Had first tire blowout on Broadway..u know thats always fun. Called and Jason was there picking up me and my truck in just a few minutes. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.
Had flat tires and was provided with this company through AAA. Jeremy helped me out and was super nice! He checked all of my tires and made sure the air pressure was the same for each. Really nice guy and did a super quick job!
The AAA provided one certain employee who absolutely failed to help my family. TWICE! His job should have been simple. Keys locked in car. Tire change. Instead of helping he left them both with no help whatsoever. These were separate occasions and from I see in other reviews I assume the same dude left others without help. What he “didn’t have the tool for” my grandpa came and got it done with a wrench! He is just so unprofessional and unqualified... I wish I had his name but he is thin kinda dirty blonde hair with jacked up teeth. He knows who he is and he must be fired ASAP!
Our car started to stall at 9pm outside kinderhook while coming home from being out of town.We were tired and unsure of how we were going to get home.Towing Solutions got us home fast and our car dropped off at the auto shop. Much gratitude, thank you!
Within minutes of calling the tow truck was already outside to tow my car. The service was not only fast but the driver was professional and friendly, highly recommend!

Had to call a couple days before Christmas on a Sunday to get towed . Very friendly and fast services and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
Yesterday I came out of a store and suddenly my car wouldn’t start. I was an hour away from home with my son. I asked people to jump it for me but no one had cables so I called Towing Solutions. They were there in less than 5 & even gave a suggestion of going to an auto place to get the battery checked before turning it off again. Turns out my battery was super old and bad so this guy saved me another jump fee and a bunch of time! High recommend!
Called for a tow from a West Quincy gas station. The driver was there in probably 10 minutes! Hooked me up and towed me to Quincy in no time! Didn't get his name but his dog "Ripley" came along. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
This guy made my day that was not so great much much better!! I was struggling on the phone with roadside assistance to get them to understand where I was so they could get the tow service to me. He called, I explained where I was, and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes, and he absolutely was!! Got me home quickly (everywhere was closed at this point, so hubs just took care of our tire for the weekend).
Not only was he quick, but he was super kind!!
If I ever have to use a tow again, I will do everything I can to use him again!!
Got a call from the driver who said she’d be there in 10-15 minutes and she was! Pushed me out of my garage so I could be in position to load on truck. Engine issue prevented me from being able to use power to load vehicle. She drove vehicle right on rollback. Tied it down and was on her way in no time. Very efficient and proficient!
Driver and the company (Towing Solutions) were top flight, knew what they had to do and got it done! Great service and by the way, they’re AAA agents.
I’ll use them again, I suggest you try them too.
These guys are great to work with, I got my tractor stuck fairly deep in a mud pit and they got there on short notice after business hours and had me out in no time. Tractor did not take any damage because of how careful they were. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices were reasonable as well.
We had a flat tire just outside of Quincy on the interstate. Oh boy what are we going to do. And we had no spare tire. We contacted our road assistance. And you all where so kind keeping in touch and letting us know when the truck will be there. You all where so quick. You said 15 minutes, and this beautiful blonde sweet Young lady I call her our Angel. She Made a bad day into the best day ever. She took us to Delta Tire, witch was another great experience. They were Awesome, got us right in and got the new tire put on. And we where on our way home to Colchester Ill. Just wanted to thank you all so much. And please thank the young lady . I don't know her name, that She is our Guardian Angel. Thanks Karen Clevenger.

We were lucky and driver got to us within 10-12 minutes. He decided to jump the car in case it wasn’t a battery problem, and he got it started and my husband drove right away to take the car to our mechanic. So we just paid a minimal price instead of towing. We appreciated that.
These guys(driver Andrew) did not wait for me to bring keys. Dragged my car in park with the e-brake engaged half way onto their towing truck then dropped my car causing extensive damage and left me stranded on hwy 61 in the middle of a winter storm on January 8th 2024 Owner/manager hung up on me and told me it was not his problem and it was I quote "water under the bridge". DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AT ALL.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very unprofessional.
These guys saved me!!!! I would have been stranded after hours on a Friday night with no way to move my car to an autoshop, if they had not been willing to help out! Jason was so kind, did the work very quickly and found me an after hour mechanic when Walmart auto refused to do the work. Great mechanics and good people. I'll give them my business any time I am anywhere even remotely near to Quincy.
I had to have 2 vehicles towed today. I've never known of a towing service that shows up almost immediately after they're contacted. The tow truck driver, Jason, was extremely proficient and speedy in his work. He is also polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Jason, and thank you Towing Solutions.
After hitting a deer while traveling and not knowing the area or anyone remotely close, we were lucky Jason took our call for a tow. He was so helpful, he made a very difficult situation tolerable. Great service. Thank you Jason!
I tried to use this company last Sunday when my 07 Silverado lost a front wheel hub bearing 4 hours away from home, near Perry Mo. I called Good Sam they arranged to have them pick me up and tow me to a local auto parts store near my breakdown location. They provided his number and said I may not be allowed to ride in the wrecker. I called him and he said, that was a farse in so many words, and said he'd call me once off the phone with them. GS told me he would be 60-90 minutes. That was plenty of time to make it to the auto store so I could buy the part and fix it myself. I called his number around 60 minutes it was not accepting calls, tried at 90 min, same senario. Blocked my number? Ghosted me?? GS called me asking if he showed, it was now way to late to arrange a new tow. I had called my wonderful wife 4 hours away to go buy the part and load tools incase she had to rescue me. Good thing I did.
Because this tool, never showed or called back. He knew I was broke down in the middle of no where and it was going to be in the 30's over night.
My wife got there in the middle of the night and we slept in the vehicle. Then I fixed my truck at first light 38 degrees 20mph wind and hand tools, (sucked)and went on home.
GS said there was some billing confusion so he didn't dispatch.
The JA should have called me back, he had my number, and asked to arrange payment with me directly!
I actually had cash a DA, and willing to tip.
Folks there is absolutley no Brains, concern, empathy left out there any more!!!

Oh GS appologised to me and sent me enough Visa cash to cover my wifes expenses to rescue me.
I called AAA for assist after my tire light came on as I was stranded in a small rural town with no auto services in a 10 to 30 Mile radius. Towing Solution Driver checked my tire, it had 25#'s of air remaining. The driver graciously agreed to follow me to the next town where I arrived safely and was able to air my tire up. Tire had a valve stem issue that was repaired a few days later. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure my safety.
I gave these guys a call to get my car towed, and was fully expecting them to get to it when they got to it. What I got, instead, was friendly, professional service at a great price, and my car was on a truck within 20 minutes of my call. These guys are, simply, amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.
Alex was my driver and he arrived promptly after being notified by my insurance company. He was polite and made me feel really comfortable. He was also flexible when I had a slight change of plans regarding the final destination of where I wanted my car to get fixed. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend him & this company should you need a tow service!
