Came in the rain, to get my daughters car quickly. Brought it to my home fast and professional and placed it exactly where I needed it, up a slope in my driveway. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do I am confident they will come to my rescue.
I called Eastside towing to come pick up my car after an accident, and they arrived within 10 minutes. They towed my car to my house at my request. They sent me a link showing they were on the way with payment info, and i easily paid online while my car was being delivered. Chris was super nice and very helpful!
Joe, Christie, and Jay are three amazing people! Great customer service!! My daughter and I were in such a tough situation with our car being towed while I was out of town. A very unfortunate situation however, they were so polite and considerate in every way possible. I wouldn't want this situation to happen again, but if it did, I would trust them to assist me . Very grateful!!

Needed my car towed to the shop and Eastside was able to take care of it quickly and without issue. They were very communicative, both with the initial call to request service as well as the technician who picked up my car and delivered it to the shop. Would do business with Eastside Towing again if the need arises.

We called tonight needing a tow for my daughters car, they arrived within 20 mins and had he car delivered back to our home within 15mins. Definitely wasn’t planning on needed a tow but you guys made it easy to be able to get one quickly.

Jessie was very knowledgeable about towing both of my classics an 83 regal and 70 cutlass informed me of thing to check when having them towed and a well rounded guy we connected over old cars and hard work will def reccomend him for a great flat bed experience
Started out as a car towing, but (chrissy, christey)-- PLEASE FORGIVE ME if name is wrong... She did an assessment, comtemplated a bit.. pinpointed the probable issue... We worked it out, with some "duhh" moments in between! Here I am sitting in my (same) car now at the Publix writing this review! Will use again if ever in need. Thanks

Was able to pick up in good time, handled everything professional. My daughter's car broke down on the side of 285 when she was almost to to the airport to catch a flight. Eastside towing promptly responded and was able to get to reasonably quickly and get her car home safe. This is my second time dealing with them and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow.
After calling 4 separate companies to get my car towed from Loganville to Honda at Mall of Georgia and all of them saying they wouldn’t be able to do it on a Saturday morning due to mileage and the time of the morning I called Eastside. The dispatcher was super sweet and very informative. The tow truck driver arrived right on schedule and was also very nice as well as informative. Got my vehicle out of my driveway and to the service center. 10 out of 10 would recommend again! Definitely a lifesaver on a Saturday with needing my car back on Monday morning.
