Austin with Potts Towing is the best of the best. Super reliable and knows how to tow low clearance vehicles- I have a lowered Audi and a lowered Mercedes AMG and they handle those with no problem. Highly recommend these guys!

I am very impressed and thankful for the honesty, helpfulness and professionalism of this team! I was stuck outside of Walmart service center with a car that they couldn’t help me fix. Thinking I would need a tow, I called Potts. The responding driver was able to diagnose my cars issue, jumpstart the faulty battery so the engine would start and I was able to drive to a local service center to replace my battery. Not only was he able to keep me from needing a tow, I was not charged for the time he spent helping me. I will absolutely use them in the future, ships o need any of their services!

Austin runs a first class organization. He is very responsive and extremely kind. Had a situation where I needed a tow and he was quick to respond. He dispatched Matt and Matt was to me in less than 30 minutes. Matt was very professional and treated my ford explorer like it was a Ferrari. If my kids ever need a tow I will have them call Austin…..he’s the best.

I truly can not give Austin a high enough review for his professionalism and empathy he displayed this weekend. After being stranded for 9 hours in 90 degree weather thanks to AAA continually sending out the wrong tow truck Austin at Potts towing knew of my situation and drove to my truck at 730am to see if AAA ever got me towed the day before. He then called me and said he would call AAA and handle everything. I will NEVER call another tow company again and am dropping AAA. Thank you Austin for your dedication to GREAT customer service.

Our car wouldn’t start and our battery pack wasn’t giving the battery enough for it to restart. We called Potts for a tow. Austin was there within 10 minutes, met us with courtesy and compassion, and gave us a jump in case that’s all it was. We were up and running within 15 minutes of him showing up. Great company! If you need towing, look no further! Communication was fast, and they work with you to meet all your needs. My car was 45 miles away, they picked it up without me and delivered safe and sound. Price was right. Driver was amazing, even let my kids play with the truck and operate it a bit, made their day! I hope I don’t need towing services, but if I do, this is the company I call for sure!
