My insurance company had called them to tow my car from a Doraville towing yard to the bodyshop. And the tow truck driver just took off the broken bumper from our car and left it inside the vehicle without our consent which caused interior and exterior damages. When we called them they denied that they took off the bumper. So we had to check the video recording from the Doraville towing yard to make sure that the driver actually took the bumper off. Now the driver admitted that he took the bumper off and denied to take the responsibility for the damages were caused and stated that no damages were caused. I contacted Wayne and asked him to provide us pictures of before towing the car and after dropping it off to the bodyshop as I was told they always take pictures and they got all the pictures when I first call them. I contacted Wayne last week and requested him to review all the evidence and make a decision. we are still waiting and they didn’t provide us the photos from the driver yet.
I contacted Wayne and he was prompt, quick and affordable! I asked for pictures of my vehicle once he dropped it off, and he did just that with out issues.
