Loved visiting Lakewood Antique Market in Cumming! So many unique antiques, vintage pieces, and hidden gems to discover. The market is fun to browse, full of character, and bonus points for being pet friendly.

A lot of great vendors with fair prices. It’s a lot of work to do all this work and I appreciate their kindness and products.

Very interesting mix of vendors. Some phenomenal works of art, sculpture, antiques (of course) and even bizarre curiosity and oddity. Most vendor's pricing was insane high, though. Greedy, unrealistic pricing which seems common in the antique world. Funny how I keep seeing the same piece for sale month after month yet the price tag stays stupid high. Get a clue vendors-- this is not a museum....

Huge! Worth the trip! $3 per person to enter (cash only at the gate to enter)

Great place to walk around and see lots of different booths all under one roof. They have everything from furniture to comic books, even food and ATMs (convenient, right?). There's an entrance fee payable on cash only ($3/person over 12).

In my opinion not quite as fun as Scott’s Antique Market- but had some unique vendors and plenty to look at. I will say there were some political signs in some of the booths that made me not want to give them any of my money ?♀️

Disappointed.. We haven't been in years. We were excited to go again but we were unpleasantly surprised to see all of the NEW MERCHANDISE and NEW FURNITURE.. It's supposed to be an ANTIQUE MARKET. Also, if you are a person looking for antique tools, there's not many at this market . You'll be disappointed.. And the few antiques they do have is overpriced..

Just be forewarned there are some egregious signs and paraphernalia sold here amidst all the furniture and antiques being sold. Definitely not a market for everybody. As the previous review mentioned it's largely 40 to 50-year-old plus of a certain demographic that might get kicks out of selling ICE T-shirts . Got more funky looks from vendors than greetings. On occasion as a pretty cool vinyl collector comes to the market from out of state if you're into that. That said, it's only worth visiting once because after visiting my second time this past 4th of July weekend I'll never be back again.

I've been wanting to go to the market weekend for years and finally made it today. What an incredible place! It was actually overwhelming on this first visit but totally worth it. I can't wait to go back.

This venue is larger than it looks from the outside. The layout is somewhat easy to manage. In some sections, wheelchairs might be a problem. If you bring small children, plan to keep a sharp eye out. Everything is accessible for curious hands. I found art, jewelry, ephemera, and wood items. A few vintage clothes options are there as well. They have a little (limited) refreshment stand. Parking costs $5 but it's good for the whole weekend if you want to return. There's a reasonable amount of paved spaces with additional ground parking behind the building. I was able to negotiate several deals.

Great place with lots of stalls. There is ample parking but only a small amount of spots in the paved section with handicapped access. This is normally not a concern for most folks just for anyone with a disability in the unlikely situation where all handicapped spots are full. Firearms knives are requested to be kept in cars. The place is full of excellent small stores with a large selection of flea market stalls with everything from food to large furniture. My favorite was a gentleman who was selling knives that he blacksmithed himself. My daughter’s favorite was the various costume jewelry and oldtimie locations. Additionally, it was great to spend time speaking to so many super friends vendors who genuinely likes speaking to customers educating them without it being a sales pitch. I highly recommend that you come visit on a rainy or cold afternoon. Best way to spend an afternoon!

There are tons of things! A good variety of styles too. Expect antique pricing and not thrift store prices. There's plenty to look at. The only negative is they don't clearly advertise through email or commericals that is $3.00 per person to enter. Cash only. We hardly ever have cash and had to find an ATM. Anyways, that was the only negative.

If you're looking for more than a few vendors with quality antiques, you may be disappointed. That being said, this market is great if you're looking for seasonal decor, some architectural salvage, new rugs and newer furniture. We didn't find as many quality antiques as we had hoped. Review replies from management/owners that say the market is 50% antiques and 50% home decor but we didn't see that. On our visit we saw over 50% flea market items or "home decor." It's clean, organized and includes a cafe with cafe tables and chairs at the front.

Finally made it out there after reading about it for years. It was a nice sunny day. I arrived at 9:30 AM. I was very disappointed with the number of vendors that were set up outside. I was expecting more than 7 or 8. They advertise many more. The inside was more of an antique mall. Its huge, but for me a real flea market is more than high end antiques, new home decor, oil paintings etc. Many vendors booths were closed off. At least I got it out of my system. Just not for me.

Fun place very organized with friendly vendors. Few outside vendors my favorites.

At decent prices Good collection of antiques Ticket $3 per person Open only first weekend of the month

This place used to be so much fun! All the items are very highly priced and the vendors accosted you at any glance toward their booth, not a fan of that. Very crowded on Saturday to the point it was hard to move because booths were crammed in so tightly. Basically nowhere to sit and eat, and lots of elderly people sitting (not a personal problem. Just as u pay to even get in I expect more seating). You're not finding anything decent here for less than $25.

Lakewood Antique Market is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves treasure hunting and history! Located right here in Forsyth County, this market is a paradise for antique enthusiasts, collectors, and even casual shoppers. The selection is extraordinary, offering everything from vintage furniture and décor to rare collectibles and memorabilia. You could easily spend hours exploring the aisles and still feel like you've only scratched the surface. What sets this market apart is not just the extensive range of items but also the friendly and knowledgeable vendors. They're always happy to share the story behind each piece, adding another layer of richness to the shopping experience. Visiting Lakewood Antique Market has become one of our favorite activities, and we always leave with something special—be it a unique artifact or simply the joy of having discovered something new. Thank you, Lakewood Antique Market, for being a treasure trove in our community. We look forward to many more visits!

There is a little something for everyone here. The only thing I didn't like is you have to pay to enter. All the vendors were friendly

One of my favorite places to go and browse! It’s only open every few weekends so make sure to mark your calendar! There’s also a food area where they have really yummy stuff, so you can really spend the whole day treasure hunting for unique finds! This is my recent purchase

Went to the Antique Show, August 20, 2022, and was not impressed. Paid $3 per person, above age 12, to enter to shop at a normal antique mall. There was not enough new outdoor merchants for the show. Inside felt like business as usual and mostly, it is not antique or vintage but farmhouse stuff that feels like we are at TJMaxx. It was nice and cool inside, but I find the selection of items at most booth to be particularly bad.

I found the piece de resistance that I have searched forever to find! The doctor's cabinet with 20 drawers was exactly what I have been searching for to complete my studio. And Tom and Judy were the sweetest couple; I discovered the cabinet in their booth. Met the nicest people at Lakewood 400!

This one is ultimate . This place is open only once a month , and we were fortunate enough to visit the august market .. amazingggggf it was . There were so many vendors . So many different things on sale . U name it - brass items , antique items, paintings, home decors, furnitures , rugs, - you get everything here . Some things are expensive .. and some are affordable and cheap. We bought so many things for our home . We really loved it overall. 3$ per person entry .. not bad at all. Parking is a problem, but we got a space after 10-15 mins of drive . Take cash , as most of the vendors don’t accept card. Thumbs up overall…

Wow! Definitely a place I would recommend to someone who was a collector or a person who appreciates Antiques. I enjoyed exploring different places through the eyes of the creators.

A wide variety of antics, unique items and collectibles in a well lit setting. Parking is plentiful although it can be a hike.

Great place to shop... or just explore. There is so much variety in vendors and their treasures it is impossible to list. If you love to search for hours, looking for that one special item, this is the place for you; if you want to make a quick trip for some unique collectables, this is the place for you too. Lakewood 400 is an incredible treasure trove of unique collectables, reasonable prices.
