On one of the coldest days of the year, the recycling center closed early. I called their business number and told them that I had driven about an hour to recycle some materials. The owner of the company drove back to his shop to open the center and process my materials. It is rare to find businesses with such a strong service orientation who are willing to go the extra mile as these folks did for me.

Wow! This kid half my age wanted me to take bagged up cans across big scale(which is not accurate for single lbs), so he wouldn't have to carry them 20ft. And I would of lost half my weight. Will never take anything to them again
