Edit to add: we have contacted them and as requested sent them the diagnostic report directly from the Toyota dealership and the response we got was that anybody could have made that report! Are you freaking kidding me!?!! They NOW want US to take it to Toyota and have the dealership take apart the transmission and tell them exact what is wrong with it! You should have done that BEFORE taking our $2500!!!! YOU RIPPED US OFF AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT! We now have over &3000 in this useless hunk of metal! My husband is a hardworking humanitarian that does so much good for people and then there is YOU!!! The complete OPPOSITE of a hardworking man! My husband works in disaster relief and his truck is very much needed in this situation especially right now! His transmission went out and we purchased a transmission from Atlas with a promise that it is good working transmission. They kept stalling us on the shipping after we paid in full. And when it arrived and was installed it turned out to be complete garbage. The Toyota dealership has documented all of the codes that it threw, which there were 10 codes!!! This needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY because time is of the essence to the people in the disaster stricken areas that are counting on good, compassionate hard working men like my husband who doesn’t deserve to be ripped off by companies like ATLAS!!! I will amend my review if and when they make this situation right! If they do not I will take our story to every platform on social media including the news media.

So happy I found Atlas Auto Parts! I needed a new axle assembly for my 2015 Ford Escape, and these guys had it for way less than anywhere else. I was worried about getting used parts, but everything was in perfect shape. Saved a lot of money and the part works perfectly. The team was super friendly and helped me with all my questions.

Can’t beat the price of engines I was skeptical bc it was so cheap but hey I got a damn good motor for a great price and they did all they said they would move used motor 49,000 miles excellent shape atlas autos all day!!

Had been searching everywhere for a used engine for my 2012 Honda Accord. Atlas Auto Parts made it so easy! Their website was simple to use, and I found exactly what I needed. The part arrived in perfect condition and on time. The staff kept me updated throughout the whole process. Totally recommend these guys if you need car parts without hassle.

Wait until they send you a part that does not work and you find what a hassle it is to get them to admit that there is a problem and they need to take the part back. I paid a premium because Atlas promised me that they would send a transmission that would work very well and that was not the case. After a lot of back and forth they finally have admitted that it will not work. They have have offered to send another transmission but I am to the point that I do not trust them. They have promised to refund my money but they will not cover the mechanic's cost. I now owe the transmission shop more than $2000 for all of the work they put in trying to make the transmission Atlas sent them to be installed. I can't even begin to explain how much stress dealing with Atlas has cause everyone concerned.

I run a small garage and have bought several engines and other parts from them. Never really had any issues, and even if one arises the staff is friendly and more than willing to help out. Parts are quality and the prices are good. Definitely a great business to deal with!

I seen you took my review down with pictures of motor, you don't want people to see the motor that you sent me I will keep posting until you refund my money for the no good motor you sent me. Now you're trying not to pay me back for the blown motor that was sent to me. It was never installed the motor was no good. You're trying to say you need to see the motor make sure it was in the same condition it's definitely in the same condition blowed up junk. The mechanic took one look at that motor and said he wasn't installing a blown motor. And if you think for one minute I'm going to allow you to steal 2,713 from me. I work hard for my money that will not happen. You can rest assured that the courts will get involved if my money isn't refunded in full of $2713.00

I called to get an engine for my 1988 Ford F350. Spoke to Mark who was very polite. Gave me the information needed. After much hesitation I ordered the engine. The engine finally arrived and was installed. My truck was bought back to life. The engine is running well. And I Thank Atlas Auto for delivering what they promised

so I was skeptical on buying an engine from this place and read some of the reviews and I was like you know what let me give them the benefit of a doubt spent about $1700 on a motor specifically asked them to send me pictures of the motor before they shipped it and they did not send me any photos of the motor. They shipped it without even telling me that they were shipping it and then I was called by my mechanic out of nowhere saying that the engine was seizing when they tried to start it up so essentially got a bad motor. I kind of got faith in these guys that I will be able to get a solid replacement. But as for now, my experience has been not too great with this company I am going to keep this review updated when the situation is resolved to give people what actually happens with this company.

I got a engine from them for my 09 kia spectra and paid $1150.00 with taxes and shipping included and the engine only has 72,000 miles on it from what i was told by Peter. At first I was a little worried but Peter told me not to worry everything was fine and i wouldn't have to pay until my engine was shipped and told me it wasn't a scam although it sounded to good to be true. Anyways my engine is now in and is running great. Thanks so much atlas auto.

Do not use this company for your parts or engine needs. They will not stand behind there products and send out the worst parts and will not refund your purchase. They should me and engine that was a lemon and will not refund my money. Did not send it to the shop where it needed to go and would not take responsibility for there error. They did not match the engine according to the VIN provided sent out the wrong engine and gave a bogus warranty date towards the engine. This company is awful and I would not recommend there products or services to anyone

Ordered an 350 engine for my 1978 chevy. Was a little sceptical as this was my first time dealing with them. Had earlier ordered the same engine from a different place and never got the engine. But this guys were very good. They delivered the engine in 5 days. I was happy. The engine was on a palette and we'll packed. Got it installed. Very happy with it. Have to say this guys know there business. The guy I spoke to I think was Mark. He was very polite and patient. He emailed me all the information as promised.Will definitely recommend them.

These reviews are fake. The engines they are selling are not what you receive. We paid around $4,900 for a complete ready to drop in engine. They sent a broke apart $600 dollar engine block. They were great until they got the money from the bank. I have screen shots and emails I didn’t everything through text. My father who 70 found these people without checking with me first the money was already sent. They tried to refund me $200 then $300 dollars to make it right. I’m glad this wasn’t a lot for my family I would hate to know all the people they have ruined. I even checked out some of these reviews it’s all a scam. Reach out to me if you think I’m lying. I have pics text screen shots and emails.

Purchased an engine from Atlas auto parts. The motor is clean and in good condition, I am very happy with Marks service . Appreciate Marks hard work and promptness in sending me the motor which I was looking for.

Buyer Beware! Total crooks in my estimation! I ordered a motor from Atlas for $1,100, and they shipped a rusted out defective motor to my mechanic. Atlas demanded that I pay for the defective motor to be returned and even make the shipment arrangements, before would ship a replacement product! That is not what Atlas advised! Atlas advertises that they will replace it with a properly working part. They charged me another $256, for returning the defective engine, and made me pay the shipping before they would send a replacement engine. If I cancelled they would charge an outrageous restocking fee, so I would lose $400! I advise you to never do business with Atlas Auto Parts USA.( PS. They all have strong East Indian accents and it’s hard to understand their English.)

Was looking for an Engine for my husband's 95 Toyota Tacoma. Called several junk yards and all I got was, nope don't have it. Called atlas auto which sent me Allan. He found the part, pulled it off the Engine and even shipped it to us For free of cost. since we live on the east coast. Saved us a 3 hour trip and the part is in excellent condition. I had been looking for a 2009 Dodge Charger Engine within my budget with no luck for weeks. This place had one In the right size and well within a reasonable price range. Purchased 2006 Ford Explorer Engine.A great resource for used parts that are priced well.Was assured they ran the engine and offered a 90days warranty on the parts. Knew exactly where to take it for delivery at thedealership and even waived the delivery fee. Will definitely be looking to get more parts here if need be.
