Fernando at store 6710 in Duluth was absolutely awesome and I extremely helpful , calling multiple store to track down an item for me , I rarely leave reviews but this made such impression that I couldn’t resist do so!!

Hate that I’m writing a bad Google review, but I was sold the wrong headlight bulb not once.. but TWICE last night after describing to an employee which one I needed for my Genesis. I went in to swap incorrect bulb out and he gave me THE WRONG BULB AGAIN. I’m pissed because I had just come off a 12 hour shift and couldn’t do what I needed to do after work yesterday. Nobody wants to deal with this after a long night.

Alan was incredibly helpful helping me find the right parts, offering advice based on customer feedback and his experience. I might have saved money going elsewhere, but I would have missed out on the expertise that saves me money in the long run. I will make a point to go to this store for future needs.

The sales persons at the night shift are very unprofessional. Lately I went to buy an oxygen sensor and when I got home I found that it was installed before as the plastic wrap was ripped open and there is black dirt on the wires, I went to replace it and the person I was talking to tried to convince me its ok and I can use ( your store policy is not to return electronic parts after selling it because you don't guarantee it will be working, so why he sold me a sensor that was used before in first place!) And he tried to make it difficult for me to get another one and after a half hour argument he finally gave me a receipt to pick it up from a different store. And today I went there to replace my headlight bulb under the warranty, the guy literally gave me the bulbs in my hands without the package which I never see anyone in any of advance auto parts store do before.

I always go to this location (6710) to buy parts for my cars because the competitive prices and quality parts this company offers , customers service is courteous, friendly and professional, the team there always goes above and beyond to make customer service a unique and nice experience , special thanks to Fernando and Albert the store manager .

We entered the store the gentleman saw us standing waiting and ignored us and continued doing what he was doing and until he was done then he tended to us. I work customer service and that is very unprofessional!!!

I’ve had absolutely fantastic customer service here! No matter when I swing by, the store manager, Alberto, is always so pleasant, super helpful, and makes sure I don’t overspend on my project. I’m a loyal customer because of that! .

We've been having an issue with a check engine light for the last two weeks. I came to the store #6710 three times to inquire about it and Alberto Cabrera helped me most of the time. He's absolutely amazing! Great attitude and customer service! I highly recommend to anyone to use his expertise. Give the guy a promotion and a raise, please! Also, Carlos Rodriguez (891175) gave me a few tips that will help me. Another raise for him, please! ?

When shopping for parts online I usually look for lowest price... HUGE mistake, quality, service and availability are paramount but there is something beyond that should be #1 on everyone's list... This is where Albert come in... Probably the finest, most professional employee at all the A.A. This guy is the reason I will always do my shopping with Advanced Auto.. Thank you sir for making my choices easy with auto parts...

I needed a battery for my daughter's hybrid car. The dealership was trying to sell me a battery at a high price but did not have it in stock. I called this store and talked to the manager, Alberto. He looked it up and had the battery for a lot less than the dealership. I told him my daughter would be by to pick it up as she lived out near this store and I didn't. He wanted to make sure he helped her but I wasn't sure when she would be there so he passed her information on to one of the employees Arlyn. When my daughter got there she asked for Arlyn and my daughter said that Arlyn was very helpful and knew exactly what she came for and asked my daughter if she had any questions at all. Both of these employees made the experience for my daughter easier, and for me cheaper. Great customer service. Now when I need parts, I stop by this store when I am in the area. This is where I go from now on and hopefully I get to say hi to my new friends. Thank you to both of them.

Initally I went to Auto Parts and I absolutely hated my experience so I came to the Advance and I was amazed!!! Alberto was so attentative to customer coming through the door even as he's assisting other customers. That alone makes me feel seen and welcomed and makes me want to spend my money more. Then Emily is the sweetest!!! She is very knowledgeable, was patient and handled my needs appropriately. Thank you Advance!!! And I love yall more, ill never go back to auto parts for my car again.

I went to Advance Auto Parts to start a DIY catalytic converter anti-theft project. Alberto assisted me with finding the necessary items, patiently explained bolt sizing nomenclature (this came in handy later), and verified I had a metric tool set for my Honda Element. With Alberto's help I was able to successfully implement my desired design for my anti-theft project. I don't always work on my vehicle, but when I do I prefer Advance Auto Parts in Duluth GA. Stay productive my friends! ; )

Had an amazing experience at this location. Had an unexpected issue with my battery terminal connection that left me stranded at a local Publix. The staff members assisted me in getting what I needed to replace it. One employee walked me through the entire process and provided me with tips on how to make it happen. I was able to complete the repair by myself and only spending $14!!! Everyone from the manager to floor employees and cashiers were great! My new go to store for my auto needs! Thanks team at the Buford Hwy location!

Not much of a mechanic, but love coming to this store and feeling so welcomed and not scared to ask questions and receive help from the staff. Excellent customer service and friendliness. This is my go to store for all my car needs.

Called and asked if they carried a part. 1st staff started to answer the question put me on hold to finish helping another customer. Someone else picked up (female) and I said I was on hold and started to ask the same question. She interrupted me with “like he told you”. 1 - he didn’t tell me anything. 2 no reason to be rude over the phone. Was a simple question being asked. If she is this rude over the phone…. Must be a real peach in person.

Came in today at open for a 10mm socket. General manager is definitely racist. He refused to help me when I first entered the store for the first 5 minutes, the store was empty...the most help he eventually offered was a simple point in the direction I needed to go. The cashier that ended up helping me find the right size socket got scolded because the GM thought she was loaning me tools, when I was in fact purchasing the tools I needed. He did this while he himself was helping his own customer. He cut me and his own customer off mid sentence, because he was so concerned with his cashier loaning a black guy tools. When I returned to the store later for another purchase, the cashier that was originally helping was now helping another customer..but the GM was free now..he refused to help me. He literally just watched me standing there, WHILE SINGING, for almost 20 minutes until the other cashier came back! I asked the cashier for the District Managers number (Harold). She had to sneak and get it because the GM didn't want me to have it. When I called the DM (Harold), he was more concerned with why I had his number. Like what?? And when I explained the issue I had with his rude manager all he said was call and leave a comment. Never again. Racist and rude. (Originally posted at the wrong Buford Hwy location.)

Had a great experience with Albert and Sam today. Both super knowledgeable and efficient. Albert went over and above to help make my transaction easy. It was very clear how Albert made his way to general manager. Super experience! Super people! Hey Advance Auto… these guys could be a model for mapping guest service experience for other team members! From a warm welcome entering the door, processing my transaction, and making sure my visit was appreciated …it was seamless. Well done!

This particular visit was really good. The young lady at the counter quickly asked how she could help? Then she guided me to the shelf and suggested a product, and let me to consider. At the register the young man asked if I was in the system? I hinted I was not interested in giving my info, and he asked no more questions. I paid and left. And that's the kind of store visit I like. Best of all, the product was fantastic - did the job very well

It is really like a 3.75. Good selection usually and equal pricing but the staff is a little subpar. They are a solid second choice, but checkout always seems to be a wait regardless of how many customers are there and it always seems to be a little awkward. Could just be me though, but they are never outright rude or anything but definitely not friendly and the general feeling is they would rather you not be there. Definitely don't try and return anything it is like being in front of senate appropriation committee trying to get something returned.

Brian was super helpful. We needed a new battery. The installation was quick, and they answered all questions. Brian was patient and efficient. Hopefully we don't have to come back but if we do we have no doubt we'll get the excellent service we did today. In and out in less than 10 mins
