Excellent customer service. Mr. Santiago was very helpful and even though I had to change the time of a pick up and he was flexible. He came on time got may car to the shop quickly.
I had a need to move a vehicle with no suspension/wheels (just a shell) across town. The vehicle was also at the bottom of a driveway on some sketchy caster/dollies. Damian was able get the vehicle out expertly and even somehow got back to my shop before I did. I will definitely be using Direct Line again when I have difficult tows or odd items that need moving on the flatbed.
Damian will care for your car like it is his own! I have been hesitant to get my 1963 VW BUG to the shop for sometime. I was sure no one would care for her like I do! Damian AND his adorable puppy, Bobby, loved on my sweet bug and made sure she made it safely to her destination. And he has the best personality!
Called and was quoted at $182, driver came and, after hooking up my vehicle, told me it was a 20mi trip which is further than what he mapped out originally (11mi). Said that it would be a little bit more than what he quoted originally.
This was frustrating as I told them exactly where my vehicle was. But not wanting to wait for him to unhook and wait for the other tow company that quoted “around $180” to come out, I agreed.
Got to the destination and they told me it was $228.80. Didn’t feel like squabbling over $46 and the posturing that was sure to come along with that, so I paid it. But it felt dishonest and manipulative.
Damian was amazing, he definitely knows what he is doing, maneuvers he truck great, enjoys what he does, is great to talk to and takes care of your vehicle. I will definitely use him again, I just hope I do not need to!
Top notch service and reasonably priced. Damian answered my call on a Sunday later afternoon (after business hours) and came out after normal business hours to make sure my son’s vehicle was delivered to the repair shop so they could get to it first thing in the morning. He arrived on time, professional, also included a photo as to where the vehicle was left when it was dropped off and promptly sent an invoice. Would highly recommend!!

Direct Line Towing Came to my rescue today! I had just gotten off of I-85 after driving from South Carolina with my three year-old granddaughter when my car started doing something strange. I was able to get off the road safely and then was able to contact Direct Line Towing who answered my call on a Sunday afternoon-Super Bowl Sunday!! Damian was extremely responsive and helpful in getting my vehicle towed to a repair shop. Is communication is excellent and I appreciate that is did not cost a fortune. I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow, particularly in the Forsyth, Ga area, but probably beyond the area as well. Damian and the team over at Direct Line Towing are fantastic! I had to have a Reach Vertical Forklift transported from Stonecrest over to Lawrenceville on short notice. I called several towing companies and most of them don't offer forklift towing. Damian was absolutely awesome! I was trying to get home from Georgia to Tennessee and my intercooler hose blew off in the middle of nowhere.
