I pulled into the service center at Acura Carland on a Saturday morning(9am hour), parked my car, and walked straight into the service entrance where the advisors are literally sitting facing the door. Anyone walking in is clearly visible. I stood there with the doors open waiting to be acknowledged and not a single person said good morning, hello, or “someone will be with you shortly.” Nothing. There was one customer already being helped by the advisor at the desk directly in front of the entrance (African American male, slim med build, bald with black glasses). Another woman was seated waiting, which I understood meant she would be helped before me. She was then helped by the advisor sitting at the desk to the left of the entrance(African American male lighter skin slim built). At this point the first customer had already been helped and walked to the waiting area, yet the advisor with the black glasses in front still did not acknowledge me standing right there. After standing there for over five minutes like I was invisible, a Caucasian advisor named Lance finally looked up and said, “Do you need help?” Seriously? Not to mention black glasses guy now looks up at me & stares at me while I’m walking over to Lance who’s sitting closes to the wall desk to the left of the entrance. No sir, I’m just standing here at the service counter for fun. Instead of an apology or acknowledging the wait, the interaction immediately jumped to “What brings you in today?” as if the last several minutes of being ignored never happened. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was shocking. What makes this even more frustrating is that I purchased my Acura from Carland and drive out of my way to come to this location because I’ve experienced poor treatment and racism at the Ed Voyles Acura location in the past. To come here expecting better service and receive the same level of disregard and disrespect is extremely disappointing. As a customer and especially as a woman standing in front of multiple employees and being completely ignored is unacceptable. If the staff doesn’t feel like helping customers, then maybe it’s time to clock out or find another job. Customers spending their money should never be made to feel invisible. I will seriously reconsider spending any more of my money at this location. Do better.

Roshonda provided more than Excellent Customer Service. Her service was Outstanding during my recent visit. I didn't have an appointment for the repairs needed. Even though it was late in the afternoon and almost time for her to leave, she still provided me with kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and most helpful. She worked over and beyond her work hours to get my car repaired and get me on the road before closing up shop. She should be commended for her Most Excellent service she provided in such a short time.

Excellent experience! Moose was our salesman. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Sales manager came up to us just to introduce himself and the gentleman that did financing portion was great as well.

Overall, the experience was good because it lowered my total cost and the car is reliable. There should have been more product demonstration about the features of the car. The sales person was good though.

Akonu has been looking after my vehicle since I bought it from this Aucra Carland 11 years ago. He is always thorough, honest, intelligent, and knows my car history. This is service one can only dream of, as he knows my car even better than I do! And he is always pleasant and good natured and prompt with answers to my questions. If he is looking after your car....aren't you lucky?

I wish I could give 0 stars and I most definitely would. Let's start with IF your service advisor is Lance Kenerly and your shop foreman is Matt Salvatore pretty, please get a second opinion. I was told my transmission needed to be flushed one minute to transmission needing to be replaced the next. Mind you my transmission was and is NOT slipping...and NO one drove my vehicle; the information was given to me AFTER I told them I had my transmission fluid flushed already. It was several other things that I was told but I took it to another Acura dealership for a second opinion only to be told that my transmission was perfect. For my ladies please DO NOT listen to these people if you have doubt just get a second opinion first. I'm going to upload what they told me needed to be replaced against what another Acura dealership told me, and you guys do the math. Please call corporate anytime you have doubt about anything and get a second opinion because these people are not honest. I will go into further detail in my next post because I do have proof!

Would NEVER recommend to purchase an Acura here. I should have went back to Ed Voyles to purchase my 2nd Acura but that vehicle was not available there. Employees at Acura Carland do not have any compassion or empathy for customers time or circumstances. If the salesperson had been upfront and let me know the pre existing conditions that came with the vehicle i would have been more than happy to spend a little more for a better quality vehicle. Lesson learned to myself, stick with what you know.

Hands down the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My experience at Acura Carland was seamless from start to finish, thanks to my salesperson Shi (pronounced “Shy”). Shi has the perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge, and easygoing energy—zero pressure, just a smooth and efficient transaction. If you’re in the market for an Acura, do yourself a favor and ask for Shi—even if you’re coming from out of town.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Acura dealership. I brought my car in for repairs and was told it would be fixed, but instead they kept my vehicle for over a month. I rely on my car for work, and because the dealership did not complete the repairs in a reasonable time, I was unable to work during this period. This caused me significant financial stress. What makes this situation worse is that after the long delay, I was told I still needed to pay, even though the delay was not my fault and directly affected my ability to earn income. Communication throughout the process was poor, and no real effort was made to accommodate or help with the inconvenience they caused. Most upsetting, when I explained how this situation affected my ability to work, a staff member told me that she did not care about my situation. That response was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I expected much better professionalism and accountability from an Acura dealership. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. If you want, I can also help you turn this into a formal complaint to Acura corporate or adjust the tone slightly depending on where you’re posting it.

My service advisor, David, was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He took the time to explain the service details, addressed my concerns with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of the outstanding service, I’m genuinely looking forward to my upcoming visits as I work through the critical follow-ups to start the new year on the right foot. Exceptional customer service. During my recent car purchase I was treated as a valued customer. My salesmen were Shi and Richard who went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel comfortable and relaxed during the car buying experience. Shi was able to fit me into his busy Saturday schedule to show me the vehicle I was interested in. While he was finishing up with another customer he introduced me to Richard who showed me around the vehicle and took me on a test drive. Richard was very knowledgeable in all things cars and I could tell he had been around and working on cars for some time. They even quickly took it back to their mechanic when I asked about a strange noise in the engine bay. Payment and paperwork was quick and easy. Overall a great buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them and recommenced to others. Ask for Shi and Richard, they will treat you right.

BUYER BEWARE. This dealership practices false advertising. I have it screenshot, and video taped. I was ready to buy an SUV today, but they are refusing to go by what they themselves advertise. Their excuse is lame, and I'm seriously considering action. They can try to take the site page down but it's too late. This vehicle details that it comes with a complementary 3mo/3000miles warranty. Then verbally over the phone and via text they renig on that. Shame on this dealership.

I’ve been bringing my car to Acura Carland for years, and one ongoing issue has always bothered me: I constantly feel like I’m being upsold on services. Because of that, I keep detailed records of every maintenance item I complete. Recently, I had an experience that seriously shook my confidence. I brought my car in because the battery died—even though it’s less than three years old. During the visit, the advisor recommended an alignment that I had already done just one month earlier, and a brake fluid flush that I had completed only two months prior. Both services were documented and performed at this same dealership. This raises a tough question: Why are they recommending work that was just done? Either they didn’t actually perform these services the last time but still billed me, or they are attempting to sell unnecessary work. Neither explanation is acceptable. I’m very concerned about the transparency and integrity of the service department. I hope Acura Carland takes this kind of feedback seriously, because customers should feel confident—not suspicious—after every visit.

We had a wonderful experience at Acura Carland. Hugh has been wonderful. We have purchased several cars there and will be back. We have a 2016 MDX that we upgraded to a 2026 MDX. Joe made the paperwork a breeze. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

I was here this morning at 7:40am with an appointment. They ordered the wrong part for my car a few days prior. Instead of the usb port, someone ordered the usb cover, like that would fix any issue? This was a job that took 0.5 ?, time according to their paperwork. The service advisor did not try to find me in the waiting area when my car was ready. I waited almost 2&1/2 hours and I went up to the man. He said oh your paperwork is here. I’m waiting on your keys? My vehicle was parked outside as I saw through the window. Then in about 5 minutes, he looked behind on a shelf and stated, “they must have snuck them in here”. I feel this was done on purpose for some reason? His name is David Howell. I have been using this dealership for over a year.

My experience at Acura Carland was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and they thoroughly checked the issues I came in for—plus identified and fixed an issue I wasn’t even aware of, all covered under my warranty. David and DJ were amazing throughout the entire process. I would recommend them and this location every single time.

5-star review for Shi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased an ADX after an unfortunate accident left me needing a new vehicle, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Shi. This was my first time buying a car, and I was a bit nervous going into the process. However, Shi made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from the start. We were able to negotiate a great price, and he always made sure I felt comfortable and informed along the way. What really impressed me was the detailed video he recorded of the exact car I was interested in. It helped me feel confident in my choice before even stepping into the dealership. When I arrived to pick up the car, Shi had everything ready to go. The vehicle looked perfect and all I had to do was sign the papers. It was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I could’ve imagined. If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Shi. Normally I'm not a fan of negotiating at dealerships, but my experience at Acura Carland was a surprisingly plesant one. Long story short, I unexpectedly was in the market for a new daily driver. I showed up with less than 30 minutes until the dealership closed, but not one person still at the dealership looked annoyed or rushed us. My salesperson, Anya was upbeat and answered all our questions to the best of her knowledge. There was even a warranty-related follow up question which she reached out to the right department for, and informed me of the answer. Anya was very open to all questions, and did not try to beat around the bush with negotiating. She was upfront with the negotiating room we had, as well as the warranty details for cpo vehicles. We stayed past closing and took 2 cars out for test drives and looked around each vehicle until I felt satisfiedthat I found the right fit for me at a good price. I asked for the out the door price, and she gave me the price straight up, where at other dealerships I experienced salespeople who would try to trick you with the numbers. I have always had excellent service and great maintenance on my vehicle the past 7 years, although the prices are high, my SUV runs great so it reflects in the good work. On one occasion earlier this year, I had horrible service by several representatives, then management changed and never addressed my issues. However, I spoke to the new Service Manager, Gil Michelson, probably was his first complaint upon his arrival, and he provided with excellent options to ensure positive resolutions. He, personally attended me and ensured his staff took good care of my vehicles’ needs with great customer service by DJ? Recommended!!
