Service at this QuickLane has significantly degraded over the years. I used to get my vehicles serviced there but they do sloppy work now and over charge for parts and labor.

James Quick and the guys at QuickLane were awesome. They took care of a tire patch super fast and made my two kids feel at home in the waiting area.

My wife has been taking her 4 Runner here for a year or two. Decided to start doing my own maintenance again and found a lot of problems they created. Took the spring out of the oil filter housing never said a thing. Stripped out every hole that holds the skid plate on and replaced with 3 different sized bolts that didn’t hold. Left 3 out all together. Stripped my drain plug in the oil pan. I had to replace the pan and gasket. They run all bolts in with an impact that they don’t dial. It’s as bad as I have ever seen. They work on time I’m guessing and if you have ever watched them they sure aren’t earning their money. These are not mechanics. Don’t let the Ford dealership behind them fool you. You’re better off going to a 10 minute oil change place. Took my work truck once. They don’t even have compressed air. Just a ratchet. As it should be. It really ain’t such a job you need an air tool y’all. Quit being so lazy and making work for us stupid enough to bring our vehicles and trust to you. I will never be back and hopefully I can spread the word. Taking money and providing poor service. Next time let them know when you messed their car up. Least you can do. I had to discover all this on my own.

Came in today for an oil change on my 2013 Mercedes c250 and was given quick excellent service.

I’ve been a customer at QuickLane Tire and Auto in Loganville since they opened, and they’ve been consistently dependable every step of the way. They now service all four of my family’s vehicles, and we’ve never had a reason to go anywhere else. Their team is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something more involved, they get the job done quickly without cutting corners. They’re great about explaining what’s needed without ever trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. What really keeps us coming back is the fair pricing and trustworthy service. It’s hard to find a shop where you feel confident every time you leave, but QuickLane has earned that trust from my family. If you’re looking for a solid, hassle-free place to take your vehicle, I definitely recommend QuickLane in Loganville.

This is the second time they damaged my vehicles. I got an oil change and drove my truck up north. I stopped for gas 5 hours into the trip and realized the tech didn't put the oil cap on. There was oil all over my drivers side of my truck, inside the engine and the under carriage. I contacted Quicklane and was instructed to go to the closest Quicklane, have it topped off and they would refund me. I went to the other Quicklane and they told me they needed to add 4 quarts of oil!! I called them back and asked to talk to a manager, 5 days later someone called me back. I respectfully requested they professionally clean my truck, refund me for the oil I purchased and extend my warranty since they could not guarantee there mistake, did not cause any damage to my truck. They picked up my truck and I provided the employee with my receipt for the oil. 3 days later I needed to call for an update since no on called me. It was literally still dripping oil when I came home from work. There were oil stains in my driveway, on the drivers side of the vehicle, under the hood, in the wheel well and on the door handles. They never refunded me for the for the 4 quarts of oil or extend my warranty. The visible damage is clear, its unknown what other damage they caused. I have used this business for years. EVERYTIME I brought my truck in, I needed to bring it back for something. They did change my oil and put a new sticker on. My next oil change showed was in 6 months and due date for miles was 29394. My current miles were 26155. (I guess we changing oil every 3, 000 miles now, or yet another mistake)......Do yourself a favor, there are tons of businesses in the area that take pride in their work and back their work up. This is definitely not one of them. The employees are lacking diligence, not taking ownership of their responsibilities, and they fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. Never again! Update: everything in this post is 100% correct. You have my address, come to my house and explain to me what part isn't correct. #noballs

These guys always get me in and out quickly. I love that I can just drop by anytime without an appointment and get my car serviced. Very professional and courteous.

I'm not giving them a bad review about the service the service was actually really good. But I am giving them a bad review because they offer Mail and Rebates promotions, but they use a Third party to handle all of that and if anything goes wrong during the process of the mail and rebate, Quick Lane is not taking any responsibilities and won't solve any issues, even though they offer the promotions and do the service at this particular Shop-dealership. I found a promotion online that this Shop had at the time I made a purchase with them, to Purchase tires at specific price and then get a mail and rebate (Money Back) Credit card. I went to follow the steps they told me at a website that at the moment I didn't not it was a Third party called ( Quick Lane ) so I thought that it was part of the Shop since this third party company is named same as the Shop ( Loganville Ford & Quick Lane ) Everything went so wrong when I was filling out the form online so I can get my mail & rebate benefit from the promotion they offered, I was trying to find anything that will say ( select option Mail & rebate ) instead I saw (Redeem for points) so I thought that this option was the equivalent to mail and rebate, so I choose it, Weeks later I was waiting and expecting the mail and rebate card ( Money Back ) I never got it so I called The dealership, explain the situation, they didn't even wanted to take time investigating anything, they told me to talk and solve the Issue with Quick Lane the Thir party company. I called Quick Lane, and they refused to send me the mail and rebate (money back-Credit card) because they said that I choose the points and once I was awarded with the points EVEN IF I DONT WANT TO USE THE POINTS, they will not remove/cancel those pints and replace them with the credit card. I explain to them That my intention was never to get points and that I don't want to use those points any time soon, My intention was to get the Mail and Rebate money back and That was the main reason why I choose this Tire shop to purchase tires taking advantage of the promotion they were offering at the time (mail and rebate ) The Tire Shop and their Third party company didn't want to do anything to get me the mail and rebate (money back-Credit card) they said that I have the points and even I if that's not what I was looking for, I have not choose but to use those pints with them getting another service with them, Then they even told me to file a complaint with FORD ( On top of that, they are Ford Tire Shop, but they are named Quick lane )anyway FORD transferred my complaint call to another Third Company Party and I got the same negativity and the same exact answer. People, please read the reviews, especially the bad reviews always, most of time these are bad experiences from clients that experienced the bad side of a Business, in this case what happened in my case, was Not clear, not fair and found it very tricky so I won't get my money back and instead, I paid for expensive tires and I'm forced to use their credit points on their business again.

DRIVE THE EXTRA 20 MILES AND GO TO ATHENS FORD This place is incredibly slow. Great staff always friendly and helpful, y’all are just soooooooooo slow. It’s painful. I drive to Athens, passing y’all, 9/10 because of the amount of time for just an oil change. They seem to be fully or at least fairly well staffed? Went in today for an oil change and alignment check for my F250. Set there for over an hour and still hadn’t even taken it back. I’m not sure what the problem is? Poor management is my guess!

After 6+ years of good service on both of my vehicles at this location, I took my 2017 Fusion in for the "works". After getting home and checking under the hood, I see my coolant very low. The next morning I stopped back and the Manager tells me they don't top off fluids, (although it is clearly stated on the website). Then he looks at the paperwork and says " see, we wrote it here". He refused to take care of it, was confrontational and then said he would top off the washer fluid. I pay a premium for preventative maintenance. This is not acceptable to me and unfortunately they have lost my business.

Took my 2022 Kia telluride to have the oil changed and noticed it was leaking afterwards. Called and manager said it was rare. After he looked at it, he said it has happened over 20 times with kia tellurides not being able to get factory filters. Manager said it was leaking around the oil filter, nothing they they could do. Do not recommend their service.

Most expensive tire rotation I’ve ever heard of! Took my 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV in for 15k maintenance (just tire rotation…) and was charged $39.95 plus shop supplies (whatever those were…). We’ve been taking all three of our vehicles to this location and never felt ripped off before, It’ll be difficult to go back in the future…

I just had my old high mileage 4Runner in for an alignment. Their front end alignment mechanic is far and away one of the best around this area. The car drives like a dream. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I had an alignment somewhere else and it wore out the last set of tires with a quickness and handled poorly. QuickLane ROCKS

BEWARE! Took my car in for an oil change and to have a headlight replaced, next day had to go back and have the headlight realigned. Next oil change they break the screw cover for the cabin filter and DON'T tell me. My son finds it a few days later in the front passenger side floor. When I called about the issue I got an I'm sorry, must be the seal on the headlight and we can remove you from our offers mail system. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO LOOK AT OR FIX THEM! I WILL NOT TAKE MY FORD TO THEM AGAIN!

Owners be aware... They do not provide any full disclosure on pricing and then in the end say they have no specials aor coupon when they said they do at first. So make sure to see it first before doing anything as they try to be sneaky. Most importantly watch the work that is being performed. I asked for full synthetic oil change and instead they used synthetic blend. Without me pointing this out no one would have said a thing from Ford aide. I immediately asked what is different between oil in the house hanging vs in the bottle and they said that's lower grade and synthetic blend..the bottle is full synthetic. So I am getting and gave always gotten full synthetic so all the advisor said sorry and then went to tell his tech. Then I had to ask to make sure they use new oil filter as well. At the end when checking out nothing but ribing me at full MSRP price for full synthetic at $120+. They do not honor any competition coupon or even other does dealer. This was my second time visiting and will be the LAST. I am going to file an official complaint to BBB and also Ford Corp. I did ask to speak to manager and clearly this guy has no understand of customer service or care and said we said sorry and we are past that and go do business elsewhere. Goes to show you about these people.satisf this has been one of the worst service ever and complete FAIL by this location and advisor and manager. You don't even get 2hat you pay for here...stay AWAY

Really courteous group of guys working here. No appointments but I haven't had to wait very long for either of the two Ford vehicles I bring here so I'm happy. Nice sitting area to wait while my oil is changed or to get an alignment.

I can in just minutes before closing time with a bad battery. I was too afraid to turn off my car, because it may not restart. Not only did James stay late to have my battery replaced, he went out of his way to make it quick, easy, and less stressful for me. James did an excellent job and went above what he had to do to help me. Loganville Ford Quick Lane has had and will continue to keep my business for this kind of quality treatment!

I use the QuickLane on a regular with my fleet vehicles and have good luck with them on many different types of Ford trucks and cars. Very reasonable rates and they get me in and get me out.

Justin is the best. He is personable, efficient and always giving the best service possible, with a smile. I've gone to him for simple oil change services and emergency tire issues and always leave pleased, knowing he is providing me with the best service. I trust his recommendations, whether it is on a particular tire brand I never heard of or additional service needed on my car, because I know he is trustworthy and will not try to stick me with unnecessary work and charges. The Key is having a Service Advisor that is Trustworthy. Thank you Justin for your excellent work ethic.

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation (The Works) on my 2020 Mustang GT. Was in and out very quick. I checked and the rear and front tires were definitely switched and the oil dipstick shows clean oil at the correct level. I was not upsold on any additional services.

I've had my oil changed here, nice waiting room. However, when faced with an unexpected bolt in my tire, while literally next door at home depot, they stated they were too busy and had just closed. Having to put on a spare tire in the rain while there are people nearby that COULD have helped but didn't, was a great disappointment. I will never use them again based on this experience.

This isn't my favorite place to go. It's rare that they're able to accommodate me. From 2-hour waits, to nit having the tire size that fits my car, I can be SURE that whenever I go, they can't help me much that day. The name is NOTa good descriptor of the business here. And if there's ANY way on this earth that they can get the $130/hr. fee out of you, they will. I always go, thinking "this time it'll be different". It isn't.

I have been taking my car to this place to get my oil changed since I've moved to Between in 2018 but no more. And it's because of the way I am being treated. They have always rotated my tires with the oil change but now I have to ask them to. The gentleman stated that I got the standard oil change which didn't come with tire rotate. But if I had ask for the works then the tires would have been rotate. Guess what the difference is? You Guess it nothing be the wording. Same price and same oil change. They are going to loose a customer because they are trying to save time. I wonder how many others think they are getting their tires rotate with the oil change? Oh well I'll find some place that I don't have to play the word game to get the combo that I pay for.

Everyone has their own personal opinion for everything but with my experience at Loganville Ford I absolutely love it. They take care of my car anytime I come they give me an approximate time that Ill need to wait and come to you before you even get to them to ask what you would like done on your car. Very professional.

Very friendly staff. Store associate (Justin) was professional and addressed every concern I had about my vehicle. Gave me options for fixing serious issues with vehicle and was quick to tell me what did not need to be fixed. Super clean waiting room with WiFi and coffee. Have been here for regular vehicle service for the past few years and have never had a long wait or any issues. You can watch your vehicle being worked on and every mechanic in the bay acts professionally and efficiently to get the job done. Will continue to use them for vehicle needs.

I take my vehicles to Loganville Ford Quick Lane and oh, am I impressed. They do great work, FAST. The staff is courteous, they have wifi for me to work on my laptop while waiting and they have not tried to up sell me on things that simply don't need to be done/repaired. I highly recommend them. I have had oil changes, brakes and rotors done at this location.
