Unsorted household plus recycling. Super simple. Toss in the appropriate bin and pay.

Although the facility was extremely busy ( weekend after Christmas) it was very controlled and everyone was extremely pleasant.

This place is a surprisingly efficient public service overall. It has wider lanes of access than other similar facilities located in Forsyth County. I assume the differences in the facilities is likely due to this Coal Mountain location being newer, and it's necessity to facilitate higher volumes, which it does quite well. It is generally and consistently clean. It is almost always well staffed and the staff is consistently helpful, respectful and more friendly than one would expect. I definitely recommend the location for recycling services. You can also depose of cans of paint and bagged household waste for an additional fee. Bring cash for bags of trash and paint cans, as I'm pretty sure they only take cash. They may take card payments, but I can neither confirm or deny that.

Very organized and clean place. Recycling was a breeze. Ronnie, the manager and Corbin, the gentleman who helped with the tires were respectful and phenomenal. 50 cents for a bag the items separated, glass, plastic, tin, cardboard. Up to five bags same price. Each additional bag fil2.50

Good layout with the circular drive. Generally easy to get in and out quickly, with the occasional recycler that is oblivious to others and blocks traffic. People are friendly, and there are a couple of super helpful people here that really make a difference. I sure hope that, once reopened, it retains the good layout and friendly vibe.

We decided to start taking our trash off ourselves. I found this center and we really like it. It’s clean, well organized and maintained. Plus it has great service.

Came to drop off cardboard and styrofoam from our recent move. We were instructed to get hefty renew orange bags available at any Kroger or target. We visited 3 krogers. None of them have the bags. If you want people to use them update your store lists, or provide them onsite. Your process gaps cause people to dump their styrofoam vs doing the right thing. We spent 2 hours today dealing with finding the bag. Do better.

Definitely worth time to sort & drop off. Recycle; then drop off up to 5 bags of trash for .50 each.

The only reason I don’t give a 5 star rating is because the 2 most recycles items, cardboard and plastic, sit at the very front of the entrance, and when it’s busy, there is a major backlog of cars trying to get in and sometimes people carrying their stuff in front of other cars. As a whole though, I am very satisfied and it’s a very nice and well run place.

Easy, Fast, Friendly! Regular bags of trash are around ¢50/bag (unless they raised the price). Great place to decrease your carbon foot print. There is even wood chips for grabs near by. In the same general area there is also a park. Wonderful Location!
