Very professional company very courteous, provided a very reasonable and fair rate for a long distance to on a weekend! DO NOT Recommend! Driver asked me where I wanted my car towed. I told him what Collision shop. Instead he takes it to their lot. He could have been up-front about the fact that he was unable to drop it off at the collision shop, and that he'd have to take it to their lot, then it would have to get towed to the collision shop later! It ended up costing $292.
Ted Whitlock Towing has been there for me and my family every time I have needed them. They are knowledgeable and very helpful, explaining how things typically go when there has been an accident. There is no "good time" to have an accident, but when there is one, I trust them.
All the members of the Whitlock team have been incredibly kind from beginning to end. Jess Whitlock reached out and went out of her way to behind during an incredibly difficult time for us!
Total life savers ! After arranging a tow truck through AAA and the tow truck not showing these folks answered the phone and were there in 15 minutes. They towed the car over an hour to the dealer . Great service and super professional!
If I could put zero stars I would,they are very rude and inconsiderate. Crooks id call them,the "owner" tried to get me to keep my car there so it can rack up storage fees so he can get more money and then try to tell me its totaled,acting like he's a mechanic or a body tech when he's just a tow truck driver.i do not recommend this place to anyone, they have no idea how to talk to customers and his wife was very rude when I picked my car up and they also lie. Not very trustworthy. STAY AWAY!!!

I've used a few Towing Co's, and by far Whitlock Towing was the best. I Called Whitlock Towing to schedule an early morning tow. Mr. Whitlock was very helpful and quickly assisted. The rate provided was very reasonable. Deon called when he was on the way and arrived early. The service they provided was exceptional and professional. Highly recommend!?
This is a long-delayed review. We blew out a tire in the middle of the night, and, even though he had a brace on, he still took amazing care of us and even went above and beyond, dropping us off after he dropped our car off at a shop.
I've kept this card for years promising that I'd follow through on this review, and I'm glad we did!
Needed a tow after hitting animal and Ted Whitlock towing came within minutes! Super helpful as I was a wreck emotionally. Tow driver also helped with getting my truck to collision & body shop which has been a great experience so far. I definitely recommend if tow is needed! Thank you so much for the help.

Ted and his crew get it done quick and without messing up anything on the vehicle. Had a low low vehicle and his guy took the time to put steps in front of the vehicle to keep it from rubbing the bottom side of the front bumper! Great job!!!
My truck had been stuck in the mud for 2 weeks. The gentleman who came from Ted’s got it out quickly and was super friendly and professional. He made what could have been a stressful experience, pleasant instead. So appreciative!
These guys saved my husband on the side of the road at midnight last night. I called at least 10 other towing companies that all either weren't working or were over charging because we were in a pickle. The owner Ted is a good guy, and the tow truck driver Austin went above and beyond. Even helped diagnose a bad alternator. Don't hesitate to use this company. They actually care!
Called AAA for towing. Was told Ted Whitlock would be coming out to tow, in an hour estimate arrival. After an hour and half, I called AAA back, only to be told they didn't have a truck available. No one called from either AAA or Ted Whitlock towing. In The meantime while waiting for AAA to answer again, I sent husband a text to call and see what the holdup was.... He was told his driver was in Conyers ...and there was only 1 driver on call, as it was Father's day weekend... he then said he was on his way to a birthday party. So please think before you call this company. I am elderly, and didn't appreciate being left sitting. I called a company named Taylor's Towing in Monroe, and they came out in less than 30 minutes from placing the call!
Last week I was asked to contact the company for my Hispanic compadre in order to get some information on his vehicle. When I gave the gentleman the deceased of the vehicle, he instantly recalled the incident involving the car. To me, that told a lot about him. Without even looking in the computer, he was able to remember this particular circumstance. I feel like it's one of the businesses that considers you as a person or customer rather than a number in their file. We definitely need more of that and last but not least, he was very kind and polite ??
Absolutely amazing! Ended up having a rough stop but Ted Whitlock did a great job in a sticky spot! Had Bubba as my tow engineer and he was fantastic! Super professional and hilarious! Hope I won't need a tow any time soon but if I do best believe I'll be calling you guys! Highly recommend!
Brian was at my home recently when I used AAA for a dead battery issue. He called ahead of time to let me know when he'd be here, arrived right on time, and he was very professional. If I use AAA any time soon I hope these folks are who they send out. Thank you so very much.

This location didn't give me any problems with getting my possessions out of my damaged vehicle. The yard seems to be cleaner and more organized than most towing yards. Fees were reasonable if not cheaper than most.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were super nice and they didn’t charge me an excessive fee to move my SUV. My SUV had to go down a steep driveway into the garage and they performed the task with ease and so much professionalism. I’ll be calling Ted’s for all my towing needs and recommending them whenever I can.
I don't normally have the need to post about service outside of the food and beverage industry; however this is one of the most amazing towing companies I've ever encountered.
My truck had popped off its jack due to some poor decision-making on my part. Ted Whitlock towing however didn't try and price gouge me, they came out helped me get my truck off the ground and even help me put the tire back on. I can't say enough good things about this company.

When my wife’s car broke down, Ted Whitlock Towing was one of the few that answered her call and quickly came to her aid. The operator was very friendly and professional. At the dealership he knew just what paperwork was required since the car was still under warranty. Great service overall and highly recommended.
