 16k.
Hands down, this have been my best car buying experience. I'm ready to buy another vehicle from them and am fully confident I will not have any issues with the vehicle and no pressure to buy!

I am a new customer and so far the staff have been very helpful and honest.the vehicle I got is a salvage title and has had minor issues but they fixed them with haste. I would recommend buying with them.
I've bought from this dealership an Gloria is always the best to make things right, She sold me a 2013 black Malibu in 2015 beautiful Car and I'm still driving it never had any problems with it but ware an tare. Best looking cars an best prices an a clean title. Low payments as well. I have to say this to everyone that complains ,if you want a new vehicle then go to the Big dealerships an buy one bcz you wont pay a good price or payment monthly. Your upside down in it 5000.00 off the top for trade in or resale as soon as you pull it off the lot. I love a bang for my buck ! Go Fregies! Thank you all !
We drove an hr and a half after making a deal with the salesman William over the phone, came up just to find out that the deal had completely changed. 3 hour trip for nothing. Damn shame the way they do business.
I was skeptical but my all time favorite car which h also laster so so long, was a vehicle from fierges. It had a flood title. I think they are very thorough checking over vehicles and making sure everything is in perfect working order before selling
As a business owner I have had several bad experiences ordering parts for customers when doing so from another state. Let’s just say this experience was yet the best, I dealt with Darell in the parts department he was awesome. Purchased the product it was shipped and arrived packaged well and no faults whatsoever. Item installed and works as described we will use these guys in the future for any customer and personal needs. And saying that it was an entire seat. Thanks again 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I purchase a Camaro that has been wonderful! Returned and purchased a Pontiac GT for my daughter. Initially there were a few things that needed repair. Gloria was helpful and made sure the deal was right! She is the most honest sales person that I have ever worked with.
Good selection of cars here but be careful as most do not have a clean title. The staff is nice but the insurance or your bank may not approve of anything other then a clean title car.
When we first went in they were short with us and somewhat rude. However they were more polite when we returned. Unfortunately we overheard a conversation being had regarding a customer on the phone about a bumper they needed. Without putting her on hold, the older gentleman curtly said that he would not sell her just a bumper and she would need to buy a bunch of other parts too because "a bumper doesn't make any money". He was also rude when telling all of this to the woman that answered the phone. A very disheartening conversation to hear and there was no empathy for the customer at all.
Helped some one purchase a prior salvage car from them they were not push let the car sale it self and they done a great job repairing the vehicle and the person has been extremely happy they were able to by a much newer vehicle with half as many miles as any other car in there budget
I'm sorry I hate to be this way, but this place is pretty sad. I have been there on two different occasions to inquire about parts for my H2 hummer. BOTH occasions the sales rep sitting at the counter have been to lazy or just unwilling to accommodate me in the search I have for parts I need for my H2. They sit at the counter looking on their computer to tell me they didn't have the part I need because of an interior fire. One of the parts I'm looking for would not have been affected by any fire. Also he parting remarks were " they just wouldn't make enough money to warrant taking me out to look" I'm sorry it sounds as though fergie's is making a killing on other sales ! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!! I will be making sure to inform anyone I know looking for parts that this SALVAGE YARD is to good for the common person!
Great service. Loved Gloria! Gave me good trade value for my Jeep, upfront about any issues new car had.. it wasnt a new car. And gave me a great deal on the Tahoe I bought. I love it. Its awesome.
Just wanted to let you guys know you guys have great customer service.. I've been searching all around for a fairly rare power steering pump that could of cost me over $1000 from the dealer. You guys luckily had one available. You clearly let me know of any damage that was on it (which was repairable), sent me pictures of the entire part, and gave me a very fair price. I'm out of state, and your shipping was very reasonable and it arrive within 2 days. Part worked perfectly. Thanks again for helping me turn a $2000 dealer fix into a much more reasonable Saturday DIY project.
I absolutely love my 2014 Chevy impala I bought a year ago at Fergie Auto. I've never had any issues .runs great.clean just like new! Awsome gas mileage .great price for an outstanding car!! Best vehicle I've ever owned!!?
