I've been utilizing the services of this shop since purchasing a 1998 Honda Accord EX V6 in 2013. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, personable, thorough and straight forward. He's also very honest and upfront. (Allen his lead mechanic, also rocks!) Everyone who owns a vehicle should have access to a crew such as this. The peace of mind they provide to customers is top-notch!

Bill is most honest and best person you can have look at your car. Did a free over view to figure out what’s wrong with my car Told me where I can get the highest quality battery at a low price and where and what all my options can be. Educated me 100% so no one can take adavantage of my lack of car knowledge. He couldn’t order me a battery before my work started the next morning and still helped me. Can’t find much honest people in this economy so if you have a car problem Bill is your best friend and leave a tip wherever you can he deserves it!

Took my car there recently to have a yearly service and Bill was prompt, didn’t try to upsell me on BS, and the bill was $1,000 cheaper than what I paid at the dealership last year. Can’t complain!

Was looking for a reliable Honda/Acura mechanic as my neighborhood shop had recently closed. Found Honda A Tech and Bill replaced the starter in my 2008 Honda Accord . Some of us klke to hold onto our cars for 20 or more years you know and they understand. She is running like new!

This is an updated review… Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable at a shop. Mr. Bill is a great mechanic and very helpful, but my experience with Alan was completely different. I came in for an oil change and to have my spark plugs checked, fully prepared to pay. Alan was short with me from the start, so I spoke with another mechanic instead—he was kind and willing to check my car. Later, when Alan came back to charge me, I asked if the spark plugs were included since I thought it was already handled. He seemed confused and said no, explaining they wouldn’t do anything unless I had money to pay. He kept saying if they even looked at it I would have to pay since they had to open up the hood. I told him that I would never come to a shop without being willing and able to pay. I went in there expecting and ready to pay any amount from $250 to $300 (since I just wanted my engine looked at and for my oil to be changed. I wanted to be prepared to pay a large amount if I had to). When I offered a $100 bill, he refused it. When I said I could use tap instead, his tone got mildly aggressive and dismissive, insisting I “needed to have money” as if I didn’t. He started to say they didn’t have it and couldn’t do it. When he finally agreed to take tap, he left the machine out of reach. When I asked if it could be moved closer, I was ignored and then asked if I “expected to reach over the printer” to pay. He proceeded to say well if you want to which genuinely was the icing on the cake for me. I hate getting upset or feeling talked down to, but that’s exactly how Alan treated me. His attitude was rude, unnecessary, and completely ruined the experience. The worse part is that my car’s light came back on right before I reached my destination which now means I have to pay another amount to get my car looked at again.

Bill is honest, super knowledgeable and super friendly…everything and more you want your auto mechanic to be!

We’ve had 2 different repairs (on different cars) in the last 7 days. We tried out Hond-a Tech for the first time last week and were very satisfied with our experience we decided to go back a 2nd time, and again we were very extremely happy. Never felt more pleased with a mechanic shop - like I wasn’t getting ripped off because I was a woman. Bill explained everything, every step of the way, and even texted me pictures of the part needing repair. We will not hesitate to continue bringing our cars to them and referring people their way! Incredibly fair priced, extremely knowledgeable AND honest shop. Bill took care of a new alternator, power steering flush and brake pad job all within half a day and shocked me with how fair the bill was. Be like me and Listen to the other reviews, this place is THE place to take your Honda or Acura. Everywhere else is 2nd place!

We've been taking our car here for many years. This place is the best! They are fair, honest and great mechanics. If you have a Honda or Acura, this is the place to go. They will help you get the best value out of your vehicle.

Don't ever take your car to this repair shop. I had taken my car in for a few repairs. I even purchased the parts. They put some of the parts on but the technician was too lazy to find out why my blower fan wasn't working. Bill also told me my condenser fan would come on after the car was turned off. This was killing my battery. Bill said he replaced the radiator switch. This still didn't rectify why the condenser fan would stay on after the car was turned off. Bill told me to replace the main relay switch. I've never met an owner of a repair shop who told me about the problem and put forth a limited amount of effort to fix it. He gave me back my car with same problem he told me about. As long as your car has something simple to fix he will do business with you. If u have a problem that requires thought and mechanical expertise Bill and his technicians are too lazy to figure it out. He and his staff were too lazy to at least tell me why my blower fan wasn't working. Bill is a shady character. I will never do business with that shady business man. Take your car somewhere else to be repaired. Stay far away from Bill.

Recently had a 2014 CRV with A/C issues. From the beginning, Bill, the owner, was super willing to educate me on all the problems and literally show me. Turns out this year model is known for what's called "black death" where the compressor breaks down and sends metal all through the A/C system (black sludge photos). Often times it ruins everything, but they said I had a 50/50 shot that it was stopped in the condenser filter...we went for it and sure enough it was contained there! They saved it! - Further more I was coincidentally able to make an insurance claim to cover part of the repair and he was super pro-client in giving the insurance company just what they needed to make a claim..nothing more ;). From start to finish I was impressed with how responsive he was (always answered the phone & texted photos throughout job), time to explain everything, and literally allowing me to walk out into the shop and 'show' me the problems with my vehicle. The prices didn't strike me as abnormal either. It was quality work and I was willing to pay for it. Would definitely take my Honda here again. Lastly, when I complimented him on how well he explained something he said, "You sound like a genius when you've worked on the same thing 100times." - Which, an expert with experience was what I was looking for. They got it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill to finally address an oil leak on my 3.5L Acura TL that I had been putting off for a couple of years. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Not only was he the most affordable option around, but the quality of his service truly exceeded my expectations. Bill went above and beyond by noticing my sagging headliner, which I had planned to fix later this year, and he even recommended a couple of shops that I had come across in my own research. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had properly adjusted my e-brake lever, something the last shop I visited couldn’t get right. Overall, I highly recommend Bill for anyone looking for honest, top-notch service!

Reliable. Bill is very patient in explaining everything and thorough in documentation. For an older Honda, I think they are the best mechanics around here. Prices are decent but you can expect best service here.

Owning a vehicle that is unique and most times a hassle to work on makes it hard to find a shop that is willing to take on the challenge but without hesitation Bill and his crew was not afraid. As busy as he is he still takes the time to be very thorough and honest which isn’t easy to come by these days. When Blake Automotive finally retired I struggle to find a shop I trust but looks like those worries are behind me. Thanks again Bill and I’ll see you soon!

Bill and this shop saved my car. After another mechanic told me nothing was wrong, I found this shop online and made the trip and it was worth it. Bill quickly diagnosed the major issue, fixed it and has my Honda running back to normal quickly. They were efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Bill is THE BEST!!! There was a sound coming from my car and Bill fit me in to take it for a drive to diagnose it. He didn’t even need to look under the hood- he knows. Come to find out- the spare tire was loose in the back, rubbing, and making the sound!! What mechanic would Ever be this honest? Take your Honda here!!! Bill is brilliant!

First time using Honda A Tech. Great service at a great deal for my Honda Accord repairs. The kept me up to date on the progress and were up front with the pricing. There were no hidden charges. The work was done very quickly. Bill is very knowledgeable about the Honda brand. I will start using them for both Honda cars I own.

I brought my vehicle for regular maintenance/servicing and the shop owner/manager was very nice and seemed knowledgeable but when I got home later that day after picking my vehicle up I discovered the tires had not been rotated even though it was supposed to be included in the service. Now, it could have been an innocent mistake but this was a very basic service where only a few minor things were done to the vehicle so I really don't understand how it could have been missed. I likely won't be back because if they missed this who knows what else they didn't do that they charged me for.

I can't recommend Bill highly enough. If you are looking for a Honda specialist but don't want to pay dealership prices this is the place for you. Bill gives great progress updates and stands behind his work.

They work on word of mouth referral business which is how we heard of them as well. That's my favorite kind of business to support! I've already told 5 people and I just left 10 minutes ago. We had a leaky Honda Civic. Several places told us it wasn't worth fixing but I wanted another 200,000 miles out of it. Bill and company fixed the leak and some other necessary items. She is running very smooth. Very impressed and will be bringing the car here anytime work is needed.

Bill is amazing, he replaced my front assembly struts and sway bar. He told me to get a tire alignment since his shop is too small for it. I ran into an issue with the alignment and brought the car back to hear his opinion. Not only did he show me the problem but he fixed it for free and saved me from spending $1000 on a part that only required bolt tightening. I would trust his shop over any other and will continue to support his business.

These guys are awesome! Made my appointment just for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I needed an alternator and 2 oil gaskets. I was taking my car to another Honda specialist and they never found it. Also, prices are reasonable. I just want to be able to take my car to someone who will be straight up with me and take care of my car as if I were doing the job myself.

If you want your Honda fixed with outstanding quality and great time efficiency, this is the spot. I met Bill and he was very honest and went the extra mile in his services. He made sure to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car instead of trying to overcharge me like most general mechanics do. Honestly, bring your car here, it will be worth it!!!
