They have a store cat named Rocky, he alone makes this NAPA the auto part store I’ll be coming back to everytime I need something.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Very unpleasant, lazy, negligent workers. This complain will be absolutely escalated.
I have called the store prior to coming, I was literally 3min away, they put me on hold, I was waiting until I showed up, nobody answered the phone. No greetings, just eyeing me like I’m a thief. I’ve taken circles around the store to not bother these lazy employees. Haven’t found the part. Came up to the counter, 3 workers standing, 1 on the computer and 2 others petting a cat… I have asked for help, his answer was “wait a minute”
MIND YOU, the store is empty, I have attached pictures as a prove below. Awful service, seems like they want to profile their customers. Corporate is my next call!
These guys are proper rip offs, Napa I love but the guys working don't want to help you for nothing. There can be several reasons why? Maguire cleaner small bottle for $27.55 they had row same product for $24.99 they have the prices wrong for everything. I did quick internet search and all competitors are in the $14 range. He mentioned we have have change the tags, ok cool can you honor the price as you're changing it tomorrow and a harsh NO. KNOW WONDER THEIR EMPTY!!! never agaim!
The person asked if they could help. They could have started with not answering the phone when I was telling them what I needed. Completely ignored me. Very rude. I walked out and will not be back.
The employees act like you’re not even standing there and when they do “realize” you’re there they drag their feet figuratively and literally. I suggest no one goes here for anything ever
This store is close to me. I used to be a loyal AutoZone shopper but after several failures of parts purchased at AutoZone I was disappointed and I started shopping at NAPA. So far I am satisfied with the merchandise quality and the very helpful service.
Shoutout too Cameron and Stan for their stellar customer service. They both were very kind, patient, attentive and knowledgeable when helping me. “See you tomorrow guys!”
Employees here are polite and greet customers with a smile the moment you enter the store. They're very informative about their products and they really help customers out.
Went in to get my AC fixed, paid $300+, went back a week later because my AC was blowing hot air again. Paid another $300+ to replace the condenser because there was a leak that they didn't see the 1st time. Well 1 week after that was replaced my AC goes out again. I gave them a chance to fix it and just got worse.
Always a pleasure coming here. Heck I am writing this from their parking lot right now as we get parts for a truck. Employees are always nice and super helpful. Have most of the items we need in stock at great prices and if they do not have it they can het it pretty quickly. In and out in under 5 minutes today!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
I appreciate how the staff of NAPA don't talk down to women who purchase things for auto repair. Over the years, I've purchased brake pads, synthetic oil, windshield wipers, etc for my Explorer and i appreciate being treated with a friendly smile and great service. Plus i use my AAA discount. Great folks there!!!
As a daughter of a heavy equipmemt mechanic, my dad taught me everything I need to know to keep my car running. Auto parts store after store treats me like I don't know jack, perhaps because I'm a 115 lb woman, but not these guys. If you're a girl who knows what's up, this is a great store.
This store at 3526 Buford Hwy always seem to have problems honoring there warranty on there products. But, when I drive down to the hub in Norcross on Peachtree Industrial it is never an issue. I have been dealing with Napa since 2012 at least that's as far back as my maintenance records and receipts go.
So I have a little experience dealing with them and i can tell you if you have an problem with something you purchased don't go back to this location because there is always a reason why they will not switch out the product.
Ih yeah! I purchased the ceramic brake pads and failed in less than 6 months. It does happen but they always took care of it. But, not this location.
This is the funny part for those who fix cars!Now the person i dealt with this time is Vee. Let me tell you the reason why they would not exchange the pads. He said they must have at least 50% or more pad left on it. Like I'm going to take my wheels off to check. Ceramics usually last me a little more than a year.
Just do yourself a favor and drive down the road. Always a smooth transaction.
