KEVIN at the front desk was a great help. I came in with my Camaro for some wiper blades and a plate light bulbs. He not only helped me select the correct products but he also installed everything for me very efficiently and gave great customer service

Kevin and Eduardo are amazing! I had such a great experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Kevin and Eduardo. Their customer service was top-notch, both of them were super helpful, friendly, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making a sale. It’s rare to find service like that these days! I left feeling taken care of and really appreciated. My battery was dead. Jump started it and stopped in to have it checked before driving 900+ miles. They checked battery, starter and alternator. Everything good. Must have left something on for battery to die.

Keven is the GREATEST! He is a young rep with LOTS of potential and initiative. A true problem solver! I walked in the store looking for an allen wrench needed to remove my spare tire in order to replace my flat tire. When I explained the situation to the employees on the floor, there seemed to be hesitation but not with Keven! He saw a need and jumped in. He not only provided the product but helped me and my daughter change the tire! I’m so grateful for his time and dedication to service at such a stressful moment. THANK YOU!

The store is not same no more without the previous crew Brayan( last store manager) , Chris, Brian , Israel, Harry, Carlo and Gio. They still have a excellent commercial guy working in the back Mark and the delivery guys are friendly when helping in the front from the old crew.

I made two trips to pick up a battery that I ordered To find out, it was never delivered. I asked when it could be delivered, and they said they had no drivers. I asked for a refund and the employee called the manager and he said they did not have for me to go pick it up at another store 22mins away. . I have always had a good experience in Duluth but this really screwed things up for me today. My advice is if they don’t have it on the shelf don’t buy it. especially dont pay upfront like I did.

Had a great experience today at this OReillys! Carlo displayed absolutely wonderful customer service and patience. He was extremely helpful and we found exactly what we need for our new brake system. There was definitely a lot of people in today, and some customers seemed to need a lot of extra help. Carlo did a spectacular job, and he displayed a standard of exellence,, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE ? Great workers like that truly deserve a nice incentive for their dedication and he performed with flying colors! Thanks again!

This was once a five-star review in which I was praising and at the time, newly hired employee. Because of him I have came back again and again, because I have recently bought two new used cars that has needed a lot of work. Unfortunately, I still feel the same about those employees but this particular location is under New Management and it's not working out very good for business. I believe his name is Sam. I've witnessed on several occasions while making big and small purchases, Sam being disrespectful towards his employees as well as the customers. Myself included. The last time I stopped in there was to get a tire patch because even as a woman I know how to patch my tire and I told him I was losing air pretty quickly, but he decided to call his boyfriend on speakerphone and proceeded to talk about mildly inappropriate personal things. Today I stopped to get a new battery for my Jeep and I know that the install is a little bit complicated because it's under my seat but I already had everything ready to go. Not only did Sam's stop an employee from helping me... But he also yelled at him in front of me for moving too slow. The employee in which I speak of has just got back from surgery today as well and he never told me any of this personally it's just that I had asked where he has been... The last time I came in. I don't want to say his name because I don't think he deserves any further punishment or retaliation. But he's my favorite amongst the team because he always remembers to ask about my physical well-being.... And is always very thorough and patient with me. In my opinion, Sam may be a good disciplinary or authority figure... But he's not a people person and doesn't belong in customer service or leading a group of people. It's not as if he's even being assertive, but instead just downright disrespectful and hateful towards any customer I've witnessed as well. I wish I could say that I would be back again like always but I think I'm going to start going elsewhere.... Because I just don't approve of this type of management. I already go far out of my way to come to this location and shop at O'Reilly's because of the service. Sadly, I can't say that anymore.

Pretty unreliable in terms of having parts "in stock". Don't trust the website(their actual inventory does not match the site), make sure you call to double check, and if they "call the part in for you" make sure you quadruple ask the person what time "said part" is arriving and then maybe when you go in the following day, they will actually will have it for you. Disclaimer: They won't have it. 2 stars for decent effort, I guess, and my time wasted. I'll stick to an autozone, you right.

What a wonderful crew at this Duluth location. Sam and Henry are knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. They helped with with a new car battery, and inspected my installation. I returned and Henry helped me with prolonging the battery life with corrosion washes for the battery terminals. He educated me with helpful tips to keep the battery life healthy and he was so knowledgeable on the battery operation in the car. He offered to help with future battery checks and encouraged regular battery checks if any problems arise. Chris was also a great associate and helped with my battery needs. This location was quick with assistance and was very customer service oriented. The service was exceptioal. I recommend this location over other car part store. Excellent.

My positive cable on my battery was loose. The truck kept cutting off. I stopped at O'Reilly's to get it tightened. Harry informed me that the cable needs to be replaced. He went above and beyond.

This review is entirely for this location’s Assistant Store Manager, Harry Nana. Harry was a huge lifesaver today! A piece of my car’s gear shifter had broken, while I was reversing out of the parking lot, and Harry spent time with me in getting my car up and running again. I came in for windshield wiper fluid and left with the fluid plus 4 tools and epoxy glue that he helped me purchase AND USE for my car. Harry, thank you so much for taking extra time in helping me today. You were very busy but in the time between helping other customers, you helped me and I am so grateful for that!!! Great manager, even better human being!!! Thank you!!

Went to test battery. Harry was great! He provided very friendly service. He tested the battery, concluded it had to be changed. He installed the new battery I bought for free. While removing the old one he noticed an issue with the negative terminal, which he promptly fixed. I was very happy with the way he took care of my problem, went above and beyond. Will certainly be back.

Many thanks to Mr. Harry, who saved me from paying big price for a catalitic converter. He recommended a cleaner, told me what to do to get the result I needed. Reset my engine light, which hasn't come back. Truly cared about my concern. Thank you so much, Mr. Harry.

Absolutely zero respect for paying customers. Contacted the store as I was on my way from Roswell. Person said they would put it aside when I mentioned I was running close to closing time. As I pulled up they locked me out and just shrugged. Old guy behind the counter was obviously training someone new. Not a way to get returning customers. Forever staying away from oreilly’s.

Everyone in the store was so nice to the customers and greeted everyone as they walked in. I wish I would have gotten his name but the guy that helped me was so helpful. I purchased a headlight because mine went out. We couldn’t get my hood open for some reason but he still talked me through how to change it in case I was able to get it to open once I got home. When I got home I was able to the hood up after a few tries and was able to change the bulb with his instructions.

Bryan helped me figure out what brake lights I needed to buy, installed them in 15min and tested them before he would let me pay! What incredible customer service that was fast, friendly and efficient. I will only shop at this location for all of my car maintenance needs from now on.

O’Reilly always has the BEST customer service & this location is no different. EXCEPTIONAL customer service with helping to find what you need & install help with things like windshield wipers and other small things. You never have to ask for help, they greet you as soon as you enter the store & offer to help.

I cannot express enough gratitude to this O'Reilly store and their team. Both Bryan and Harry assisted me today with installing a new battery, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They were kind and attentive to everyone in store, and they are passionate about what they do. It's refreshing to have that level of service. I will be back, and I 100% recommend going there for all auto parts needs.

I had a wonderful & productive experience. I went in & explained what my needs were & Mr. Harry was eager to assist by coming out to my car checking my battery giving me cost and availability status and I inquired about the hood springs needing replaced he said they sold those too! He installed them both & I was in and out quickly! Excellent customer service with a smile! When you walk in any store, check your attitude at the door & walk in expecting to receive a blessing, I sure did & I'm thankful. ?

THANK you CARLOS for the great Customer Service! I walked in no greeting, started recording at the front door, walked around then stood at a counter just in case ROBERT didn’t hear or see me come in. Nope still nothing I began talking with his customer who I knew then he told Robert to help me instead. Robert said what do you need? Well hello to you too Robert! I told him he should greet his incoming customers he started to get upset and said I was with a customer I said you can still greet people coming into the store. We finally got to ordering my items and the delivery time was great however due to the service I decided to go online and order the parts. I will be returning these items. I would rather wait a few days then not get five star service when I’m paying my money. I really like that the parts would be in the next morning, the location was neat and clean and both workers had presentable attire. Next time greet your customers even if you have one cause now you don’t have two!
