Not going back I got an alignment and right after coincidentally my car started making a noise in the left side, they inspected the car and I know because they told me I needed something replaced on the right side. They didn’t tell me someone was wrong in the left side though ?? And when I go back you get mad and shake your head screw you

As a mechanic of 25 years, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they do great work and beat the dealership every time, I'm not here to compete with this shop. But if I ever become unable to do mechanic work they will be my go to shop, and I would recommend all my current customers to them. I've seen there work, and I have to say they do way better and cleaner work than any dealership that I've went behind , these guys are the top shop in Loganville, they have nothing but happy customers, they truly believe in taking care of there customers and that itself says more than there business, and experience, this is how any shop should operate, thanks for doing an outstanding job, I've been in this field for many years and I've been behind almost every shop but this shop, that says a lot in this business. You guys are the best.

Can't say enough good things about Soesbe's! We've only been there once, but I was quickly able to tell that they are experts at their trade, affordable, and HONEST! Went in for a diagnostic on a bad vibration while driving and braking, and they diagnosed it in one afternoon. They were honest that they don't do one of the repairs (wheel) but recommended a specialized shop that also ended up being great. The brake repair was not an urgent one, and they were very upfront about it. They gave me signs to look out for once the repair does become necessary, and they were very upfront on their pricing. They also took time to talk through everything with me to make sure I understood exactly what they did and why, and I really appreciated that! This is how business should be done! I am so thankful to have found my new mechanic.

The people at this garage are above any dealership. They truly care about the people that are there to get help. They helped me get my car in good shape to make a 900 mile trip to my new home and made my recently deceased husband's truck ready to head north also. They are carrying and more than understanding. Their work is better then just good. I recommend them to anyone who has issues with their vehicle.

Everyone at Soesbe's Garage are very professional. John and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough, getting the job done with integrity. My F150 needed engine work and a brake job. Very pleased with their service.

I will not recommend this place. The service is really poor. I recently did the alignment of my car and it’s still going on the left side. I called them and explain them then they said I have to replace my Tire. And now I have replace my tire. My brakes were still going on the left side when i drive. And when I call them, they said I have to pay again for the alignment and when I said I’ll give you a bad review, she said we don’t care.

These guys fixed my Aunt’s Nissan Rogue CV axles and my Dad’s Nissan Juke A/C. Work was completed at a fair price and in a timely manner! I highly recommend this place for auto repairs!

I took my truck in to have a wheel stud replaced. Very friendly people. And very quick and expert service. I was quite pleased. I’ll definitely use these folks again.

Great price for alignments! I couldn't drive more than 45 mph without my car almost losing control. Dropped it off here and every issue was resolved in just a couple hours!

Richard is amazing! My car has had a flat tire warning for 4 years I’ve taken it to several mechanics and no one was able to figure out the issue. In less than 10 minutes Richard fixed it. Absolutely great service. I will definitely use this company for all my auto repair needs.

We all hate car problems, but this place is a top tier. I had issues with my steering wheel on my 2014 Kia, they fixed it. 6 months later , I had issues with my 2019 Honda Accord belt & tensioner, they fixed that too. Both times, they were half the price of the dealer, friendly, honest and quick. I won’t go anywhere else. They’re like the mechanic uncles you never had :). Mine was a 2004 Mercedes C240. After a successful day of driving - out of the blue-t he starter was not activating at all. I tried jumping the vehicle off numerous times with no luck. My neighbor suggested a new starter and new battery so I took it to Soesbes They could have told me anything and I would’ve believed it and happily paid it to get the car running again. Richard called me back in less than one hour and said “your car is fixed it just needed a battery.” I had budgeted nearly $1500 to be ready for repair and these honest folks did me right. This is only my second repair with the shop but my brother has known them a winners for years. You better believe this is my number one go to automotive repair shop. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. THANK YOU!

I thought I was going to have a very expensive repair on my vehicle. Like $$$ thousands of dollars that I dont have so my car sat since Thanksgiving. It wasn't what another shop said was wrong . It was an easy fix under $100 bucks !!!! So thankful I went to Sosebe's. Honest mechanics are hard for a female to find . Thank you so much !!!

Had work done that included an alignment. The car was pulling to one side. Called back about it within 15 minutes of driving away and the same gentleman that had been nice when I left the car starts going off about how he told me the car needed lots of work. Well, I knew that when I got there. He was not clear on what the car needed nor did he say the car would pull to one side otherwise WHY DO AN ALIGNMENT? Just not pleased.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had a problem with our car and took it to Sosebe's. They called and quoted $400 in repairs, which we authorized. When we got to the shop to pick up the car, the price had doubled due to a "mistake" where the labor was not included in the quote. After three more trips due to recurring problems, we were told they knew there were problems, but had no idea how to locate and repair them, and instructed us to take it to the dealership. Long story short, pay the extra 10% and take it to the dealership. Otherwise you'll just spend money at both places. Worst auto repair experience ever. Respond to negative reviews

I was very impressed with the shop the way they took time to explain to me the complexities of the repair. It was done when they said it would be done and they charged me what they told me it would cost. I will definitely be using them from now on. My wife went there first and she said she could tell they were not trying to take advantage of her. They explained everything to her in detail she is very happy. It’s hard to find a shop that will not take it vantage of you these people will not.

After receiving a recommendation from someone else in the auto service business, we starting taking our vehicles there (an Acura RDX, a Honda Civic, and a Ford F150) for both routine maintenance and repairs. Their service and quality have been excellent and the prices seem fair. Most recently, I took a car that I was considering purchasing from an online-only dealer for an inspection. The online dealer has an "extensive inspection process" and the CarFax was clear of accidents. John and crew did a thorough one hour review with the car on the lift and showed me several paint defects from all around the car, corrosion and abrasions underneath the car, and a windshield that had been replaced. Altogether, it showed evidence of having been in one or more possible accidents. Per CarFax, the previous owner was a rental car company. Without John and his experts, I probably would have purchased the vehicle and then regretted it later! Thank you, John!

I appreciate the honesty. Pointed out some things about my Truck that Five Star Ford lied to me about. Came in for an alignment, and unfortunately it wasn't able to be completed, but at-least i know why. Probably going to bring my vehicles back again soon.

Terrible experience. Took truck in to be aligned and told it cant be aligned yet i was still charged $70. I was told my abs wire was rubbing against my rotor and i should probably fix that. They said i have loose joints in my steering and should be fixed. Instead of fixing my truck they informed me its broken. His answer to every question was i dont know or im not a diesel mechanic. Even simple questions such as starter and steering components that have nothing to do with it being a diesel his response was i dont know im not a diesel mechanic. On top of the lack of service youll be greeted by the fresh smell of cigarettes and a bait shop when you walk in the door. To sum up my experience i payed for an alignment just for a guy to tell me my truck is messed up and he cant fix it.

Very honest and dependable. I have been going to Soesbee’s for a year and John and crew have always done great work for a good price. I went in the last time to get brakes on company van because of noise and I was informed that I didn’t need brakes. They cleaned and they are working fine.”How many shops would have done this” most would have took my $500 and replaced brakes. Great People.

This is a small business that I love supporting! My husband and I have had car troubles this past year and Soesbes has been are first and only stop. By looking into scrap yards, he saved my husbands car from being totaled which saved us a lot of mula. This business is not in it for a quick buck. I highly recommend checking into them before going elsewhere.

Got alignment done here today on my 08 Camry. Quick and helpful service. Cost me $60, though I believe the price is based on the car.

Hey man, this is Andrew from Operation Homebrew. I probably know more about alignments than anyone I know of, so if your tires are wearing unevenly, you need an alignment. Call these guys and make an appointment. The process is quick and the cheapest I've found anywhere. The fact remains, any shop that supposedly "guarantees" alignments for 90 days are doing it so they can charge you more. No shop can ethically guarantee an alignment. For all they know, you're out there taking corners like Danica Patricks and hitting potholes like Farmer Fred. You're probably that jerk messing around on his cell phone, sitting there when the light is green, going slow in the passing lane (that's the left lane you self centered narcissistic jerk hole - move over!). Put the phone down, it's not your living room, it's a car! At any rate, take care of your car's needs at Soesbe's. State Law!
